Hotel Hayer Regency

Liked · The rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable and the staff were incredible kind and welcoming. by Mr Govind. l went above and beyond in service and made me feel very well taken care of. Every request was answered with a smile and done instantly. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Hayer Regency for 3 nights. Perfect location, beautiful view and all the facilities were up to the standards. All Hotel staff were very friendly and polite. If you are staying in ***ali, I would recommend this place to stay. Special thanks to kamlesh thakur ( kaaju ).

We stayed here for 4 days in August .Had a superb stay. Staff was very helpful, polite and welcoming. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a mountain view. Washrooms were clean. Their restaurant also is too good. Perfect for family vacation.. No complaints at all. Best place to stay at ***ali!

Great place to be in ***ali. Little far from the mall road but right down the snow clad mountains. Its a view you can die for in the mornings. Rooms were awesome with very good interior. All possible amenities are provided. Special mention for the staff excellent and extremely helpful. Sometimes would go out of their way to help us. Food was great with good options. Definitely will come back if ever travelling to ***ali again.

The pathetic ever hotel seen in my life. The rooms were smelling bad. All over water leakage. The fan was like about to fall down. The menu card in the room was of different hotels print out, with bad oil smell. Will attach the pictures too. The cups of tea were dirty enough to not touch. The food was pathetic with no taste i only had salad throughout my stay and one chhole poori. The staff is not willing to talk, infact they do not even smile if u smile. As if we have attacked them by coming to their hotel. Specially the girl at the reception. They do not listen to you, they do not resolve your issues. I asked to change the menu card multiple times but they did not in my 3 night stay. They do not clean your room before 12 and after 5 pm , so that means if you are in ***ali you should not go anywhere coz otherwise rooms will not get cleaned in your presence. The fan when starts can give feeling of earthquake and while stopping too. Even the hotel staff got scared by the sound. There was nail coming out from the wooden floor, which hurt my son. Picture attached. The rug Was so dirty that even if your feet are clean that can make them muddy and dirty also smelled bad. They do not have iron services and nor they provide on extra cost. Bad attitude of booking person from Silent Planet Holidays, however this was my third time I booked through them. Previous hotel was good (the out town hotel).

Thanks for making my honeymoon memorable. Nice hotel with beautiful location and scenic view outside window. All staffs are polite and humble. Thanks to Aksar sir for providing us with beautiful gift. Food quality also nice. Proper cleanliness inside and outside the hotel. Once again thanks to all Hayer regency ***ali team.

The stay experience in this hotel Hayer regency was amazing, the service is very good, staffs listened to us and very polite. Room & washroom is Clan. Daily room service was good. The food breakfast & dinner menu were nice. We had a great experience in ***ali.

We stayed in room 507, the view was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, you can directly see the mountains with ice on it and also since there were two windows it was heavenly. It was hands down the best view I have ever lived in a hotel. Also the staff and service was really good and helpful. The food over here is also amazing. They also made a bon fire for us with music. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over here and would definitely recommend this place to everyone. For tour package you can choose silent planet holidays . i also take the package from same travel company.

· Hayer Regency is a new Hotel, everything is well maintained, the staff is well behaved and very accommodating. Room Service is surprisingly fast, and their restaurant is really good. The hotel is placed at a height, where you can see the whole city, mountains and the valley. I suggest you get a room with a Balcony
