Plus: location. Negatives: Air in the hotel room had the taste of mold. When I needed to leave in the morning, staff was not available, and I needed to wait for an hour to check out, despite assuring me previously that I could check out at 6AM. The shift manager in the morning told me that he is not responsible for information that I obtain from other staff.
