Things were great! Staff was very friendly despite it being xmas and having to work. Everything is very clean and cozy

Reception agent was not helpful in addressing our desire to use the stairs rather than the elevator . At checkout the sole agent was on the phone forever to the point I left being I had prepaid. Staffing in the bar- restaurant is also an issue

This was my first stay at the Hyatt House. The location is convenient to I-78 and close to Cedar Crest and Muhlenberg colleges.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the service I received. However, the room didn't seem clean enough. The light switches and the doorknobs needed extra cleaning.
Also, the pool water looked a bit cloudy. I don't know if they had just shocked it before I arrived, or it just needed a shock or ph balancing.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the onsite restaurant was amazing! The pool was nice although wish it was warm.

It's a nice hotel with a catch - they didn't do any housekeeping even after I requested it. I wouldn't have bothered too much if I was traveling for work, but with a family, including an infant, I would have preferred they would have at least taken out the trash.

Staff was great and nice. You see people cleaning all the time. Breakfast was good but not super. The room was spacious and clean and it has nice view. Walmart is just 5 min away which was a plus for me. Gym was ok, not well equipped tho. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

My family and I loved our stay here. The amenities the food. The staff so friendly and welcoming. This is will be our preferred place to stay from now on ! We love it !
