El hotel es excelente en todo! Muy buena ubicación. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias, muy buena calefacción, silenciosas, las camas muy cómodas y tienen una decoración exquisita.El baño impecable y la ducha espectacular. El desayuno riquísimo y abundante. Andrea excelente anfitriona y el resto del equipo muy bueno. Una estadía hermosa! Para volver muchas veces! Altamente recomendable!

Hotel de estilo antiguo en el centro de Lisieux con puertas dobles en la entrada y baño de estilo antiguo. Cama cómoda y habitación adecuada para un viajero de larga distancia. No hay cafetera o tetera ni nevera. Pastelería y supermercados cercanos. Me quedaría de nuevo

Nos habíamos alojado aquí antes y estábamos ansiosos por el viaje. El hotel ha cambiado de dueño y ha tenido un lavado de cara muy bonito. La habitación era excelente y tenía un baño estupendo. La zona del bar estaba muy bien renovada. El restaurante recién está comenzando y el menú es limitado. Sin embargo, como mi esposa no come pescado, el gerente Pierre habló con el chef y preparó un plato principal especial. Servicio por encima y más allá. Todo el personal fue muy amable y eficiente. El estacionamiento fuera de la calle es una gran ventaja. En general, fue una experiencia muy buena. Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel. oh

A lovely hotel, very well positioned in Lisieux for exploring the town and the 3 cathedrals. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The room we had was quite small but absolutely fine for a short stay. The restaurant had an extensive menu, mainly French country style. Unfortunately, the set menu which was available to our coach party was limited. Staff were very approachable, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This is a very good hotel. We received excellent service from all the staff we met and they are clearly a team fully committed to their work. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. We slept well with no disturbance from the busy road outside our window. The hotel is well situated for exploring Lisieux and the secure parking garage was much appreciated. The on-site restaurant is sensibly priced and the food is of a good standard and well presented; we ate here for both nights of our stay and were not disappointed, A particular bonus of the hotel is its spacious and comfortable lounge/bar which is the perfect place to relax after a day's travel.

Hotel with good location to explore area we were part of coach party. We were delayed by Traffic however as soon as we reached the hotel a manager came out and help unload the cases asap and there were sent to our rooms very soon after. The managers on the reception team stood out for me the three guys all went the extra mile. One of our group was taken into the hospital and the hotel help get their luggage to them and offering to help should our guide need anything translated at the hospital in respect of insurance. All this was above anything which they needed to do and was a refreshing to see a management team who went the extra mile without being asked to help. I had some food issues again the team stepped up to help ensure the day before I choose a meal for the next evening. The Chef was really nice and came to reception to offer some meal selections. He made some cheese quiches which were superb and a very nice dish with courgettes and cheese.

We stayed here as a family for one night in July on the way from Switzerland to Cherbourg. We were looking for one room for three and reserved over the phone. The hotel is centrally located and our room was clean and recently refurbished to a good standard. We ate dinner in the restaurant; the food was tasty and prices were very reasonable. What was important for us was the secure parking which is in a street-level garage as our car was full of luggage. There are several cafes within short walking distance if you like to take breakfast outside as we did. I would stay here again; the hotel is convenient, our room was comfortable and the staff were friendly!
