I had a very nice stay. Staff was very helpful. Room was beautiful and very clean. Beds are absolutely the most comfortable I slept on in a long time. Will use this hotel again and I'll recommend to anyone going to that area. I booked on Trip.com for a pretty big discount.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero el check-in fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos a las 2:45pm, nos dijeron que no podíamos entrar después de conducir más de una hora y pasar otras 5+ horas en un cruce de avión de país, porque los ordenadores estaban en medio de un ”reboot” para cerrar la noche. Se me dijo que si hubiera llamado para decirles que llegamos tarde alguien habría imprimido las llaves para nosotros por adelantado, así que fue obvio al agente del hotel que no habíamos llamado (que, como ya se dijo anteriormente). En todo, tuvimos que esperar una hora y media para comprobar, después de lo cual nos dijeron que las llaves probablemente no funcionarían, así que tuvimos que esperar a un tipo de mantenimiento para que nos caminase a nuestra habitación y nos dejara entrar, y luego añadir insulto a la herida, el día siguiente, El despacho frontal me llama y me dice que nunca dejamos una huella de tarjeta de crédito (que hicimos, una de las razones por las que tuvimos que esperar media hora), por lo que tendríamos que volver al hotel para proporcionar una tarjeta de crédito o correr el riesgo de perder nuestra habitación para la segunda noche.

This hotel is very difficult to find, especially in the dark… signage is minimal if any. No real directions on where to park. There is a parking garage attached to the building. No safety measures that we could see; anyone could enter the maze of hallways…a gauntlet of twists & turns that you have to navigate on foot in order to find the actual hotel. UNSAFE!!!We were told NO luggage carts so be sure and pack lightly. Check in took FOREVER and there was no body in front of us. Front desk clerk was however very knowledgeable. No ice that we knew of. ***Excellent breakfast buffet on the weekend …it blew us away!!!AND very pleasant hostess. Requests were not met for additional towels. We would not stay here again even though we are loyal to Marriott.

No tengo idea de por qué esta persona trabaja allí cuando todo lo demás sobre la propiedad es tan correcto.
