Everything from the arrival is perfect. Everyone from the staff is so kind, friendly and helpful. The a**osphere in the hotel is cozy and authentic combining lodge style and modern design. The rooms are warm, spacious and clean with amazing mountain view. The spa is perfect. The infinity pool ans the spa are your place for every time of the day and evening. The location of the hotel is right bext to shops, bus station and a short drive to the slopes. The food in the restaurant is delicious, pleasure for all sennses. The menu offers something for every taste. It is diverse, fresh and impeccable. Absolutely recommend!

They say it's a 4 star hotel but the service is 0. The staff is rude, the room smells like mold and the facilities are small and very different from the photos.. I don't recommend it at all! I booked for 4 nights but I lost the money because I only managed to stay two it was so bad.

Die Lage des Hotels, mitten im Herzen einer charmanten Stadt, bot ideale Voraussetzungen, um die lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erkunden. Darüber hinaus sorgte die gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel für mühelose Unternehmungen in die Umgebung.

Die makellose Sauberkeit in meinem Zimmer und in den öffentlichen Bereichen des Hotels gab mir ein durchgehendes Gefühl der Sicherheit. Besonders in diesen Zeiten war dieses Engagement für Hygiene und Pflege besonders beruhigend. Das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal trug weiterhin dazu bei, dass mein Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich war. Jede Anfrage wurde prompt und mit größter Sorgfalt behandelt.
