Hotel Woinski Spa

The view of the lake is splendid, the building agreeable (a little renovation here and there wouldn't hurt) and staff were aways friendly and helpful (some of them have limited knowledge of English or/and German, but we always managed to communicate). The breakfast and dinner buffets offer a large variety (as is typical in Poland with a lot of meat and cream). However, two things bothered us a lot: 1. During the weekend, the place on the opposite lake shore played loud, bad disco music until 4am at night. So loud in fact that it kept us awake even with the windows closed. Other guests weren't very respectful either: running and screaming children and barking dogs in the restaurant didn't really make this a very relaxing experience. 2. There is no Covid-19 policy whatsoever. Signs say masks are mandatory in the building but hardly anyone wears them. None of the staff did, and nobody enforced the rule with the guests. Nobody asked to see vaccination certificates or tests. The restaurant was full for each meal with all windows closed, people went to the buffet without mask. We didn't feel safe. The only Covid-19 rules that were followed were regular disinfection of restaurant tables (not really necessary) and the fact that staff weren't allowed in the hotel rooms so they were not cleaned during our stay.

Hallo. Ich hatte eine Woche mit HP in einer Suite gebucht. HP bedeutet, für das Abendessen pro Person 70 Zloty (vorab zur Erklärung). Wir sind angekommen, die Suite war völlig okay, das Hotel liegt direkt am See, im Ort ist allerdings nichts los. Nachdem wir uns in der Suite eingerichtet hatten (Anreise Donnerstag) wollten wir im SPA Bereich mehrere Termine buchen und begaben uns in den SPA-Bereich. Dort saßen drei Damen, die mit Ihren Handys echt was zu tun hatten. Wir fragten dann nach Termine und bekamen die Reaktion: nächste Woche keine freien Termine. Wir zerrissen dann unseren Planungszettel und gingen ein paar Schritte zur Entspannung. Abendessen: wir meldeten uns am Restaurant an und bekamen die Information: Büfett 80 Zl p.P. oder a la Card. Ich gab dann 2 x den Hinweis, ich habe HP gebucht und immer wieder sagte die Kellnerin: 80 Zl oder a la Card. Hier wird man doch verarscht. Wir aßen dann spontan a la Card für 200 Zl und gingen dann zur Rezeption, wo die Dame sagte, ja, sie haben HP, aber sie haben am Abend ja a la Card gegessen und das gehört nicht zu HP. Und jetzt hat es gereicht, das SPA Erlebnis habe ich dann auch noch berichtet, die Rezeptionsdame rief im SPA Bereich an und wollte gleich Termine für Montag machen, was wir dann aber ablehnten. Ich verlangte die Rechnung, zahlte eine Übernachtung und am Freitag haben wir die Heimreise angetreten. Nur noch ein Wort zum Frühstück: da gibt es in vielen Hotels diese kleinen Minibrötchen, so auch hier. Ich versuchte ein dunkles Minibrötchen anzuschneiden, es war so gymnastisch, ich konnte es in der Hand zusammendrücken und nach 1 Minute hatte es die alte Form, schneiden ließ sich dieses Teil allerdings nicht...
