We were very happy to stay here as we booked 3 bedroom villa; the bedrooms are very spacious . Kids had lots of fun in the lagoons swimming pool. We heard also have tennis courts which only cost $5pp including racquet but we didn’t have time to play. We definitely will recommend friends and we will come back here again.

Really enjoyed staying in the Pullman. The room was also cozy and had a very good temperature. The golf course and the facilities were great scenery. Location of wise also great. We would love to visit there again.

Pullman has no outdoor pool which was a shock. No great views from rooms. But villas are very spacious, clean however outdoors are quite dirty to use. Great beds, furniture and specially well ventilated. Did not like that it's along with residential buildings. Didn't have any 5 star feeling. And if u r one of the unlucky person where none of the phones in room work then it's pretty annoying. But it's good for a weekend getaway specially for the amazing stuff and the tasty food at the restaurant. Well the Magenta beach is a rough walk through the sands but other beaches are are short drives from the location. Oh yes there aren't any food delivery available by uber eats or doordash. Overall it's a satisfying stay for max two nights.

周邊綠化環境很好，可以步行至海灘. 運動設施出色，有三個泳池，兩個網球場和一個高爾夫球場. 適合家庭出遊或者朋友聚會. 免費停車很方便.

環境和地點一流。就是設施有點兒陳舊了。服務倒是一般。

位置在一個高爾夫球場裏面，很漂亮，非常安靜，窗外就是泳池，玩水也很方便。房間設施很全，府房應有盡有，還有洗衣機。很適合家庭。

房間佈置還可以 但是所有窗户和後院門打不開 帶蘋果充電的音響是壞的 因為不能通風房間有點味道 其他的都正常 床偏軟

度假村環境優美，房間很大，娛樂場所應有盡有

I and my husband visited for my husband’s birthday but this hotel was old and not clean. Sometime noisy out side. Bathroom was not clean and when turned on shower it came disgusting smells. Even no complementary water so very disappointed.

We arived at 2:20pm, and was told the room wasn't ready. Understandable as it was a 3pm checkin and so was asked to come back. We returned at 3pm, and reception called housekeeping to find out no one was even cleaning my room. We weren't offered anything other than, "sorry room isn't ready". I asked if I could be put into a different room. Took her 5 mins to sort it out and she gave me keys to another room. We drove to the villa, only to walk into a chained door and someone else already staying there. She had given me keys to an occupied room. Had to drive all the way back to get it sorted. Finally 40 mins later, we got it sorted, only to enter a room that looked dark, uninviting and definitely not like the photos. The beach access is also a long winding walk on sand, which on a hot day, was unbearably hot to walk on. Very disappointed, wouldn't stay again.

Was an absolute beautiful property and resort. We really enjoyed our stay. Wanted to thank all the staff for their help and professionalism, mainly wanted to thank Maddie at the front desk, she is joyful and always helpful.

I was expecting luxury, clean villa but it was so run down, decor, lounge, dining dirty and dusty, tap was running. It needs a lot of TLC. Definitely not worth the rate they charge for each night. Glad we booked for the 1 night and not 5 as we planned.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay in 3 bed villa at Pullman Magenta Shores. Highlight were the facilities; pools, gym, sauna, tennis courts and restaurant all great! Family friendly resort. Beds in the Villa were on wheels; apart from the master bed, the remaining beds were uncomfortable (moved if you rolled in your sleep) and tilted to one side if you had some weight on them. Daily room service for villas not included but could be requested for an extra fee. Would suggest that a towel renewal service (kitchen towels and bath towels) be included at least every second day; towels were not changed throughout our 4 night stay.
