Esta es la peor experiencia hotelera de mi vida.
La habitación está en el ático del último piso, y en la torre del reloj al lado de las ventanas se puede escuchar claramente el sonido de la campana a la hora, una vez cada 15 minutos, dos veces cada media hora y varias veces a la hora por la noche. .
Muy duro y sin poder dormir.
Las habitaciones no están muy limpias y las instalaciones son viejas. Este precio no es rentable, muy poco recomendado.

Nice location. Simple self check in process.
I got no PIN code for opening the door outside. And the lift is a weird one. My room is on the 5th floor, and it’s actually a cabinet with beams above. If you’re higher than 1.75 m, you should consider your head’s feelings.

也別特別差 攜程收取了我的錢 結果我到了店還要付款253瑞士法郎也就是2000人民幣 而且是全自助 前台一個人都沒有 害得我在海外不會操作 冷風裡足足站了一個小時 酒店隔音也超級差 外面上樓梯的聲音都一清二楚 根本沒入睡過 現在回國已經過去60多天了 到現在收取的我那筆預付款都沒退我

The hotel is exceptionally placed in the old town of Lucerne, with an excellent bakery 10 m away. Unfortunately, it’s not suited to heat waves. The fan was tiny and windows opened to a noisy, hourly church bell ringing square. So if you really need sleep, book somewhere with aircon. The self check in was efficient, but any further emails regarding broken showers and fridges went unanswered.

The lobby is a restaurant with worn dirty rug. The self check-in didn’t work and I paper posted on box said to ask a restaurant employee. The room was extremely dirty. The floors were blackened and there wasn’t even handsoap. The shower had mold around the bottom and splatter is some sort on the walls. The bed was a 3” foam mattress w 2 twin blankets laid out like sleeping bags on the king bed. There was a small fan in the room but we had to close the windows due to large drunk people outside of the hotel past midnight. Dirty dirty dirty hotel.
