This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

New Coast Hotel Manila is really an amazing hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and really comfortable and nice. The international buffet is in abundance and a fusion of Japanese, Korean, Filipino and Western. The staff are very hospitable and cordial. I’d like to give high commendation to Kath who attended to us. She exemplifies excellent customer service. Hope when we come back the pool is already available for use. I highly recommend this hotel

solo para pasar una noche antes de nuestro vuelo siguiente y fue todo un acierto. Personal súper atento y comida y estancia sin quejas. Hicimos la cena en el buffet de la planta superior y no estiman en lujo y detalles, found at de chocolate, marisco, ostras, todo tipo de pasta….El desayuno bastante completo y en la última planta tiene un bar en la terraza de la piscina con música que es bastante agradable. Precios más caros que la ciudad, pero muy baratos para ver el hotel en el que te alojas. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Muy recomendable. La decoración es espectacular

El vuelo de salida fue tarde en el día, así que me dejaron quedarme más tiempo en la habitación con un comprobado posterior. Recomendaría muy bien este hotel.

El Hotel Manila es un hotel legendario que ha estado en vigor durante más de cien años. El ambiente, el lobby, las habitaciones e incluso, la historia del personal uniforme verdaderamente imbécil y la cultura filipina. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y con vistas al Golfo de Manila. Apreciemos que los camas individuales se sustituyan por camas dobles. Es bastante pequeño en comparación con otros hoteles. ❤️ En general, es una gran estancia.

Me gusta el lugar en medio de la ciudad confundida. Limpia y cómoda. Puerta balcón bloqueada. Ruido ambiente de tráfico detrás de la ventana. No hay una verdadera vista de interés. Piscina de latón, piscina de baño y un jacuzzi caliente fuera.

El personal es amable y educado. Las tiendas, restaurantes y compras cercanos son perfectos. El aeropuerto está a menos de 10 minutos a pie del hotel. El hotel cómodo. Cuando llegue a Filipinas y vuelva a Japón, quiero usarlo de nuevo.

El hotel dispone de una suite de tamaño familiar con cama doble y un montón de cama. La casa ha tenido problemas con la oferta de tocador, pero en mi primera visita el pasado mes de agosto no se habían proporcionado tocador, pero en esta visita reciente de septiembre se ha proporcionado un conjunto completo. No fue un problema tan grande para mí, ya que normalmente llevaba mi propio kit de higiene, pero lo que sigo haciendo en esta propiedad es la comida sorprendente excelente que ofrecen, que es una buena comida en casa. En general, a pesar de las deficiencias, el pro de esta propiedad supera mucho a los contras.

Great clean hotel for a great price. Decorations and staff were amazing! Easily the best part. They also provide helpful tools to plan your vacation and clean filtered water. The outlets will work with any (at least most) style of plug. The rooftop also has a fantastic restaurant and bar area! There is even a sauna up there too. They also allow bicycle rentals from the lobby if feeling adventurous. My only real complaint is the stairwell could definitely use better lighting. Oh also the airport shuttle is paid, but that goes for everywhere in the country so far
