入住取多一張房卡收¥50，都算了，開房門一瞬間，差點滑倒，所有地面全是濕的，走到服務枱，客服説阿姨剛做好清潔，這個點回答你能接受嗎？為什麼不開空調抽濕，決定房間處理好才給客人，客服説了不好意一句就是直接換一個房間就算了….. 當刻好無語！

環境乾淨舒適，前一晚住的城市精選，對比之下，這裏瞬間治癒一天的下雨鬱悶的心情，服務態度也很好，知道一家人開兩間連在一起的房，之前的開一起還要多收費。強力推薦入住

酒店乾淨整潔舒適，設施齊全，住得還比較滿意，中央空調很給力風很給力，酒店的位置也特別好，旁邊就是馬鞍山公園，去各個景點打出租車也很便宜，性價比高，前台小姐姐也很熱情給我免費升級了房型👍

前台服務很熱情，辦理入住很快，酒店衞生乾淨整潔，房間佈置得很温馨，馬桶還可以加熱哦，一樓有自助洗衣房，酒店就在馬鞍山公園旁邊，酒店就在路邊打車很方便。

這酒店廁所和沖涼的地方沒乾濕分離，沖涼的水全流出來，導致滑倒，造成多處挫傷，和酒店反饋，給到的答覆是：你自己去看醫生，然後報銷醫葯費，酒店還報警處理 ，沒有任何道歉和其他賠償，好像住客缺那三瓜兩棗，來敲詐勒索那樣，沒有一句道歉 ，一點歉意都沒有，怎樣都是住客的問題，真是活久見的服務。

這是我住過最滿意的酒店，打掃的很乾凈，服務態度很好前台小姐姐還給我送了早餐券，早餐菜品新鮮豐富，房間的設施完善，浴室熱水出得很快，空調暖氣很足，居然還有新風系統，位置去哪都方便，好評好評！

環境衞生相當OK，前台給我們升級了個房間很不錯，床感覺也很可以，枕頭有分抱枕跟睡枕就很nice，樓下就有螺獅粉跟租電動車的，樓下螺獅粉比那些網紅店好吃👍

忘記拍房間照片。房間很小，並沒有圖片視覺感覺的那麼大。有一個很奇葩的：衞生間有窗户房間沒有窗户。馬桶是智能馬桶。再有一個更奇葩的，兩個人躺在床上聊了兩三句，明天幾點起床的事情（關着門説話也是很小聲的，並非大吵大叫的那種），竟然會被服務員按門鈴説吵着旁邊的人，服了，這是證明大家不能在房間聊天嗎？雖然我們房間聽不到旁邊房間的聲音，但是證明可以有多差。所謂的新風系統的晌聲比我們説話的聲音還要大。床單上還有明顯的洞。絕對不會再來。
