We have spent one night in this hotel a few kilometers from the center of Aix en Provence. The check in was quick and smooth and our room spacious and fairly clean. It was a pleasure to enjoy the swimming pool on a hot day like the one we had. It was a good stay and very good value for money considering the high prices in high season.

For the price paid the accommodation done the trick As other reviews state the decor is a bit tired and rooms could be cleaner. However for a budget option it’s sufficient due to its location. Bed was soft by comfy enough. Little Kitchen came in handy for tea Reception staff were great when we had to ask more another cup, some tea bags and more toilet roll location wise amazing, can walk everywhere with lots of cafes/bars and shops close by. We booked via the hotels website directly which was considerably cheaper than major booking Sites

The poor judgment is mainly given by the following factors. Failure to clean the room daily, as written in the voucher: in the Hotel formula (1-4 nights) it says Daily cleaning. Which, in my country, means clean the room every day. Despite my requests to the reception staff, already on the second day, no one came to clean the room, nor to carry out the garbage. On the third day the manager (I think she was) told me that cleaning was not included and that the voucher was wrong! only after the third night, the day before checkout, a lady came to bring towels and toilet paper. Stop. Upon arrival in the bathroom there was half a roll of toilet paper, half a bottle of soap and that's it! i had to ask for toilet paper at reception. In the end I asked the manager why the towels hadn't been changed also in the first 3 days, she gave me confused answers, apologizing. Another thing: on the second day I reported that a shutter was broken, it did not lower; I have said it several times, no one came to fix it. We slept with the light coming into the room at 5am. Finally, the cleanliness of the room was definitely lacking (I have pictures). Dust everywhere, parts of the furniture that hadn't been cleaned in months. What bothered me the most is having approximate and inconclusive answers from the staff. Nobody really went out of their way to give us what we paid for: a clean and efficient room.

Después de más preguntas, incluyendo sobre el horario de reparación (seguros días!), de repente se dio a disposición otro apartamento, con aire acondicionado que funcionaba. Como Adagio forma parte de una marca hotelera internacional importante, la cuestión podría haber sido mejor tratada ofreciendo a los huéspedes afectados, ya sea previamente o en el momento de la entrada, la opción de (a) transferir a una propiedad de clase similar (en red o de otro modo) a ningún coste; b) reembolso completo; o c) aceptación ”informada” de apartamentos con aire acondicionado defectuoso, de forma totalmente transparente.

Muy bonito hotel, la ubicación es muy conveniente, en el bote del lado opuesto de la estación de automóviles de Exx, desde allí puede haber un autobús directamente al aeropuerto y Marseille, las instalaciones de la habitación también son muy completas, la piscina está limpia, el servicio es muy bueno

Es muy bueno. Vale la pena recomendarlo. Es muy bueno. A mis amigos les gusta mucho. La próxima vez, llevaré a mi familia a registrarme. El desayuno es abundante, el transporte es conveniente y la actitud de la pareja también es muy buena.

El hotel está muy bien entretenido y muy bonito.Lhotel está cerca del centro, pero tienes que contar 11 minutos de la estación de carretera y 15 minutos del centro de la ciudad a pie . La piscina es hermosa pero fresca. El punto negativo sería la falta de canal +. Así que, al salir me pidió que arreglara la habitación mientras ya había pagado con trip.De lo contrario, era muy bueno.

I would anticipate that I am a platinum Accor hotel member , so by definition I had the pleasure to see hundreds of novotel in the word . Positive : -good breakfast and wonderful location in the garden . -open and common space quite clean and welcoming . Negative : -moquette in the room is more than obsolete , very dirt and with a really bad smelt . -most of the staff people are not speaking English at all , both during breakfast than at the bar . It has been hard even to have a bottle of water ….this is really not acceptable . Please consider these comments as an incentive to do better . Hotel is nice and few improvements are really needed . This is a Novotel below the standard .

Es una lástima que sólo puedas volver a 14h. falta un pequeño refrigerador en la habitación. Deberías poner una nota al hotel que hay autobuses cerca. Sin embargo, tranquilo limpio.

¡Es muy recomendable para los turistas que viajan en coche elegir este hotel! El estacionamiento privado es muy grande, se siente seguro y se agradece. Hay una tienda de desayunos cerca del hotel, así como una pequeña tienda de comestibles, que es conveniente para comprar suministros al hotel. El desayuno en el hotel es muy bueno, el precio es muy bueno, vale la pena probarlo. Las habitaciones son normales, la insonorización también es muy buena y las duchas son de primera clase. La piscina del hotel es muy buena, se puede disfrutar del sol, también se puede nadar, y no está nada mal disfrutarla medio día.
