New and beautiful boutique hotel in a strategic location, just a few steps from the Christ Church Melaka and Jonker Street. Good location , walking distance to all the attractions and our family of 5 had fun staying there 4 days 3 nights.
I am abit worries about food and cleaniness but so far no issues for us because we likes the traditional fried rice and Nasi Lamak options also bread corner.
.Due to Christmas season, there are many visitors and overcrowed but staff are trying their best to attend the needs.
Swimming pool was fun too , its all 4 feets and most of the 10 years old kids can jump in easily.
All Grab driver and food deliver are happy because Hatten hotel got easy pick up and free way to drive in .
We also try in room dining and the Nyonya restaurant opposite of the hotel was cheap , tasty and long que.
For the feedback, funiture and cushion looks already old .Best day are Friday, Sat and Sunday
We will definitely go there again.thank you

It has been wonderful seeing this legendary property finally opening its doors after four years of closure. I had the privilege of staying here for a night at the club room and I must say, Dusit Princess Melaka has done a fantastic job continuing the legacy of this exquisite hotel after Renaissance and Ramada Plaza. Zest Restaurant is still fantastic since the days of Renaissance and the staff were very polite and welcoming. Food is still top notch. The Dusit Club is very cozy and beautiful with good quality, albeit slightly limited food and beverage. The rooms are, as it was before, very well appointed and well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping and engineering department for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, function and presentation, keep it up! All in all, it has been a fantastic two days with Dusit Princess Melaka and a big thank you to Hilmi, Imran and all the wonderful staff at this hotel for making my stay an excellent and memorable one. In conclusion, Dusit Princess Melaka has proven to still be one of the best hotels in Melaka despite being only open for less than a month and I for sure will return in my future visits to Melaka. May the very best be yet to come!

Convenient location close to the city centre, sea view was great. Slight hiccup with the door access but the front counter sorted it out pretty quickly. There was a 50% off pizzas and pastas at the hotel’s Italian restaurant at level 1 on weekdays between 2-5pm (?). Can’t imagine I’d ever have Italian in malacca but we reached at 9.30pm on day 1 when everything else was closed and the pasta we had was pretty amazing, amongst the better Italian food I’ve had.

Check in/out was done efficiently/timely and lifts work fast and friendly checkin staff.

Room maintenance average.. balcony can’t locked, tap loose and aircon noisy. Bed area was dusty.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer en el hotel. Nos han reservado 2 habitaciones a la semana y se nos ha dicho que no están listas, pero el momento de la entrada de este hotel es a las 3:00, pero sólo hemos esperado 30 minutos para conseguir nuestra primera habitación y otros 30 minutos para conseguir la segunda. La primera habitación era muy oscura, ya que sólo había 1 luz funcionando, así que terminamos llamando a la mantenimiento para reparar todas las demás luces en la habitación. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero no es muy fácil de encontrar. No se nos dio ningún recibo, excepto la recepción, como el receptor nos dijo que mostrase la llave de la habitación al personal del café, pero el personal del café se negó a dejarnos entrar incluso después de mostrarle la llave de la habitación. Nos dijo que teníamos que presentarle un bono de comida, que no nos dijo el receptor. Le dijimos que se inspeccionara en el sistema como hemos pagado por él y se negó a hacerlo. Nos puso de inmediato sin más comprobación. Después de todo el problema, fuimos al receptor en el lobby y buscamos una devolución. Nos pagamos por el desayuno en efectivo cuando nos ingresamos, pero no podemos recuperar el dinero inmediatamente porque nos niegan a entrar al café. No creemos que mereciéramos este tratamiento por parte del personal del hotel, simplemente porque la tarifa de la habitación es asequible, no significa que las normas de hospitalidad puedan considerarse como tercera clase mundial. Si no es debido al sistema TripAdvisor, ni siquiera quiero dar una calificación.

Firstly, I was a bit disappointed with this booking through trip.com. Previous bookings always came with complimentary passes to the waterpark. For this booking, it was not indicated clearly that it was excluded. *********** advertised this listing as giving a huge discount when in actual fact, you’re just getting a measly discount considering the waterpark tickets were not included. I learn through the hotel website that waterpark tickets are packaged together with breakfast. So inflexible. But I think the free 3D museum tickets alleviates part of the unhappiness as my kids really enjoyed that.

Habitación pequeña pero aún así está bien para alojar a una familia pequeña. Windows todo bloqueado. Con suerte, el hotel podría asignar una pequeña ventana que pueda abrirse para ventilar, de lo contrario sentiré que circula aire no fresco en el interior.
Cada habitación debe tener una pequeña ventana que se pueda abrir un poco. Esto permite que entre algo de aire exterior. De lo contrario... la habitación se volverá mohosa, el aire parece ahogarse, no hay un buen flujo de aire porque la habitación solo se enfría con aire acondicionado. Espero que el hotel sea consciente de esta situación. Por seguridad, las ventanas solo pueden abrirse ligeramente... no bloquearse ni apagarse directamente.

Stayed at Park Royal A'Famosa Melaka and LOVED IT!!!
We actually booked this hotel to send off my father-in-law to PERKESO, Melaka. One thing I loved about this hotel is it's wheelchair friendly so we can bring my father to enjoy the scenery here without hassle. And we loved the food here as well for breakfast, there are varieties of selection for the cuisine. Will we come again? Yes definitely. But. I was hoping the hotel room should be more sound-proof as I can hear people talked from next room ☹️
If you are someone who wants to enjoy the stay instead of jalan jalan around Melaka, I would recommend this hotel.

TTravel open our eyes and minds### Review of Hotel Majestic Malacca
I recently stayed at Hotel Majestic Malacca and had a mixed experience. The room was very clean, and I enjoyed a nice bathtub experience, which was a highlight. However, the soundproofing in the room was lacking; I could hear conversations from the next room until midnight, so it might be helpful to request a quiet, non-smoking room when booking.
Additionally, there was a noticeable smoking smell coming from next door, and the pillow had an unpleasant odor. I found the mattress to be too soft for my preference, which affected my comfort.
The room featured a coffee machine, and I appreciated that I could request additional capsules. I also liked the eco-friendly touch of using glass bottles for drinking water. However, be aware that items like cup noodles and drinks in the fridge are chargeable.
Breakfast offered an à la carte menu that was just average—acceptable but nothing special. I didn't have time to explore the gym or swimming pool, as my days were filled with walking around Malacca city.
The toilet amenities, however, did not meet my expectations considering the room price. I think they could benefit from using a better-smelling shower gel and shampoo.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. There is parking available behind the building, but as a woman returning late, I appreciated being able to park in front of the hotel for safety.
Overall, while there were several drawbacks, the cleanliness and service made for a decent stay.

UUsuario invitadoThis is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

ZZandra ChuaMe he alojado en este hotel muchas veces, pero esta vez, cuando me registré en la habitación, la luz de la habitación no se podía apagar. Como resultado, la luz de mi dormitorio estaba encendida, lo que dificultaba conciliar el sueño. Le pedí al camarero que lo resolviera. Ella solo dijo que me cambiara a una habitación con dos camas individuales, no hay nada que pueda hacer. Espero que el hotel pueda solucionar el problema de las luces rotas después de que me vaya.

TTonyZona tranquila de Melaka pero aún así de fácil acceso a una variedad de restaurantes. A una corta distancia a pie de los centros comerciales, pero si trae un bebé pequeño, simplemente tome un paseo, que es súper barato. El servicio es bueno ya que la habitación se limpia con prontitud, las botellas de agua y el cepillo de dientes se reemplazan diariamente. Dispensador de jabón para la ducha, traje mi propio limpiador facial. Sin zapatillas. TV solo 4 canales de Malasia, sin cable y YouTube. Wifi está bien para mí, tal vez por la mañana, cuando todos los huéspedes lo usan al mismo tiempo, es un poco lento. Las sábanas están limpias pero la alfombra está un poco polvorienta. Tengo la nariz sensible, así que seguí estornudando cuando entré por primera vez a la habitación. La piscina no es grande pero en la azotea tiene una bonita vista. El bar es agradable tener esa música un poco alta. Me quedo en el quinto piso y no puedo escuchar nada en la habitación, pero se escucha música alta cuando se toma el ascensor. El gimnasio es pequeño pero tiene cinta para correr y un par de máquinas, pero ambas cintas para correr están estropeadas. En general sigue siendo una buena estancia ya que el precio es asequible para la familia.

UUsuario invitadoHotel: Primera estancia en Estadia Melaka, ubicación muy conveniente. Cerca de 2 grandes centros comerciales (Mahkota Parade y Dataran Pahlawan Megamall). 10-15 minutos a pie de Jonker Street.
Bahía de autocares (hacia y desde Sg en autocar 707 y WTS) justo afuera del hotel, por lo que es muy conveniente.
Los restaurantes y salones están cerrados permanentemente, por lo que tenemos que ir a Hatten Melaka para el desayuno, que está incluido en el precio de la habitación. Bastante amplia variedad de opciones, sabor regular, mucha gente.
Habitación: muy pequeña, ordenada, hay manchas y polvo aquí y allá, pero no es realmente una gran preocupación para nosotros, ya que solo nos quedamos 1 noche y realmente no nos preocupamos por el polvo y las manchas. La televisión tiene muy pocos canales locales.

WWongEste Hotel y Residencia está equipado con enormes habitaciones, una estrategia eficaz para impresionar a sus huéspedes. Mis comentarios para mejorar son los siguientes:
1) Orientar a sus huéspedes sobre el nivel exacto de las habitaciones del hotel. 34005 está escrito en la tarjeta de mi habitación, no aparece 34 en el botón del ascensor. Regresé a recepción y me dijeron que era el nivel 33A.
2) Esperar tu/mi turno para entrar en cualquiera de los cuatro ascensores es una tarea dolorosa durante la temporada alta. 3 min para subir a un ascensor. Llegar del nivel 33A al piso G puede consumir fácilmente al menos entre 8 y 12 minutos, ya que se detiene en cada nivel. Un bebé lloraba en su cochecito mientras esperaba que el ascensor llegara al piso G. Él había estado antes que yo en el ascensor congestionado y mal ventilado. Nos encontramos en el nivel 33A y tardamos 7 minutos en llegar al piso G.
3) Ofrecer más variedades de desayuno buffet. Entiendo que este hotel ofrece un precio asequible para una estancia cómoda, especialmente para una familia numerosa, y mucho mejor que las pequeñas habitaciones de hotel de Jonker Walk. No podemos quejarnos mucho del buffet. En mi humilde opinión, el hotel puede añadir dos o tres platos que representen la cultura Peranakan en Melaka. Sería una experiencia maravillosa para nosotros.
4) Para quienes visitan por primera vez como yo, presten atención al enorme estacionamiento en el nivel 7. Hay al menos 3 vestíbulos con ascensor y terminé llegando al vestíbulo del Swiss Hotel, al restaurante De Wan y al vestíbulo del hotel durante mi visita. estancia nocturna. Puede resultar útil disponer de carteles claros que indiquen a qué vestíbulo llega cada hotel/punto de venta.
5) Lo más importante es adoptar las mejores prácticas para dar la bienvenida y saludar a sus invitados en la recepción. Como mencioné, no todos sabríamos que el nivel 34 que está escrito en la tarjeta de nuestra habitación es en realidad el nivel 33A en el botón del ascensor. Alertarles/ayudarlos/a mí es una excelente manera de ir más allá y dejar una impresión duradera.

MMrs.NServicio por parte del personal ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Solo responde rápidamente por whatsapp, el procedimiento para realizar el check-in es muy sencillo.
La habitación está bien, obtienes lo que pagas. en cuanto a limpieza, siento que hay que mejorar porque el piso de la habitación en la que me quedé está sucio, con solo pisar el piso se puede sentir pegajoso 🥲 antes del check in me pedirán un depósito, es normal en cualquier alojamiento. El proceso de reembolso de Depo también es muy rápido y no tan complicado como el de un hotel, es decir, lo recibiremos el mismo día que salimos del hotel.
