El hotel está situado en la calle principal de Bolonia, al otro lado de la calle de la Catedral. El día del check-in, se realiza una gran celebración religiosa, ya que está cerca de la carretera y se puede caminar por la carretera para sentir. La habitación es grande, especialmente el baño, y no es exagerado decir que se puede bailar dentro. Hay una cuerda de alarma de emergencia cerca del inodoro y la ducha. He tirado dos veces en lo desconocido. Tengo que llamar a seguridad de inmediato y no necesito ayuda. Es bastante profesional y seguro. Los accesorios de baño son marcas italianas famosas, la calidad es muy buena, se traen a China después de que no se hayan agotado, especialmente como este. La sala del desayuno estaba un poco llena y los platos eran normales, pero incluso había platos de avena. Más tarde, supe que había monjes japoneses y grupos religiosos locales para mantener una relación amistosa y una ceremonia de cooperación durante la estadía. Fue muy interesante caminar desde el hotel. El camarero del restaurante también nos preguntó sobre los gustos y la cocina china. Aunque la comunicación en inglés entre las dos partes no pudo transmitir la esencia de la comida china, se comunicaron claramente con la ayuda del lenguaje corporal y la imaginación. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno. Una plataforma de intercambio cultural, el camarero del restaurante también es muy amable. En general, aunque no es el mejor hotel de Italia, también es un gran lugar para experimentar.

We arrived around 1230 at night. The check in was smooth and they guy was super friendly. We booked a twin - however the room we got was a double and the beds couldn’t be split. The reception team moved us to a twin with no bother at all. The room was clean and very quiet. The beds were a little firm for our liking but it was a good night sleep. The hotel is a little dated - but we were expecting this. The breakfast was good. Your typical hotel breakfast. The free shuttle the next day was very good - had we arrived earlier the night before we would have been able to get the shuttle to the airport instead of a taxi which was around €16.00. So make sure you get the shuttle timetable from the hotel before you arrive. A pleasant one night stay.

Dear friends, The location is quite in a distance from airport. It is about 50-55 euros from Bologna airport. But if you want to get out to city or airport please keep in mind that you will need to pay for the distance from where is coming to pick you up. So if it comes straight from Bologna (no available ones in around) this is another 50 euros approximately. Rooms are nice. Breakfast does not have many options. There are no soups. Italian local people do not like soups in the cuisine but for the tourists it could be preferrable to have it. For the amount of money you pay you may have more meals in breakfast. I have noticed whine selection in the breakfast)) Why?) Instead please put meals for kids... Also please bear in mind that taxi is always late. So book the taxi in much advance) Gym is not open 24/7 which supposed to be. During my 3 nights stay it was open only once. I do gym at 06.00 in the morning so it is also needs to be considered. As during summer season it is very hot to have any gym rather than in early morning times. Complimentary water is only available once. During my stay they did not put new ones (but they put new coffee capsules). It is funny. How I am supposed to use the coffee machine without new bootle of water? Please if this review will be noticed by hotel staff and management please pay attention to details. I even will suggest to stay in a room and go aroung as the customer. Details are important. May be management are Italian. But for your guys wine and bakery/coffee important may be important. But please consider that you have tourists from all over the world. They want to feel like home. For this money they deserve it as the hotel is not cheap and location is out of civilization. Thanks in advance

We were placed in this hotel by our airline after a flight was cancelled. First impressions looked fine and Mike on reception very welcoming and helpful. Room was quite pleasant but air conditioning not very good and the carpet had several stains on it. Dinner was a curious affair. We were given a ticket as the cost would be met by the airline but told we would need to eat at 9.30pm (not sure this was correct or not) and had no explanation of what was provided or not. We were given a standard starter and then asked for our choice of 2 pasta dishes. We still have no idea if a desert was provided or not. We didn't get asked if we wanted anything to drink other than water and whilst I appreciate wine wouldn't be included in what the airline would provide, it would have been nice to have been given an option to purchase some. I appreciate that it may not be in control of the hotel but I would have preferred an allowed value and then been able to use that as I wished and pay any difference. We hadn't been able to get confirmation from the airline that transport was arranged in the morning so asked for a taxi to be ordered the following morning at 5am in order to get a flight at 7.45am and ensure we had enough time to get to the airport some 20-25 minutes away and were told that one had been booked. This is where things went wrong. No taxi at 5am and some people that we had booked it with had been waiting since 4.45am - we arrived at 4.55. At around 5.20 we asked the receptionist if he could check and he said it was on its way - a few minutes. At 5.45 ( 2 hours before our flight and starting to feel increasingly anxious) we asked if he could chase up. At this point he seemed to have little interest and started waving his arms around saying nothing to do with him, he only rented rooms and there was ”no manager” to speak to. Sorry but it was to do with him as the hotel had agreed to arrange a taxi. He then said he could get one from somewhere else - no idea why he didn't do that and I said I didn't care where he got it as long as we got one straight away as we were now in danger of missing our flight - he knew we had already had a cancellation the previous day and it is disappointing that there was no understanding or sense of responsibility. We finally got a taxi at around 6am and luckily made our flight but no thanks to this individual.

Excelente Hotel. Todo muy limpio y reformado de diseño. Viajamos con mi mujer y mis dos hijos de 10 y 8 años. Habitación cuádruple inmensa (son dos habitaciones, una con dos camas individuales y aparte la de matrimonio King Size). Ambas camas super cómodas. El baño muy completo, con amenities de aseo y ducha. La habitación muy bien insonorizada, no se oía ningún ruido de habitaciones colindantes (nuestra habitación fue la 118). Era una planta 11, unas vistas preciosas de la ciudad. El hotel no esta en el centro pero a 2 minutos andando esta la para del autobús 14 que te deja en los pies de ”Due Torri” en apenas 20 minutos (el billete del bus son 1.5€). El desayuno muy completo y todo muy bien organizado. El personal de recepción muy amable. La verdad es q lo recomiendo 200% y sin duda repetiré el día que vuelva a esta bellisima y viva ciudad.

Struttura buona, anche migliore rispetto ad altri “tre stelle”. Colazione variegata e con prodotti di qualità. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato della struttura: è vero che l’hotel è un po’ distante dal centro di Bologna quindi è necessario un mezzo per arrivarci, ma chi frequenta Bologna sa che trovare parcheggio in un hotel più centrale, è praticamente impossibile. Ho avuto dei problemi (e non sono stata la sola) con la personalizzazione della scheda per l’ingresso nella camere.sono stati scambiati i numeri delle stanze e più di qualcuno si è trovato con una chiave che non apriva o apparteneva ad un’altra stanza. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno anche se i prezzi , qui come altrove, nel weekend delle fiere lievitano in modo spropositato

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel una sola notte, io e il mio compagno siamo venuti da Roma per un concerto all' Arena Parco Nord, la posizione per noi è stata perfetta perché in 5 minuti eravamo sul posto. I had a reservation made directly in this hotel. It was recommended by some friends. About 2 weeks before my planned stay, I was reached by Paolo from CDH Hotel Bologna front office, with the information that the central office management had decided to close the hotel for a few days, and that included the day of my reservation. Within 24hrs Paolo called me back after having found for me a better accommodation in a close by hotel at the exact same rate. This is what I call customer service! Thank you. I will for sure come back again to try your rooms!

· Aunque prefiero hoteles pequeños para mis estancias de vacaciones, he de reconocer que este hotel sí merece la pena aloj**** en él a pesar de su tamaño. Se encuentra al lado de la estación central de Bolonia y en unos 15 minutos andando se llega al casco histórico. La habitación es grande y decorada de forma moderna y acogedora. El baño tiene todos los detalles y es muy espacioso. El desayuno es perfecto y muy variado. El personal de recepción es muy educado y dispuesto a ayudar. Una gran ventaja que tiene es que se puede hacer el check-out por mail, lo cual es realmente cómodo y rápido.

We were at the end of a Tuscany train tour and this was just the relaxation and peace that we needed. Small but adequate cabin with shower room. Good aircon. You have to pay 5 euros to use the pool but it has long opening hours and the sun loungers are comfortable not those horrible plastic ones and umbrellas are included, the pool so clean and a attendant at all times, so all in all I thought this was good value. The restaurant/bar had decent opening times. Food was good, we had a wonderful beef steak that we really were not expecting. Pizza's excellent too, I watched the pizza chef making all the dough, so very home made and fresh. The chips/fries were delicious, not your normal frozen type and all dishes at reasonable prices. Try the wine by the litre, very good quality. We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Have only good things to say about the place and would definitely stay there again.

Nulla da dire per quanto riguarda la pulizia e la bellezza e accuratezza delle stanze e del parco. Ho prenotato per dei colleghi che avrebbero dovuto soggiornarvi per almeno 3 settimane per motivi lavorativi. Avevo prenotato (e ho avuto conferma) per una doppia con letti singoli e ci hanno dato, inizialmente, una matrimoniale. In seguito il problema è stato risolto, ma la conferma era per quanto prenotato. Avevo telefonato per chiedere conferma del prezzo, che il sito riportava a € 86,00 per la doppia; mi è stato data la quotazione di € 85,00 ma, al momento della prenotazione, l'importo è stato portato a € 94,00 e anche i prezzi sul sito cambiano ogni giorno, peggio del petrolio. Ci siamo accordati per il pagamento al check-out, come facciamo in ogni hotel in cui mandiamo il personale in tutta Italia, confermato dalla loro mail. Per dei problemi di mancanza arrivo materiali, siamo stati costretti a chiudere la prima settimana con un giorno di anticipo e lì sono cominciati i guai. Sono volate parole pesanti, sia con i titolari della Ditta che con il nostro personale, che nulla sapeva e che aveva lavorato tutto il giorno. Il Direttore si è dimostrato sgradevolissimo e molto maleducato, accusandoci di non aver fatto il pagamento anticipato come invece fanno gli altri (ma non era stato richiesto). E' stato richiesto il pagamento dell'ultima notte e ci è stato, però, impedito di utilizzare la stanza, già pagata, per far fare una doccia e il cambio ai nostri colleghi. L'ultima perla della loro maleducazione è stata l'affermazione, ieri mattina, fatta ai dipendenti: speriamo di non vedervi mai più e non vi permettete più di prenotare presso di noi. Sconsigliato in ogni e qualsiasi modo, non per la qualità del luogo, ineccepibile, ma per la grande maleducazione e ignoranza di personale che prima prende accordi in un modo e poi pretende e rinfaccia regole non specificate. Oltretutto con il personale dipendente che non era al corrente di nulla e si è trovato aggredito. State lontani, ci sono sicuramente posti migliori a San Giovanni e dintorni. Personalmente ho esperienza con hotel in tutto il mondo e non ho mai trovato persone così.

Dear friends, The location is quite in a distance from airport. It is about 50-55 euros from Bologna airport. But if you want to get out to city or airport please keep in mind that you will need to pay for the distance from where is coming to pick you up. So if it comes straight from Bologna (no available ones in around) this is another 50 euros approximately. Rooms are nice. Breakfast does not have many options. There are no soups. Italian local people do not like soups in the cuisine but for the tourists it could be preferrable to have it. For the amount of money you pay you may have more meals in breakfast. I have noticed whine selection in the breakfast)) Why?) Instead please put meals for kids... Also please bear in mind that taxi is always late. So book the taxi in much advance) Gym is not open 24/7 which supposed to be. During my 3 nights stay it was open only once. I do gym at 06.00 in the morning so it is also needs to be considered. As during summer season it is very hot to have any gym rather than in early morning times. Complimentary water is only available once. During my stay they did not put new ones (but they put new coffee capsules). It is funny. How I am supposed to use the coffee machine without new bootle of water? Please if this review will be noticed by hotel staff and management please pay attention to details. I even will suggest to stay in a room and go aroung as the customer. Details are important. May be management are Italian. But for your guys wine and bakery/coffee important may be important. But please consider that you have tourists from all over the world. They want to feel like home. For this money they deserve it as the hotel is not cheap and location is out of civilization. Thanks in advance

El hotel es muy agradable, el personal es muy amable y atento y los servicios de spa son un trato. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el centro de la ciudad. Deseo que los hoteles ofrezcan diferentes tipos de matraces por piso y le ofrezcan una opción. Si usted deseaba quedarse fuera del camino derrotado, entonces Porretta Terme podría ser una buena opción: es una muy bonita pequeña ciudad a lo largo del río Reno con una variedad de tiendas y restaurantes y tiene alguna gran arte callejera. Habiendo dicho todo esto, como persona que estuvo en Italia por primera vez, he encontrado que quedarse en un lugar que era una hora y media de Florencia y Bolonia, tanto por coche como por tren, es un poco problemático, En el centro de la ciudad, el tren de alta velocidad entre Bologna y Florencia, que sólo dura media hora, me sentí un poco atrapado en el exterior de las ciudades y me habría quedado en Bologna si tuviera que terminar de nuevo. En el centro de la ciudad, es mejor que viajar fuera de ella, pero un viajero italiano más experimentado podría preferir Porretta Terme.

It offers restaurant service, which is ideal given its location, somewhat distant from the tourist zone. Me alojé en el Dopa Hostel durante una noche en mi último viaje a Bologna, necesitaba un sitio para pasar la noche antes de seguir con mi viaje y, por su precio, este hostel me pareció la mejor opción. Su ubicación dentro de la ciudad es muy buena. Se llega fácilmente en diez minutos a pie desde la estación central y algunos de los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad están a la misma distancia, por lo que es ideal si quieres hacer turismo. Del mismo modo, está ubicado en una calle con diferentes opciones de bares y restaurantes. Es un hostel pequeño pero muy bien gestionado. Estuve alojada en una habitación de cuatro camas y la experiencia fue muy buena. Las literas son muy recias y están provistas de cortinillas para una mayor privacidad (aunque, en mi caso, el lado más ancho seguía estando bastante expuesto a la luz porque solo cuenta con unos barrotes), además de un enchufe para cargar tus dispositivos durante la noche. Además, en la habitación dispones de un espacio para guardar tus cosas y un pequeño armario de seguridad (quizás este sea el único pero que le pongo al alojamiento, ya que el armario es pequeño y no puedes guardar dentro, por ejemplo, un ordenador portátil). Los baños están separados de las habitaciones y me parecieron muy correctos, limpios en todo momento y cómodos (la ducha es muy grande, algo que en otros hostels no suele pasar). El desayuno viene incluido en el precio y a mí me pareció estupendo: café, zumo, leche, tostadas, fruta, cereales, yogur... Muy variado y en abundancia, ya que van reponiendo a medida que se va consumiendo todo. La cocina, dónde se sirve el desayuno, es pequeña, pero también acogedora y, al trat**** de un hostel pequeño, es difícil que se llene del todo. Todo el personal del hostel fue muy amable en todo momento, tanto Paris de recepción (que se puso en contacto conmigo para saber a qué hora llegaba y saber si tenía que darme las instrucciones del check-in nocturno), como la chica de la recepción por la mañana, que me ayudó durante el check-out. No pude disfrutar del ambiente del hostel porque mi viaje fue fugaz, pero me parece una muy buena opción si se viaja solo, ya que se ofrecen muchas actividades tanto dentro como fuera del hostel. Sin duda, una opción a tener en cuenta en el futuro.
