The Grafton Guest House is situated on Llandudno’s Promenade and offers stunning sea views, rooms with modern en-suites, free WiFi and free parking. A wide choice of breakfast is served in the modern sea view dining room. Llanduno`s many amenities are within minutes stroll along the Victorian Promenade. NEW FOR 2023 – with the ever increasing financial burden on us all we have opened a room to guests were evening take-away meals can be eaten. This is in addition to our garden which is lovely on spring and summer evenings. We hope this new facility will benefit and help our guests during these inflationary times. The en suite rooms at The Grafton Guest House all include flat-screen TVs, a seating area, and alarm clocks. Hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities are also provided and some rooms have sea or Snowdonia National Park views. Each room has towels and toiletries. A variety of cereals, toast and fruit juices, as well as cooked options, are available for breakfast. There is a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants within a 2-minute walk. The Grafton Guest House is a 5-minute walk from Venue Cymru, Wales’ premier theatre, and 10 minutes’ from Llandudno Train Station. Llandudno boasts 2 beaches. The town centre has a fantastic shopping mall and a wide selection of restaurants. The Grafton Guest House is a Grade-II-listed building which dates back to the 1860s. Stayed at The Grafton with 3 friends for 3 nights. Rooms were comfortable and spotless with beautiful views over the sea. Great selection available for breakfast, all cooked to perfection. Paul and Laurie were the perfect hosts and were always on hand with recommendations on all the local attractions and places to eat. Would highly reccommend The Grafton.

We stayed at The Grafton for a weekend break in April and will definitely visit there again. We were welcomed by Laurie and Paul and, without doubt, they are the best hosts we have met. The hotel is spotless and very well decorated. Our room was comfortable and we had a fabulous sea view. Breakfast was hot and tasty with plenty of choices.

Greated by owners, so friendly & welcoming. Laurie & Paul. Spent two nights. Had ground floor room, bright & comfortable. Excellent breakfast, choice continental & cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend & hope to visit again in future.

A really nice hotel. My room was very clean and very well maintained. The owners were very attentive and they could not have been any more welcoming. Breakfast was cooked to order and having my own breakfast tray was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

We had three nights here staying in room 10. Laurie and Paul are wonderfully attentive hosts. The room was elegantly decorated with lots of things thought about like an extra throw. There were reclining seats and foot rests in the bay window which made it perfect for taking in the amazing views. It’s a 10 minute walk to town along the promenade. Breakfast was amazing. All freshly cooked and fruit platter was delicious with lots of variety and a BIG portion! Free parking on the street outside and we could see the car from the bedroom window.

My partner and I stayed here while visiting a friend in the area. Laurie and Paul were very hospitable and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and well thought out, lovely and warm and cosy. Brilliant cooked breakfast and a good selection of cereals, jams etc. About a 15 minute walk into town along the promenade. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable! Definitely recommend to other couples looking for a cosy getaway

From the moment we arrived, Laurie & Paul gave us the most lovely welcome, all the information we needed, what a lovey B & B the room was warm & the bed was so comfy, spotless clean, and lovely sea view, Breakfast was amazing absolutely nothing to fault, it was beautiful. Keep up the great work, we hope to come back in the near future. The prosecco in our room was much appreciated by me, unfortunately I did not share with Adrian!!

I’m not sure why there is a 1 star review, we loved my stay! Laurie & Paul were genuine, and couldn’t do more for us. Lovely little touches of topping up our teas and coffees each day. Breakfast was great, quality produce, was a lovely surprise to be able to have the choice of things like egg benedict, royale etc. Already booked our next stay! Thank you

We did not experience what other reviewers mention. We found Laurie and Paul curt and verging on the downright rude at times and we always felt uncomfortable around them. The room was clean although basic. The shower was a trickle and was either cold or scorching. We felt that the breakfast was the cheapest ingredients you could get and was in our opinion was not enjoyable. Sadly we would not stay here again.
