El Hotel Mercure Grenoble Centre President es un hotel moderno y cómodo de cadena internacional . El personal es muy amable, especialmente el del restaurante. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tranquilas, los cuartos de baño limpios, aunque pequeños. La cena excelente. Tiene piscina, aunque no la probamos. La única pega del Hotel es que no está en el centro, sino en un barrio no muy agradable, aunque tiene un jardín detrás

Great wee one nighter in here in the lovely city of Grenoble. The hotels just out of the centre and we found it easily accessible via public transport. The hotel team were all very pleasant and welcoming. We didn't eat in the hotel but we used the spa area which was very nice. If I'm back in Grenoble I'd stay here again.

The front desk staff were wonderful so friendly and accommodating Also the bartender and server The hotel was alright but needed some updates A little shabby around the edges The jacuzzi pool looked great but was very cold It looked as though they are trying to save money so cutting back on certain things Staff made it better than it actually was

The hotel is located outside of the old centre and there is plenty of parking (outside). We were checked in well and our room had a view of the valley. Large bed, table and 2 chairs, working aircon. Fairly comfortable but bland. Bathroom had a a rain shower head and another (focussed against the wall tho). Toilet was in the bathroom. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the old town so ok.

It is a good hotel, the location is more or less normal. I liked the food and service, and the friendly staff. Unfortunately, I had to change the room key every day and sometimes twice a day which caused me discomfort but then as I was explained I had the card and phone in one pocket which made it no longer work
