Pequeño pub inglés maravilloso convertido en hotel chalet a solo 5 minutos a pie de la carretera principal del centro de la ciudad (Bussell Hwy) El personal era muy servicial, aunque tenía muy poco acceso a ellos. Sensational small motel right on the edge of the forest, as the name indicates. We stayed in a triple room with a huge bed, electric blanket, air con and heating, toaster, kettle etc. Everything was spotless. Steve, the owner was very helpful both in the months before our visit and also while we were there, providing us with links of what to see and do in Margaret River, where to eat, and even a festival that was scheduled to take place during our stay. Edge of the Forest is only a 5minute walk to the town centre. Highly recommend this motel.

No hay una canasta para poder cocinar un plato de pasta. La recepción no respeta los horarios de apertura. No hay relación calidad-precio. El costo de la habitación es el de un hotel de alto nivel, pero el servicio y la estructura son de motel de muy baja categoría. Buscar en otro lugar y si no se encuentra en Margaret River, hay un montón de pequeños pueblos en los alrededores donde encontrar mejor.

Wonderful place to stay, great hosts -Dirk is so helpful and knowledgeable about the area.Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and you even have a spa bath. The breakfasts are lovely with beautiful fresh fruit and containers of cooked fruit and the bread! Pam makes about 9 different breads which are all yummy- they even have their own honey as well. Lovely gardens even an electric car charging station For me the only thing I would change are the pillows which I find too hard. This was our second time there and I'm sure we'll be back!

Habiendo estado en Margaret River algunas veces, esta vez queríamos quedarnos en algún lugar que no tuvimos que llevarnos a comer o conseguir las tiendas. Margaret River es una ciudad tranquila, así que incluso con un autobús parado justo fuera de nuestro apartamento, había autobuses esperando allí sólo por unos 15 minutos cada mañana y no oímos realmente ningún sonido de motor que nos molesta. Nos dirigíamos a ver cómo se veía el apartamento, y nos encontramos con el dueño, que nos permitió entrar antes, porque no había nadie ocupando el apartamento la noche anterior. La unidad final no tenía que compartir la entrada con otros huéspedes. Cada uno de nosotros podría tener nuestro propio espacio en los sofás o balcón, y se reunió en la mesa de cenas (que podría sentarse 8) para comidas y juegos. El hotel está muy bien, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. El lugar más conveniente para permanecer, y también recibe un descuento reservando directamente con los apartamentos en lugar de a través de un sitio de reserva de la tercera fiesta.

Situado en una zona muy tranquila. Las cosas positivas se detienen aquí. Cuando entras, un olor de leche para la caca de gatos, probablemente el tapete, te ataca inmediatamente. El desayuno “incluido” consiste en grano de maíz , pan, leche y zumo de naranja colocado en una mesa de vidrio en la entrada. Arreglado! La noche, de repente se empieza a partir de los ruidos que parecen viajar en un buque de carga. Las camas no se hacen y las canastas tienes que lavarlas tú. No hay una canasta para poder cocinar un plato de pasta. La recepción no respeta los horarios de apertura. No hay relación calidad-precio. El costo de la habitación es el de un hotel de alto nivel, pero el servicio y la estructura son de motel de muy baja categoría. Buscar en otro lugar y si no se encuentra en Margaret River, hay un montón de pequeños pueblos en los alrededores donde encontrar mejor.

Pequeño pub inglés maravilloso convertido en hotel chalet a solo 5 minutos a pie de la carretera principal del centro de la ciudad (Bussell Hwy) El personal era muy servicial, aunque tenía muy poco acceso a ellos. (La recepción cierra a las 6 pm) Disfrutamos de una comida maravillosa en The River Bar and Bistro al bajar las escaleras. Su whisky, ginebra y carta de vinos es bastante impresionante. También hay una tienda de botellas convenientemente ubicada al lado y está justo enfrente del Centro Acuático / Recreativo MR si desea hacer ejercicio antes de salir en un tour de vinos. Nos encantó la espaciosa nevera para guardar todos nuestros quesos y vinos. Nos encantó tomar un baño para empaparnos después de un largo día explorando los bosques. ¡No podemos esperar a volver y quedarnos de nuevo!

Sensational small motel right on the edge of the forest, as the name indicates. We stayed in a triple room with a huge bed, electric blanket, air con and heating, toaster, kettle etc. Everything was spotless. Steve, the owner was very helpful both in the months before our visit and also while we were there, providing us with links of what to see and do in Margaret River, where to eat, and even a festival that was scheduled to take place during our stay. Edge of the Forest is only a 5minute walk to the town centre. Highly recommend this motel.

Wonderful place to stay, great hosts -Dirk is so helpful and knowledgeable about the area.Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and you even have a spa bath. The breakfasts are lovely with beautiful fresh fruit and containers of cooked fruit and the bread! Pam makes about 9 different breads which are all yummy- they even have their own honey as well. Lovely gardens even an electric car charging station For me the only thing I would change are the pillows which I find too hard. This was our second time there and I'm sure we'll be back!

El lugar era muy ocupado cuando llegamos, ya que todos parecen estar viendo boxeo en la televisión en el “común” un bar/restaurante adjunto al resort. Me sorprendió el número de unidades que había, el lugar es un poco fuera del camino, el muy agradable recepcionista había asignado un apartamento de una cama arriba que contemplaba la vista del mar en torno a. El hotel dispone de una habitación de 2 habitaciones con baño privado. El baño tenía un baño con ducha, también había una máquina de lavar y secador muy útil. Estos son ideales si usted quiere cuidar de sí mismo, la mayoría de las personas que quedan supongo que trajeron un buen suministro de comida con ellos, ya que las tiendas más cercanas estarían de vuelta en Margaret River Town, un buen 10 minutos en coche. El hotel dispone de un bar / restaurante, el desayuno puede tener en el café de la playa del elefante blanco a 5 minutos a pie de la playa.

Rundown serviced apartments The resort itself could be lovely if money was spent on it but unfortunately looks like a run down motel. 2 playgrounds one overlooking the restaurant which is fantastic for kids or while your having a bite. The second playground is in dire need of repair with faulty swings and play equipment. The pool was freezing in September which we knew it would be but we had some 20+ degree days would have been nice to have the heater on during peak school holidays period. Tiles around the pool are dangerous our daughter went to jump in and the tile lifted, upon checking several others faulty also. The sauna was full of graffiti and not operational. Our room was filthy and stunk of stale cigarette smoke. Countless cobwebs and spiders. The blind was faulty, the spa bath was dirty and had hair in it. Floors not properly cleaned. The outside deck was full on sand and cobwebs, we had to look for a broom to sweep it so we could sit out. We discovered we had no hand towel or bath mat which was dangerous trying to get out of a deep spa onto tiles with wet feet. The shower curtain had mould all over it, it needs to be thrown out. We asked for a mat which was delivered while we were out but housekeeping left our door unlocked much to our surprise after being out all day. Went to have a wine and the glass was chipped and needs to be thrown out. Just as well we didn’t need the ceiling fan on as it was covered in dust and was above the bed. Not to mention the cobweb hanging overhead. The walls are paper thin so didn’t have a relaxing sleep. The staff all seem like backpackers who can’t be bothered. The resort needs money spent on it. Charging peak prices for motel standard rooms is robbery. I understand the staff shortage but to still charge nearly $300 a night for poor standard rooms isn’t acceptable.

Mi esposo y yo tomamos los dos autos, dos dormitorios, una cama grande, una cama individual, nada mal, el auto estacionado en la puerta de la casa. Hay aire acondicionado, hay muchos edredones de almohadas en el armario del dormitorio y está bien que duerman algunas personas más.
