Our Visit to Mabula game lodge was amazing, couldn't fault it. The trips out every morning and evening were brilliant, with our guide Mash and her colleague Louis.She had a sixth sense knowing where the animals were. We saw all the animals apart from the Leppard and the nocturnal ones. Staff very friendly and the food we had a good selection. One point to note was the pool was bloody cold .

The people and place are so nice and friendly. The food are superior and the wild drive was so nice. They do there best to show us every thing. The big 5. A must in South Africa. The room is very clean and spacious. Our high- tea was out of this world. A place to be and people that will spoil u.

Everything about Mabula was perfect. The housekeeping service was amazing - they came in three times a day - in the evening just to put the lights on and drop the blind!! The lodge was fabulous - everything you could want - comfy beds and pillows - water and tea/coffee replenished daily - power shower and fluffy towels. The food was amazing - never had a bad meal. The drinks were brand names and not local as described in the brochure. The only negative was that we were very tired - up early and out for 6.30 for first game drive and again 3.30 til 6.00 in the afternoon. The rangers were brilliant making sure we saw plenty of animals every day - we had a total of eight drives during the seven days. I wouldn't hesitate to go to Mabula again.

Kingfisher Villa is an absolute must stay if you are visiting Mabula. The most amazing team of individuals that made our stay so memorable! I would highly recommend and cannot wait to return.

Probably the best game lodge I've ever stayed at. The setting is private, peaceful and very safe; my suite was incredible, the food varied and very delicious, the staff helpful and kind - and the game drives were outstanding. Being quite a small reserve, there's not a huge amount of game, but the rangers always ensured that guests saw everything. I had the most wonderful time!

First time in South Africa and first ever game Safari and I'm glad it was with Mabula. The facilities were excellent with impeccable service. The property offered stunning views and riding in the open air trucks searching for the animals will remain an absolute favorite memory of mine. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, the staff at the lodge were always willing to help. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Just back from a week at Mabula Game Lodge. I can honestly say this was the best trip I have ever taken, you can't call it a holiday as you are up just after 4am and spend approximately six hours a day on game drives so consequently retire early, but it is so worth the lost sleep, the staff are amazing every single one of them go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable, the food is superb but thee very best thing is the game drives, our guide Michaela was fantastic only 22 years old but with truly vast knowledge and a very entertaining way of imparting it. This really was the trip of a lifetime.

We fell in love with every aspect of our time at Mabula. Unfortunately, we only spent four days of our two week trip there so we are planning a return trip because it was our favorite aspect of our trip. The staff were all so friendly, the accommodations were five star quality and the safari experiences were amazing!! The safaris stop and set up drink and snacks both mornings and evenings! The spa was exceptional and I am craving the Rungu massages! The food was fabulous! I can’t say enough on how much we recommend Mabula!!!
