A great 5 days. We’re timeshare owners. Our first time at Margaritaville. Shout out to Marisol and Sassi- front desk agents. I saw Marisol every day. She always wore a smile. Eddie, maintenance, fixed our AC. The AC sensor in 5103 needed new battery. The room started to smelled musty. The room service agent who was working at 8pm on 8/13/24 was amazing. She kept us alert of our food delivery. UNLIKE any place I have been. Xavier at the swim up bar was great. I had just bought my brother, a pineapple and Malibu. Upon getting his food at the pool he accidentally spilled the drink all over the place. For $15 I was not letting that go. I went up to Xavier and asked him if he wouldn’t mind pouring a new one. He had not served me. Andreas had. Xavier was a bit skeptical of me at first. He did the right thing. I sent a note to the food and beverage manager, letting him or her know that Xavier chose customer service over everything else. Joel at the Hotel side working towels was sweet. He even asked my name. I truly appreciate that. I loved the chairs and umbrella at the beach. Complimentary too. I was pleasantly surprised. The only person that I didn’t quite care for and did not get good customer service from was Rocio. She offered us a sit down but never got back to us regarding an update. We had our terms. Her loss. The restaurants service was slow but worth the wait. We had dinner in Il Palio and Roots. Both Chayanne and Willie provided excellent service. Kevin at the Cucai bar was nice too. He took our picture and engaged us on conversation. Some criticism I did have is I thought they would’ve piped more of Jimmy Buffett’s music in at the pools. The pools were quiet. I anticipated hearing more songs. To pay for parking every day was absolutely ridiculous. There was no need for them to have to charge us. It would’ve been nice if the coffee shop next to the ****** would’ve stayed open all day. I’ll return.
