DiDi ride to the hotel was easy and check-in was smooth. We loved that pedestrian street Zhangye Road was just 150 meters from the hotel and night market Da Zhong Xiang was 500 meters. The hotel has two elevator locations, one right under the sign that says Courtyard Hotel and another one through a small alley on the right side of Bank of Gansu which you will see is situated in the same building as the hotel. Must go to 5th floor for reception. Bathroom amenities and towels were replaced daily. Small issue is some parts of room were dusty, window not cleaned and I wished there was a bidet spray for washing.

I stayed here overnight. The staff was extremely helpful and the check in and checkout was perfect. The location is amazing. However, as motorcycle riders we did not get parking access in the hotel parking. It is something i feel needs to be.looked into as we pay the same room rent as anyone with a car. It was not safe.for.us to leave our motorcycles anywhere on the pavement and we had to search for.places to park that had at least a public security camera in case something was to go wrong.
The bathroom had a very bad smell coming from the drains and the exhaust could not really deal with it. We stayed here twice. The first experience was very good.

服務：工作人員都很nice，儘量解決你的需求，辦理入住時，還貼心的給了菊花茶，知道我們孩子容易掉下來，給拿了凳子擋一下，退房時還送了香噴
早餐：性價比很高，很豐富，很好吃！還有蘭州特色牛奶雞蛋醪糟

Se recomienda encarecidamente alojarse en el hotel Zhongshan cuando venga a Lanzhou, y debe alojarse en una habitación con vistas al puente de hierro del río Amarillo. El paisaje fuera de la ventana es tan hermoso que realmente puede recostarse en la cama y disfrutar del paisaje. . No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre las instalaciones y servicios del hotel. 此次入住和家裡人同行的，沒想到發現了一個寶藏的酒店，他們家的套房衞生做得非常乾淨，水也很熱，前台工作人員辦理速度特別快，又熱情服務態度也很好，距離中山橋的景點走路大概10分鐘左右，步行過去就可以，樓下打車也很方便，對出行者來説是一個不錯的選擇，帶着家裡人來蘭州旅遊，我覺得這次沒有踩雷

I originally intended to stay 2 nights at Hyatt, but ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights because of the excellent service & the amazing view from my room. I switched rooms twice, because other customers secretly smoked in their rooms and the 2nd hand smoke infiltrated into mine, even though the hotel has a strict policy of no smoking. The staff and especially Owen, the front desk manager, was especially accommodating. He made every effort to see to my comfort during my stay, even upgrading my room and offering two free breakfasts because of the smoking issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel in Lanzhou - the service & room & pool & gym & food (the Lanzhou beef noodles) are excellent!

UUsuario invitadoBonito hotel junto a la línea 2 de la estación de metro Tuanjie Xincun, pero no al nivel de 5 estrellas. Nos alojamos por 3 noches, ya que había pagado por adelantado. No se habla inglés ni en la recepción ni en la cafetería del desayuno. La habitación estaba en el piso 26 con una vista magnífica hacia el sur. Habitación tranquila, pequeña y con poco espacio para colgar y sin caja de seguridad. El desayuno era chino y decepcionante. Bonita piscina cubierta climatizada, pero bastante llena de forasteros a los que se les permite nadar allí. Fantástico gimnasio con todo lo que puedas necesitar y todo para ti. Probablemente me quede aquí nuevamente por una noche si el precio era correcto. Como excursión de un día, fuimos a Bingling Si. Tome el metro hasta la estación QiLiHe en la línea 1. Camine hacia el este pasando KFC, tome el segundo paso elevado para peatones, gire a la derecha y luego a la izquierda después de los revendedores cerca de los baños públicos. Esta es la estación de autobuses de Lanzhou Oeste. Cogimos el autobús de las 9 am por 23 yuanes en efectivo únicamente y solo estaba disponible ese día. En el otro extremo, organizaron un coche para 4 personas por 320 yuanes. El último autobús regresa a las 5:30. Saldrá antes si está lleno. Cerca de la estación QiLiHe, excelente cafetería en 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. De regreso de la estación de autobuses, pase KFC, pase el Metro, gire a la izquierda en Jian Gong Xi Jie. Prueba el 'café sucio'

PPorchiaLa habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. Lo que hizo que mi experiencia fuera aún más notable fue que me mejoraron gracialmente mi habitación sin ningún costo adicional, ofreciendome una vista atractiva y un sentido de lujo. El hotel tiene una amplia gama de instalaciones, como un centro de fitness bien equipado, un spa rejuvenecido y una piscina impresionante, pero lo que realmente me pareció es la música en vivo que llenó el hotel. La ubicación es excelente, el transporte es muy conveniente y las instalaciones de acompañamiento alrededor son perfectas. Tanto viajar como buscar comida deliciosa, se puede satisfacer fácilmente. El ambiente del hotel es elegante, decoración del hall es hermosa, habitaciones amplias y luminosas, decoración cálida, camas suaves y cómodas, lo que hace que la gente se sienta bien toda la noche. La salud es aún más incisiva, cada rincón es limpio y limpio, y la gente vive tranquila. El servicio es un gran punto brillante. A partir de la hora de la estancia, el personal es muy atento, siempre sonriendo, y la comida del hotel también merece elogios. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

TTraveling BritEl hotel está situado en una ubicación excelente, cerca del centro de Lanzhou (con acceso directo) cerca del museo de gansu y del hospital de gansu mujeres y niños.
Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias y nos sentimos muy cómodas, el desayuno tenía muchas opciones y fue satisfactorio. Mi única cuestión con este hotel es la hora de espera del ascensor (aunque no es una cuestión con el propio hotel, más bien el edificio) cuando vamos desde el piso al piso de los hoteles a menudo esperaríamos unos minutos para el ascensor, Cuando llegó, la gente empujaría hacia delante para asegurarse de que no hay más espacio.
Cuando dejé el hotel a las 10 de la mañana, me llevó más de 20 minutos a conseguir un ascensor con espacio para bajar, intenté tomar las escaleras pero las puertas estaban cerradas.
En general, un buen hotel no me quedaría otra vez sólo por el ascensor, todo lo demás es perfecto.

UUsuario invitadoI chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

… this is the hotel to stay especially if you are an independent traveller!
Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
