Ubicación ideal en el centro de la ciudad con aparcamiento cercano. Habitación cómoda y personal eficiente en recepción.

I stay at this hotel every year to visit family living near by and always have a good experience. This visit was for a 90th Birthday.. On the Sunday morning we were 10 of us for breakfast and on the late side but the lady working in the restaurant and the chef were absolutely amazing!! They made a big fuss of the Birthday girl and sang happy birthday to her as she walked in and then again later on. I cannot praise the two lady's enough, they really are beautiful human beings. Look forward to my next visit..

We’ve just had 2 nights in a family room. The best part was the staff. Everyone was friendly, but Jo and chef Tracey were particularly wonderful with us all- especially the children. Staff can make or break a stay away. And your staff made it! Thank you so much :-)

All the staff are excellent, so kind and welcoming. Anything you needed they’re happy to help. Tracey the chef stood out in particular, cooking fresh food all morning long and lovely to have a chat to. Everything is also very clean (rooms, toilets etc.) All in all a very lovely stay.

Typical experience of a inn- excellent shower, comfy bed and very clean. Greeter Jo was so friendly and really took an interest in our conversation. She went above and beyond in suggesting walks etc. Also big shout to chef Tracy - chatted away and even popped round to tables to make sure everything was fine. Happy staff- that says it all.

Stayed here Saturday night after a catch up and meal with friends. Had breakfast booked for Sunday morning (2nd June). Went to breakfast early about 7-7:15amish and the 2 staff members on duty, Jo and Tracy were amazing. Customer service was excellent, friendly and the food was cooked fresh to perfection. Highly recommend

We have just had our annual stay in Lichfield & stayed at the Premier inn, Lichfield City Centre. On arrival we was greeted & welcomed at the reception desk to check in, check in didn't take too long & was asked if we was happy with everything & asked if we wanted to book in for breakfast on the Sunday morning, we decided to book for breakfast & was greeted by very welcoming staff who where very helpful & ensured we had everything we needed. Definitely Reccommend.

Great sized family room. Plenty of space next to the king size bed without the two kids beds squashed together which makes a change. Little gifts provided for the children which was a nice touch. Would definitely return.

The food at the restaurant was poor quality, the service was slow (2.5 hours) and the food inedible. Staff were stressed and appeared out of their depth. Highly disappointing.
