Checked in on August 7 which was a great experience. I was early since I had an afternoon event to attend but they did have a room (215) available-but across from the ice machine and elevator.. Although I was eligible for a suite they only had a King room available. Ok, only one night. The King rooms have two TV's, one across from the bed and the other across from the sitting area. The TV across from the sitting area would not work despite my trying everything. I went down to the desk and they agreed to give me a $30 discount. OK, just one night. Upon my return later the room directly across the hall had their TV so loud you could hear at up and done the hallway. I reported it, the hotel staff member came up and found them not in the room so she could do nothing about it. That continued about an hour-and-a-half. Very rude and disrespectable guests. The bed was comfortable and generally the room was fairly clean, but... hairs in the bathroom and the shower floor was in bad shape with cracks, areas that should he'd been caulked/sealed had huge gaps and some mold and mildew. I also found mold and mildew near the room's HCAV unit. Breakfast, if you would like to be liberal and call it that was a complete joke. Nothing really hot, about everything prepackaged and not real healthy. They did have a waffle maker that I used but again, despite the maker's signal that the waffle was cooked, it was not and a mess to clean up. There were no coffee cups and lids. Sitting in the lounge area were two young women who I first thought were hotel guests - but no. They were supposed to be working at the front desk. They were having a great time on their phones, joking and carrying on. Once I realized that they actually worked there I requested that the obtain some cups and lids, which they later did. After a very disappointing ”breakfast?” I checked out, walked by the front desk and found those two ”front desk ” staff were still in the lounge area playing with their phones, laughing and still carrying on paying no attention to me leaving - no acknowledgement or ”Have. nice day!” (I was already checked out on-line) so I only needed to drop off my keys. God forbid that I would have had to disrupt their fun. That prior evening a couple was trying to check in-they made their reservations with a third-party, like Expedia. There was a mix up with the date and they were told that there was no rooms available. Frustrated they left. I learned that they had about an entire page full of uncleaned rooms. For that day, a Sunday, they only cleaned rooms for reservations made fo the day. Landscaping was fine although some trash littered the parking area and yard. Bottom line, management and some unprofessional staff need to be dismissed and find some experienced professional, caring managers and staff. The breakfast needs a huge improvement. There is a Waffle House close if you do still decide to stay here and would like a decent breakfast. I hop

En primer lugar, diré que el personal del hotel era muy agradable. Pero las habitaciones dejaron mucho que desee. Entiendo que este es un hotel 2 estrellas/motel, pero usted podría hacerlo mejor. Hay pinturas en el techo, que parecía una comida vieja. La ropa de toalla era invisible porque era simplemente dos brazaletes sin polvo. Además, la polvo para colgar su ropa de lavado en el baño también era invisible. La pintura alrededor del baño estaba peeling así como la pintura en las paredes. El ventilador de escape parecía que nunca había sido limpiado. En general, la habitación era muy sucia, incluso el tablero estaba lleno de polvo. Había un viejo m&m en el tablero de base, lo que me lleva a creer que estas habitaciones son raramente limpias o controladas. La mejor parte fue que las hojas de cama de mi amigo estaban pintadas con no quiero imaginar qué. No había tapices para encontrarse en la habitación tampoco. Creo que mi habitación de hotel debería haber sido condenada. El hotel estaba muy limpio, incluyendo el olor como un desinfectante sin ser inmenso. Si bien soy local en este hotel, probablemente no habría pensado en conseguir un hotel sin extenuar las circunstancias (mi poder estaba fuera durante días y mi marido justo fuera del hospital) quería que otros supieran lo agradable que era si tuvieran que permanecer. La habitación está muy bien, pero no me gusta el desayuno completo en Holiday Inns, pero la culpa de la COVID es que no estaba disponible.

La habitación era muy confortable y las habitaciones, especialmente el baño, muy limpias. Había un pequeño desayuno continental con waffles, tostadas, cereales, bagas, café, jugo. El propietario era muy agradable y el personal amigable.

Este hotel Wyndham es un dumpster. La habitación era llena, los tapices estaban adhesivos y pinchados, los muebles tenían adhesivos o acabado roto, el baño tenía papel higiénico mínimo, y Encontramos un nylon de mujer entre las hojas cuando nos despertamos por la mañana, y no fue todo lo que llevamos o trajimos!!! El día siguiente, intentamos llamar ”Harry”, pero se le dijo que ”sólo se había ido”. Retení una serie de fotos. Además, cuando nos fuimos, encontramos unidos de equipaje justo fuera de las puertas laterales que parecían ser el tipo de alguien que iba a hacer. Nos encontramos en la sala de llegada porque habíamos llegado a la ciudad para un matrimonio y todo lo que hicimos fue cambiar de ropa rápidamente antes de apresurarse al evento. Encontró la mayoría de los problemas y decidimos dormir y dejar asap la mañana siguiente. IVA, ambos camas eran SAGGY y incómodo (Rm 117) y el ” desayuno complimentar” ...a broma o insulto. No estamos seguros cuál ...
