Pefkaki Boutique Hotel Loutraki

我定了住四人的家庭套房還要再收我40歐家庭成員人頭數的錢，要兩個拖鞋裝聽不懂，還得我翻譯給她看，非常小家子氣。

This was a last minute booking and what a wonderful surprise - this place was perfect to explore. Good location, great bathroom and bed. The restaurant spectacular. On the water amazing view and food - modern Greek with twist. Best meal in whole trip. We will add this stop to our itinerary every time!

We booked the room with the private pool (unique available in the premises) to spend a romantic getaway and celebrate our anniversary with privacy and tranquility. When we arrived, we identified that the tenants of another bungalow where obliged to pass through our veranda and in front of our private pool to arrive to their room. In others words, no privacy at all if you have passers by at any given time of the day. Outdoor furniture and sun ombrella were much wore and torn....Later on the day, we found out that there is a party organised in an "events designated area", just 5 meters away fm our doorstep.... When we asked the reception they said there is a wedding/christening party on Saturday night.. We should have been informed prior booking. On Saturday night and around 01:30, whilst we wanted to get some sleep the party DJ was playing the most annoying music in the top volume, with just a handful (less than 5) of invitees remaining in the area (and definetely not dancing). Next day, on 09:00 and despite the party ending at 02:00, we were rudely awakened by the reception to be asked about our eggs on our floating breakfast which was supposed to be served at 10:30hrs, i.e. 1:30 hours later....(even funnier is the fact that they managed to get them wrong). Last but not least, parking was extremely difficult in the premises, our unique room (and most expensive) did not have a dedicated parking space. Our only request was for late check out on Sunday, since we were sleep deprived from last night's party 5 meters away from our doorstep was for late check out...We were only allowed until latest 13:00 (check in for next visitors is for 15:00hrs). To cut the long story short, NO PRIVACY, NO RELAXATION, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Last but not least, parking was extremely difficult in the premises, our unique room (and most expensive) did not have a dedicated parking space.

To be avoided at all cost! This place, in practical terms, is NOT a hotel, it is primarily a discotheque with unbearably loud, booming techno-type music throughout the entire place (not just at the so-called beach, as the management may claim), reverberating even in the guest rooms. There is not a single location in the entire establishment where you can have a normal conversation with your partner/friends; any communication of necessity turns into a shouting match. Terrible service, unresponsive staff, atrocious management. If you are looking for a hotel (rather than a discotheque or techno-type music club), stay away from this place as far as you can!

This is a lovely small boutique hotel. The personell at the reception warmly welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. Room was big enough for two persons and sound insulation adequate. The mattress was fantastic, and the amenities provided good enough to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of freshly made foods, fruits, breads, cereals, various kinds of milk... really impressive. We also had the possibility to swim as there are two small beaches on the sides and centrally there is deck. During the weekend it might become a bit loud when parties take place but for us was more than ok. We also had the possibility to taste the cuisine which is delicious.... as well as to enjoy some late-night drinks. The view was fantastic from our room and the location is super since someone can have a beautiful walk to Loutraki city (back and forth on foot). I need to underline here how professional the staff is cause when we asked for their support it was amble provided with kindness and care. Finally, a positive aspect is the free parking space. We have been incredibly pleased, and we are looking forward to paying a visit very soon to Pefkaki.

The property advertises itself as a hotel but it is a beach club with ear-splitting music that plays all day and all night. We tried to leave right away upon arrival but the front desk staff refused to refund our pre-paid reservation. There was absolutely no place on the property (a cliff) to get away from the high-volume speakers blaring everywhere. The staff insisted this wasn’t a problem because it was a Sunday. The manager then refused a cancellation request by *********** By far the worst experience we have had at any hotel in Greece over our five trips.

Nice clean room, a bit small Nice Stuff, willing to help and answer on anything Restaurant is not great, big menu, but many items were not available, the food wasn’t as good as in other places we tried during our trip in Greece The private beach is not very attractive

it is the place to be in the area. breakfast and food in general was very good. staff was very friendly perfect stay information for your stay: i would recommend the sea view, otherwise you see the street. room service (cleaning etc.) has to be asked for at the reception

The Pefkaki is a lovely hotel and I very much enjoyed my stay there. It is clean, quiet and safe and I especially enjoyed my room with the sea view. The staff is so kind and Sevastis was especially so spending so much time helping me plan the logistics of the next leg of my trip. He was a huge help to me. Thank you!
