Estadía de una noche entre el sábado y el domingo, habitación limpia pero no sé por qué el baño está equipado para personas con discapacidad no se requiere y se coloca en el segundo piso. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con aire acondicionado resuelto rápidamente. Desayuno abundante con productos frescos, tortas, pasteles, panqueques,... todo en buffet.También contiene la sal. Cappuccino bueno aunque entregado por las máquinas. Presenta en el lugar en una posición superior piscina con camas y paraguas. Zona bastante verde aunque cerca de Vicenza. Precio adecuado. ¡He permanecido aquí durante un viaje de trabajo! Estructura muy cuidadosamente en todos los entornos, habitaciones limpias, baño amplio. ¡La desayuno muy variada, dulce y salada y de calidad! ¡Por desgracia no hemos tenido el spa y el restaurante, pero será la próxima vez!

El hotel es un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero el hotel es un hotel de 4 estrellas. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los metros de la ciudad. La recepción está renovada, el lobby, el bar y el exterior son muy bonitos.Sin embargo, todo ha cambiado cuando llegamos a nuestras habitaciones. Aparte de mi hermana pila, había cortados hilos que parecían (y probablemente eran muy peligrosos). En la misma nota, fuimos a las demás habitaciones de la gente de nuestro grupo y en algunas de las habitaciones había paneles eléctricos grabados con whisky (en el lado de la pija). Además, había algunos grupos de hombres borrachos que nos miraban muy raros sólo para oír de nuestros amigos que se despertaron a las 11:00 horas con un golpe alto y frenetico en sus puertas, debido a lo que tuvieron que cambiar sus habitaciones, No soy un fan de escribir esas críticas porque creo que todos merecen una segunda oportunidad, pero este hotel necesita renovaciones y una mejor gestión del personal. Escribo esto porque quiero sensibilizar a las personas que manejan este hotel para que otras personas no tengan que pasar por lo que hemos hecho. Esta revisión no ha sido escrita con ninguna intención maliciosa, sino sólo con el deseo de que se tenga en cuenta y se modifique si quieren mantener su “cuatro estrellas”.

Our stay was prompted by my wife having to go into hospital locally after falling ill while travelling from Venice to Switzerland. We needed somewhere for the rest of the family to stay, and the quad room at this hotel was perfect. Lovely comfortable beds, great breakfast and extremely helpful staff. We also recognised that this was a great base for exploring the local region, with easy access by rail and road to Padua, Vicenza, Verona and Venice, and also to nearby Soave for those with a car. The hotel and its staff really exceeded expectations in supporting us, organising transport to a local restaurant and helping with directions. While perhaps a better bet for those travelling by car, it is nonetheless also readily accessible from the nearby San Bonifacio train station via an underpass.

Este lugar es bastante parcial, pero el hotel es bueno en todos los aspectos, hay un restaurante en la planta baja y el personal de servicio también es muy bueno. La habitación individual en la que vivo es pequeña, pero tiene todo disponible. Fue una experiencia maravillosa durante el viaje a Italia.
