B&B Hotel Dijon les Portes du Sud

Bonjour, Encore une fois ma réservation n'existait pas à l'hôtel. J'ai payé ma chambre en attendant la régularisation. Le montant payé n'est pas le montant sur la facture donc pour me faire rembourser je perds une partie de ce que j'ai payé.

The facts in a row: - the check-in computer asked for my last name, which was not found it said, not with or without spaces, last part first, full first and last name, reversed neither - pushing the help button on the 24/7 assistance phone box only brought automated messages - after 30min of trying, getting very tired and forcing myself not to give up suddenly a human voice replied - while the man on the phone was extremely unfriendly, rude, inpatient with my 80% native speaker level of french, and certainly not service oriented I stayed calm all time not wanting to lose the opportunity of getting a solution - then with the new number he gave me the system retrieved the booking, and asked me to pay full price while it was all confirmed prepaid 2 weeks earlier - not wanting to lose the opportunity I chose to pay again and have it all done but then - it didn't accept any Belgian debit card (mentioned nowhere) and when I then tried my Visa the system then crashed and went into a loop - at that time the procedure had already taken 45min with 5 other travellers standing in line. Not clean not safe

We waren op doorreis van Spanje naar huis dus we wilden een overnachting halverwege. We hadden 2 kamers waarvan er 1 in zeer slechte staat was. Hygiëne was in beide ver te zoeken, overal stof op de grond, smerig en niet werkend sanitair. Water in de wasbak liep niet weg, water in de douchecabine liep ook niet weg dus zwembadje na 5 minuten douchen. S'avonds 2 maal de dienstdoende persoon aangesproken, heeft geprobeerd op te lossen maar dat werd alleen maar erger. De hele nacht met een rioollucht in de kamer gezeten. Hotel was vol, dus ja pech gehad. Dit was één keer en nooit meer. We hebben ook een klacht ingediend en ons geld terug geëist, maar er werd gevraagd ons mailadres op te schrijven, dan zou de manager er naar handelen. Nooit meer iets gehoord natuurlijk... absolute afrader

Les couloirs et escaliers en moquette sales. Surprise d'avoir une chambre non lavee. Des cheveux partout par terre... Et la salle de bain non lavée. Trace d'excréments et cheveux sur la cuvette des wc, sang dans le lavabo. Le service client par téléphone injoignable. Par chance nous avons trouvé une jeune salariée qui est venu faire la chambre en s'excusant platement. Et bien sur la responsable absente le matin.... Honteux.

A eu du mal à dormir (bruyant la nuit). Entre la route qui est sur le coté de l'hotel et les machines à laver ou sèche linge qu'on entend fonctionné toute la nuit. Pas top !

Hôtel bien situé avec multiples restaurants ou fast-food à proximité ainsi que divers supermarchés, magasins. Personne à l’accueil très sympathique. Chambre d’hôtel classique et propreté moyenne. Parking clos avec ouverture avec un code.

Excellent endroit pour visiter la région Dijonnaise. Chambres agréables et bien équipées.
