agustos sonlarında 3 gunlük tatil için bu oteli tercih ettik ilk girişte bavulları almak için belboy tarafından karşılandık daha sonra aracı guneşin altında yakınlarında çok az gölge olan otel önündeki caddeye park etmemiz söylendi.daha sonra odalarımız hazırlanırken lobideki muhteşem koltuklarda vakit geçirdik .otel tam manavgat nehrinin kıyısında olduğundan buyuk tur gemilerini seyrettim sanki korsan gemileri otelin içinden geçiyor gibiydi.odalar idare eder temizlikleride fena değildi bazı malzemeler düşünülmüş şampuan-kulak pamuğu-duş jeli-sabunluk gibi.odaların bazılarında klimalar yeterli çalışmıyor sadece idare ediyor.minibar-ı gunlük yenilendi.havuzlar yeterliydi yemeklere gelince kalitesi çok guzeldi hiç miğdemiz rahatsızlanmadık kırmızı et azda olsa gunluk vardı tatlı çeşitleri iyiydi sabah kahvaltılarında sıkma portakal suyu ucretsizdi bu uygulama diğer otellerde yuzde 90 ücretli oluyor.denizi yuruyerek yakın 200 metre civarında serviside var ayrıca deniz kıyısında özel yeme içme yerleri var.alkollü içecekleri bira ve şarap kaliteliydi diğer alkollü içecekler tanınmamış markalardan olduğundan hiç içmedik.kapalı ambalajda ayran ve dondurma iyiydi.otelin tamamında gölge yeri eksikliği var biraz daha gölgelikler yapılsa iyi olur ".gece eğlenceleri fena değildi.fiyat performans açısından değerlendirecek olursa verilen paranın karşılığını delüks oteller ile karşılaştırma yapılcak olursa birçok hizmet yeterli değil ancak bu paraya göre verilen hizmet mükemmel

I was in this hotel for 7 days,it was unbelievable emotions gor me,hotel is wonderful,staff is amazing,foods and drinks is very delicious,the shows every day were amazing,my big love to animators group,Ibrahim,Nedwa,Elip and others,you are amazing all,i love u and miss u,i spent fantastic time with u,i absolutely recomended this hotel,i will ne back❤️

Hotel entertainment is great for kids, variety of food but the best part was the photo shop! They took professional photos of me and my family and ALL of them came out amazing! They were able to touch up the images and put extra effort in by combining the images into one! Honestly this was the best thing I got out of the holiday. Oh and for once the photographer was telling us all how to pose which was great and made us feel very comfortable. the packaged deal was so worth it for what we got and i give them 10/10 for their service! really recommend them.

Sorry but i had a not good stay here. I come with my 3 kids and family. And i asked for a family room, and they put me in a tiny room (one double, one single and a sofa bed), i asked to change room which they said was an extra £150. Then the breakfast and dinners was alright, but the tea wasn’t good for kids at all, barely anything to choose from for them. The wifi wasn’t very good at all, awful connection. The second day, at the pool, a woman was staring at us and intimidating us, which we then told the receptionist after about 2days as it went on, which he done nothing about it. The entertainment was alright i guess. The shops are around 5-10mins away The beach is around a 5min drive or a 15min walk The cleaner only come in our room to clean once every two days, which meant we didn’t have any clean towels for 2 days. I wouldn’t recommend this a kid friendly hotel

Just done a week at this hotel and very mixed feelings the hotel it's self is nice and clean. the food is average at best, breakfast is poor, snacks are average and evening meals are OK but not what I'd expect for a 5star the toaster is broken and takes a good 5 mins to toast bread u have to put it threw 4 times on max heat. The pool is good and clean entertainment is good staff is the biggest let down the man on reception in the evening is rude and unhelpful Howver the man in the morning is great and couldn't do anymore for you the staff in restaurants are rude and linger around the tables making u feel like you need to hurry up. The spa side of the hotel is amazing umit on the bar in evening is amazing very friendly and helpful real credit to the hotel, cleaners do a amazing job rooms always tidy and fridge re stocked alacart restaurant is good, it really is the staff that let the team down

What a fantastic family holiday. We were a party of 13 (8 adults, 5 children). Hotel were we booked with love holidays who had no family rooms available, I emailed ahead and they allocated us a ground floor family room. It was a very big hotel with so much to do for the whole family. The beach is a short walk away (alternatively there is a shuttle bus available from hotel to beach specifically for waterside resort guests only) food and drink at beach are included in the all inclusive. The chicken doner at the beach was unbelievable 🤩 We all enjoyed the water slides the green one was our favourite :). The staff in the main restaurant set our table every morning and evening they went above and beyond. There is so much variety too. The animation team were incredible they got us all involved and were not pushy at all like some animation teams we have been to in the past. Absolutely brilliant with the kids too my little girl referred to the ladies in the animation as her dance teachers and we had to get to mini disco straight after dinner so she could dance. We visited the managvat bizzarre which was brilliant, just the make you aware there are 2 different ones on a monday (indoors and outdoors) and a thursday (outdoor only).
