solo para pasar una noche antes de nuestro vuelo siguiente y fue todo un acierto. Personal súper atento y comida y estancia sin quejas. Hicimos la cena en el buffet de la planta superior y no estiman en lujo y detalles, found at de chocolate, marisco, ostras, todo tipo de pasta….El desayuno bastante completo y en la última planta tiene un bar en la terraza de la piscina con música que es bastante agradable. Precios más caros que la ciudad, pero muy baratos para ver el hotel en el que te alojas. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Muy recomendable. La decoración es espectacular

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

Realmente apreciamos al Sr. Jason (administrador de piscinas) por cuidarnos y ofrecer bebidas, aunque fuimos los únicos en la piscina en aquel momento. También aplaudimos a la Sra. Marivic y a su equipo, especialmente a su supervisor de la zona de comedor, por servir nuestra comida. Mencione especialmente a la Sra. Sheila, que nos sirvió durante la cena. Las habitaciones son luxuosas, bien mantenidas y ofrecen vistas increíbles. Todas las interacciones con el personal dejó una impresión positiva, haciendo que nuestra estadía sea realmente agradable. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel para su servicio de top-notch y acogemos una**osfera.

El vuelo de salida fue tarde en el día, así que me dejaron quedarme más tiempo en la habitación con un comprobado posterior. Recomendaría muy bien este hotel.

My stay at Ola Hostel left me with a rather disappointing impression overall. While there were a few redeeming features, several issues made it a less than enjoyable experience. This made it quite challenging to socialize with other guests or even just relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. For travelers who like to sleep in or take their mornings at a leisurely pace, this limited breakfast window could be a significant inconvenience. Another noticeable drawback was the apparent disinterest of the hostel staff after breakfast hours. It felt as though they didn't want to be bothered with guest inquiries or assistance, which can leave guests feeling unsupported and unwelcome. On a more positive note, my room had a veranda, which was a pleasant feature and provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. In conclusion, while the room with a veranda was a plus, the dead evening lobby, absence of music, restricted breakfast hours, and the staff's disengagement during certain times significantly impacted my overall experience at Ola Hostel, making it a less-than-ideal choice for my stay.

El hotel dispone de una suite de tamaño familiar con cama doble y un montón de cama. La casa ha tenido problemas con la oferta de tocador, pero en mi primera visita el pasado mes de agosto no se habían proporcionado tocador, pero en esta visita reciente de septiembre se ha proporcionado un conjunto completo. No fue un problema tan grande para mí, ya que normalmente llevaba mi propio kit de higiene, pero lo que sigo haciendo en esta propiedad es la comida sorprendente excelente que ofrecen, que es una buena comida en casa. En general, a pesar de las deficiencias, el pro de esta propiedad supera mucho a los contras.
