Nada más que los problemas del primer día. Elige mi habitación en línea. No puede obtener la clave digital. En el cuarto de baño no hay lugar para colgar tus toallas ni un secador de pelo. Necesito quedarse otra noche y la chica en el escritorio Andrea fue más que útil. El día siguiente volví y el mantenimiento de la casa estaba en nuestra habitación aunque teníamos un no molestó el pendiente de la puerta. Tengo mi propia porque algunas propiedades no tienen estas y se respeta. Ella se llamaba y hablaba con alguien que dijo que eran un gerente y el otro no estaba allí. El director general llamó un par de minutos más tarde y parecía molesto pero se disculpó. Sé que esta es una nueva propiedad y sólo abre un mes y esperamos un par de hicups. Pero esta fue una muy mala primera impresión. El personal ha sido entrenado y se ha visto muy bien.

We have been going to Vegas for Cheer Competition for years (Jamz at The Orleans). We typically stay at the Townplace off the 15 (which is still a great location near the *****) and took a chance on this brand new build (less than a year old) to get away from the busy-ness of the ***** and it was worth it! We were less than 10 min up the road from where we needed to be (same distance/different direction) and also only 10 min from Blue Diamond Rd where there is a Target and lots of food places that don't have the Vegas crowds. The rooms are exactly what you would expect from Marriott (Comfortable/Clean). There was plenty of space to get ready and there was excellent lighting in the bathroom for make-up application. We always love a free breakfast option when we need to run out the door for call time, but the staff made it even better by greeting everyone and cleaning up so promptly it felt like we were the first ones there for breakfast even though it was busy each morning. The entire staff was exceptional and always had a smile on their faces and were accommodating and gracious with the few requests that I had. This location is listed as ”airport” but there really wasn't that much airport noise. We were on the East side of the building and if we listened closely we could hear the planes taking off, but didn't notice them otherwise. Very quite location for an airport hotel.

I've stayed here before, and had a good experience. There are a lot of positives. The hotel is generally clean, the staff is friendly and generally helpful, the room is well-appointed, there's plenty of parking. But, I will NEVER stay here again, or in any of the other hotels in this little cluster. First - I requested early check in well in advance, which I know is not guaranteed, but I also have platinum elite status, and thought they might accommodate me. Arrived at 9AM and did not get in to the room until 1:15 PM. It just seems like they might prioritize getting a room clean when the guest is physically at the hotel already. On a positive note, I did get upgraded. First night, fine, comfortable, everything as expected. Second night, I woke about 4AM to loud booming music. I called the front desk (had to use my cell phone, as the room phone didn't work) and was told they're aware of it, there's a club nearby, and they've reported it. So, since I was awake, I Googled reviews of this hotel and found complaints for the same thing dating back 10 years. Wish I had known, I never would have stayed here. So, I could not get back to sleep. Then I started hearing an intermittent beeping sound, which I reported to the front desk using the app. Smoke detector battery, probably. She offered to send someone up, but it was in my son's bedroom, and it wasn't waking him up, so I didn't want to disturb him with a stranger in his room in the middle of the night. I went to the front desk a little after 7 to sort it out. I was told there is no one on the property to deal with it, but they would put in a request - interesting, that in the middle of the night someone was supposedly available, but not first thing in the morning? Then, I came back to the room and examined the other two smoke detectors. They don't even have batteries! The little drawer where the battery goes is open and empty. That is definitely illegal, and unsafe for everyone in this hotel. Oh, I also inquired at the desk about laundry detergent, since the little hotel store didn't have any, and I forgot to bring mine from home. The hotel has laundry facilities for guests, that's one of the reasons I stay here. I was told they don't have any, they are waiting to get a delivery. So...you're telling me there's no available detergent in the hotel? How do they wash the sheets and towels every day? Someone who wanted to provide great service would have called housekeeping and gotten me what I needed. So, I did my laundry in the bathtub with shampoo. But, back to the smoke detector. How is it that there isn't a hotel policy to regularly replace smoke detector batteries, so guess never have to go through what I did? Seems pretty simple - and safe - and probably required legally. Super disappointed - and incredibly tired!

CLEAN-QUIET- EASY TO FIND- necesita un hotel de la banda en una ubicación excelente con muchos restaurantes a pie y a distancia de conducir? No mire más. Este hotel de 4 historias cuenta con un desayuno decente, habitaciones limpias y tranquilas y una pequeña piscina. Puedes lavarse allí también- NO hay mascotas (solo animales de servicio) y es NO fumar. Muy tranquilo y tranquilo. Cargas de espacio de tracción y accesorios de pared para dispositivos. Decente tamaño pequeño refrigerador, microondas y televisión. Mantenido en el hotel era limpio- y quiero decir limpio. No se decepcionará. Disfrute de su estancia, y desayuno gratuito, y vete descansado.
