Hay 3 escalones para acceder al hotel, no hay rampa, algo inadmisible en un hotel de 4*. Bien situado. La habitación doble estandar con dos camas es muy pequeña. Cuando hicimos la reserva de la habitación, 2 meses antes de la fecha de la estancia, solicitamos la reserva de plaza d pk., pero nos dijeron que no se podía reservar. A la llegada tuvimos que aparcar en la calle, en zona de pago. No tiene restaurante. Hay obras en un edifico que está justo al lado del hotel.

Un hotel espectacular no lo siquiente. El servicio impresionante. Calidad precio excelente . Las habitaciones muy acogedoras y de un lujo excelente. El servicio de sala espectacular . Felicito al chef y a todo su equipo por la pasion que ponen en ello. Felicito a la direccion del hotel por tener un personal tan profesional .. recomiendo dicho hotel para cualquier evento. Excellent location right on the river. Easy walk to central square, nice on the river restaurant and snack bar for evening relaxation by the ocean. Room prices reasonable and room very adequate. Breakfast at 20 euros a little pricing. Excellent bakery with great sandwiches located in close proximity.

I arrived in the early evening in a very large coach . It wasn't easy to navigate to the hotel, so I called them. The nicest girl came out and up the street to guide the coach round to its parking. Perfect English, a warm welcome, always with a smile. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Rooms nice and clean. Breakfast only but not a problem. Hotel was quiet and close to the town, and next to the river. Although the water was very brown. Absolutely wonderful stay, and a big thankyou to Martina for all her help beyond help.

This hotel is the perfect location for those wanting to visit the St Emilion-Pomerol wine regions but trying to stay away from the crazy expensive hotels in those two towns or the huge masses of tourists. Libourne is a quiet town with a lovely Sunday market which is only about a five minute walk away from the hotel which stands on the waterfront. The staff was super lovely at the check-in while also manning the bar. If not wanting to venture out to any of the nearby restaurants, the hotel bar has a good snack menu with a very tasty duck rillette.

nice hotel with a great car park direct access from car park to hotel lovely welcome with great attention paid from receptionist asked for an iron and ironing board in the room in 5 mins very near to center and opposite the river with bars and restaurants near nice bedroom and very nice modern bath room would stay again

Great hotel near the centre of Libourne Saint- Emilion . comfortable rooms very clean ,reasonable breakfast continental buffet. Staff very pleasant ,Reception staff very helpful on check in and out. Marianne is an absolute diamond and an asset to this hotel . Thank you
