I playroom is really good, I liked it. it wors in the evening, until 20.00. The also have sp for older kids. The staff is nice. They take care of them . there is a mice bar next door, ao the parents can relax. The swimming pool for kids is faboulos, the children liked it. The water us warm.

Amazing place in Kopaonik. The best SPA experience ever. I highly recommend "Magicni dodir Kraljevi Čardaci" and outdoor swimming pool. Wonderful experience for entire family. 💆‍♀️🧖‍♀️🏊‍♀️🧘‍♀️🛀❤️❤️

All recommendations for this restaurant This is our first choice for the food on Kopaonik. The quality of food is much higher than price. Food was incredible and especially service (waiter), which is hard to find these days. Miroljub was very friendly, knowledgeable and with the highest manners which are required in service industry. As a professional waiter myself back in a day, I know how hard was it to smile every single day. But this gentleman doesn’t have that problem and he always recommended some interested food that we haven’t tried before or a place to visit. Milica and Marko❤️

The food is good but wi-fi connection... just terrible. The receptionist when asked about the bad internet was rude and did nothing exactly. DO NOT come here if you are in constant need of stable internet!

Studio for 2 persons is decent, small but clean and warm. Personnel at the reservation and reception is very polite. Bed is comfy so if you don't mind noise sleeping quality is good. On the other hand there are minuses: it is very laud at evenings, doors and walls are not sound proof so you can hear everything that is happening in the upper room, there are a lot of people shouting in the corridors, teenagers knocking on your door, running arround and talking to each other very loudly, and hotel staff will not react. There is no house rule nor anything that would make people to be more quiet in the evening..so I would say not that great for families with small children that are going to bed before 10pm.. There is no wifi coverage in the rooms, only near some public areas. SPA is over crowded, like there is no limit for number of people using it so you literally cannot move inside swimming pool, you can just stay still like a hippo. Parking not avaliable for all the guests, garage was overbooked so you need to find a place for your car on your own. It is app.5km from ski lifts and although they have shuttle bus they are scheduled, in a high season, on 1 hour. So if you finish skiing at 4pm, when the slops are closing, you need to wait almost an hour for the bus to pick you up. It's like they never asked customers what would suit them but you need to obey these rules and that's it. One more plus is that they have grocery store very near and supermarket in the complex. Overall very poor value for money since you can find in the center of Kopaonik where all the restaurants are, ski in ski out, studios for the same price and there is no hassle for parking, traveling every morning to ski slopes by car or by shuttle bus (if their schedule suits you) and they are much more quiet at the evning because buldings are of a better quality, old but better.

I just love this hotel and I stayed with the company for the sixth year in a row, in terms of accommodation, food, staff everything was great as always I would only draw attention to the rudeness of the staff at the reception which is obviously in the new lineup this season and which they act as if they are here as punishment and not voluntarily. Another complaint is the spa, which in my opinion has become too small after the increase in hotel capacity and needs renovation because it often happens that some of the facilities do not work due to a malfunction. Only because of these objections, I rated the hotel with a slightly lower rating, but I hope to see you next year and that these little things will be corrected. I would especially like to praise the workers in the ski storage, which the team from the reception should look up to.

- No water in the whole complex the first night (the staff acted as if this was normal, they said they wouldn't compensate anyone, as it affected all of their guests, so we might as well just accept it.) - There was mold on the wall in the room we stayed in - Spa costs 3000rsd/person/half a day, which is a rip-off considering that the Finnish sauna was broken and the water in the jakuzzi was cold, they ran out of slippers and robes both times we were there, card terminal was broken - they won't let you take their own ski bus to the slopes even if you're willing to pay, city ski bus service is very unreliable - most services are cash only - 90% of staff do not speak English

Отдыхали семьёй из 5ти человек с 27.12.21 по 05.01.22. Заказали аппартаменты на 6 человек. В номере расчитаном на 6х стоял маленький обеденный стол и 4 стула,на кухне не было чайника,в ванной комнате на зеркале отсутствовала полка и пришлось все ставить на раковину,входную дверь снаружи невозможно было ни открыть ни закрыть без ключа. Обратились на ресепшн с просьбой решить все проблемы. На просьбу добавить стул получили отказ,на просьбу принести чайник получили отказ,ручка входной двери была починена,но через 2 дня снова не работала,полку так и не принесли в ванную. И напоследок при выписке из отеля пытались списать с нас дополнительную сумму не смотря на то,что все было оплачено заранее. Это можно было бы списать на недоразумение если бы днем ранее не выписывались наши друзья и с них тоже пытались вытянуть 40000 динар. У них тоже все было оплачено заранее. P.S. В марте 21го года мы уже отдыхали в этом отеле,но заказывали через букинг частные аппартаменты. Очень понравилось и никаких проблем не было. В этом году заказали напрямую через отель и столкнулись с множеством проблем.
