Este fue el segundo día de mi estadía. En primer lugar, estoy muy agradecido con el señor Nifaoui y el señor Adli. Todas las personas se enfrentan al miedo a la corona, incluidas las personas que trabajan allí, pero son realmente útiles y comprensivos. Estoy tan satisfecho de esta estancia que ni siquiera pude salir del hotel. Puedo ver lo agradable que es la gente aquí y lo increíble que es Marrakech.

El personal es increíblemente agradable, amable y servicial, haciendo así la semana estancia muy confortable. La piscina está muy cuidada, con tumbonas y toallas. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cuentan con aire acondicionado, camas grandes y cómodas, y la limpieza es muy buena. Se respira mucha paz en las instalaciones del hotel. Su ubicación es muy buena, ya que está fuera del meollo del centro de la cuidad y al cual puedes ir caminando en unos 20 minutos. El servicio del desayuno es muy muy completo y variado. Si vuelvo a Marrakech, volveré a hospedarme en este hotel.

We stayed at Jadali for 4 nights and the stay was nothing short of exceptional. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Mehdi, who made us feel right at home, him and the rest of the staff were extremely hospitable through the visit and were always at hand to help with any questions we had, recommendations and bookings. The room was lovely, and the facilities are great, we had a traditional Hamam at the spa which was excellent, and a unique experience. The downstairs pool is incredible, and I suggest making the most of it during your visit. Overall, a terrific hotel, excellent facilities and very hospitable staff. Shout out to Mehdi and the rest of the team!

Best hotel in Marrakech. We come here every year in Easter or October. Our room was excellent on the first floor and breakfast served in bed till 11:45 if you miss breakfast till 10:30 or 11:00 weekend. The pool is heated that’s one of the main reason we come. As most hôtel have no outdoor heated pool. We rate a 5 star breakfast. And a 5 star Sunday brunch . The pool side food is so good and the salat are excellent. The staff are very friendly . They all know us as we come back 4 times so far and it never disappoints. The aircon is excellent too. Not noisy at all.

La Casa Arabe no se decepcionó. Dice que tuvimos un momento sorprendente en este hermoso hotel sería una subestimación. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad y es fácil de encontrar. El personal del hotel no podía hacer lo suficiente para nosotros y estaba tan atento. Hay una piscina allí, pero también tienen una 15 minutos a pie de un servicio de navegación gratuito que funciona cada hora. Esta piscina es más grande y se encuentra en un hermoso jardín oculto. Se dan bebidas complementarias a la llegada. Tienen comida disponible con mucho salones y cabanas. AVOID AT ALL COST. SCAMMERS! - Booked rooms 2 months in advance as, this is the cheapest way to book rooms. ( I take my clients around the world, I travel every month and booked it to cut on costs) This afternoon, 20 hours before arrival, I received a message from the hotel manager saying that they had made a mistake with the price and that instead of the 180 pound that I had to pay, I now had to pay 450 pounds or I will be refused entry on the spot.As I do travel a lot, I can recognise a scam when I find one. I immediately called ***********. They first ignored them but eventually offered to transfer me to a better place or pay for the difference. As neither I or my customers were feeling comfortable staying with scammers, we cancelled our booking and booked elsewhere. When I messaged the hotel back, they were extremely rude and aggressive saying that no hotels in Marrakech were at that price( lie) that they never sold rooms at that price(lie, have a look on all platforms) and were extremely aggressive saying that I will be kicked out of their hotel if I did not pay the new price. - I took the free cancellation with the room, contacted the hotel to confirm and they never came back to me, *********** did. The hotel still showed the full price although I had cancelled half the rooms. - They do not speak English - They do not reply to messages except when they try to scam you Read the bad reviews, I am not the first one to whome this had happened

El hotel se encuentra en la zona moderna de Marrakech,a 30 minutos de la plaza central de Marrakech. Se encuentra al lado de la avenida principal con una línea directa de bus al centro que tarda 5 minutos además de muchos bares y supermercados modernos. Tiene una recepción 24 horas con unos trabajadores muy amables que te ayudan en todo lo que necesites.La piscina es pequeña, para peg**** un baño y refresc**** unos minutos, no es para estar todo el día como en un hotel de playa. El desayuno te lo sirven en mesa, esta muy rico y sobra comida siempre. Incluye zumo,aceitunas,pasteles ,pan , tortilla , yogurt ,café con leche.Los camareros son muy agradables y te ayudan en lo que necesites. La habitación daba a la calle, dispone de todo lo necesario para un viaje de turismo.Estaba limpia y tenía una buena cama.Cambian las toallas y limpian la habitación a diario. Para un viaje donde solo la utilizas para descansar y duch**** está fenomenal. Sin duda alguna recomiendo el hotel sin ningún inconveniente.

I am here now, leaving tomorrow after four nights here. I am so impressed with how much the guys here do to make us feel at home. They have made our time in Marrakech seem like we are staying with family. They are always willing and happy to help. Iberia Airlines lost all three of our suitcases, which doesn’t tend to put a person in a good mood, but the guys here have shown us so much kindness and hospitality that I would never stay anywhere else in Marrakech. The riad is located a short walk from the main square where there is always a lot going on. The staff here arranged our ride from the airport and we are glad they did. The old town is such a labyrinth of streets and alleyways that we would never have found it on our own. But that slight distance is one of the benefits here- an island of calm in a hive of activity. You will love the breakfasts here. Every day, a little different. Eggs, three types of bread with homemade jams, orange juice, tea or coffee ( good coffee) , fruit, etc I can just say that we will always appreciate how well we were treated her. Thanks to everyone.
