Once upon a time, this was an exemplar hotel, and by far the best in town, in particular in term of service. It has unfortunately sleeped away in the last 4 years, and what was the must stay at hotel, is now only the shadow of this massive former text mill, itself the glory of Lodz 100 years ago. Room are still larger by an standard, building is magnificent, but during my stay in mid May 2022, the once excellent ground floor restaurant was shut close, the tables at breakfast where taking ages to be cleaned, so you had to do it yourself if you wanted to seat without waiting 10mns (this is what it took them to clean the table next to mine), food is averagely good, the buffet still offers a high variety, quality is OK, not spectacular. The bed rooms are still massive by any standard, still fresh and clean 15 years after its opening, thr architecture goegeous, but service is a let down, when i came back to my room at 18h00 it wasn't cleaned since the morning, the same happened to me during my last stay there pre Corona outbreak. Luckily it wasn't midnight when I came back. Additionally, I discovered that they don't change linenes daily, but only every 2nd day, not what you can expcet in a 4*. This is a cheap trick to save 1$ on the cleaning cost, usually such hotels offer you the option they don't impose it on you like here. After complaining to the head of reception, this was the 2nd time it was happening, they sent a platter of cakes and latter called me to excuse themselves. This is appreciated and professional, but could be totally avoided, by ensuring that all rooms be cleaned during the day. If you make abstraction of the weak house keeping & breakfast service, it is a good hotel for 1 night if it is cheaper than Puro across the street, or the HI on Pietrokowska. The main pro in this one is the roof top pool and the huge room size, which can make it a great combination even for weekend stays, if you can forgive them all the service gaps. So Lodz has now probably better serviced 4 * hotels, just without a pool.

the room and breakfast was great! service very helpful! Bed and bedding great and very clean (10/10) Problems: no charging of electric cars in the paid underground garage (due to company policy). there are 2 ev chargers but the sockets are turned off as usual. in the room the fan sometimes squeaks about the air conditioning. every now and then the light in the bathroom turns on for no reason. in each! I stayed there 30x! Attention: when leaving the hotel there is ALWAYS someone standing and smoking cigarettes, so if you are going on a date, prepare perfume for your handbag. ashtray too close to the front door. when ordering a taxi, it's better not to be late because the driver will be waiting for you all the time in the WORKING car.!

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Everyone, from the manager to the front desk attendants to the wait staff in the dining room, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Nothing was a problem--they did everything possible to make us feel like valued guests. The room we had was large and comfortable, and it was very clean. Breakfast was good as well. The hotel was good value for money, and I would stay again.

Además de las buenas habitaciones y habitaciones modernas, pero con muy malas cucharas y hojas, este hotel no tiene nada que ofrecer, incluso como un albergue de vacaciones (es un franchising que utiliza la marca para atraer a los clientes, pero hace poco para reconocer el estatuto de marca). Localización en el extremo sur de la ciudad requiere que usted camina 1 km al restaurante y bar más cercano, el servicio de recepción es estilo soviético, seco y totalmente desagradable. La zona de recepción es tan bienvenida como una recepción hospitalaria, el personal no cualificado y sin duda no está apasionado para trabajar allí. Si sólo trataran el estado de diamantes con el servicio de primera calidad nunca volver ahí (sí en Lodz cada cuarta vez)

A 20 minutos andando de la Estación Central de Trenes, un poco lejos, pero la ubicación es muy buena, hay autobuses y tranvías. También se encuentra a 10 minutos de la Avenida de las Estrellas. La habitación estaba limpia y un poco más pequeña.

El hotel está limpio y la ubicación es excelente. Junto a él hay un tránsito comercial relativamente grande, el transporte es muy conveniente, a solo 10 minutos en automóvil de la estación de tren, ¡adecuado para viajes de negocios!

El hotel es bueno, no lejos del centro de la ciudad. Hay una estación de autobuses en la planta baja del hotel, pero si necesita tomar un tranvía, debe caminar unos 800 metros, lo cual es un poco incómodo. Está lejos del casco antiguo y se tarda más de media hora en autobús. El ambiente de la planta baja del hotel es muy bueno, es un gran parque. Sin embargo, no hay una tienda de conveniencia cerca, lo que hace que las compras sean especialmente incómodas. En general, es satisfactorio.
