UUsuario invitadoReason for the deducted points is that our toilet would barely flush, and our room was located next to the surrounding outdoor bars. Unfortunately, no sleep was possible due to the lack of soundproofing. Because we stayed less than 24 hours, these were not issues we felt worth mentioning to the staff at the time. However, given the issues we experienced and the money spent—especially considering we checked in around 3 p.m. and checked out before 7 a.m.—the price for one night is definitely not worth the cost.

UUsuario invitadoLocation in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

UUsuario invitadoThe Moonrise is a great boutique hotel with really fun decor and art. It is clean and comfortable. They need to update their website regarding the onsite restaurant. It is only open for breakfast. There are several restaurants within walking distance. They are a pet friendly hotel, which is nice. There is no parking garage, just an open lot behind the hotel with dedicated parking for guests. Don't expect a valet to assist with unloading your luggage, though. The registration staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return if I return to St. Louis.

SsherrymamyLa decoración es sencilla, elegante y fácil de limpiar, por lo que la habitación está muy limpia. Al lado de Washu Medical College, el ambiente circundante también es bueno, muy cerca de Forest Pak, la estación de metro también está muy cerca y el transporte es conveniente.

UUsuario invitadoWhat they don't tell you... the hotel's lobby is on the 12th floor!!! Once you're checked in, your key card is needed to use the elevator as well as access your room and parking. I think the front desk attendant was REALLY new because she couldn't answer any questions we had, it was a guest who told us about the elevator! The hotel was clean and comfortable, as well as entertaining! Now that we know the quirks, we'll definitely stay here again. (view from our room)

鑫鑫匀Me he alojado en este hotel muchas veces. Cada vez que vengo a St. Louis para quedarme aquí, la sala principal puede cocinar, hay una suite y hay un sofá cama, pero la desventaja es que las camas están desplomadas, muy suaves e incómodas. Es conveniente tener una lavadora y secadora en cada piso. Las comidas ligeras y la cerveza están disponibles alrededor de las 5 pm de lunes a jueves. Se proporcionan de forma gratuita. Es simple por la mañana pero aún está lleno. Hay mucha gente los fines de semana, en su mayoría negros pero seguros.

UUsuario invitadoTwo of the main things I looked for when booking was a pool and free parking. The pool was indoors which was fine. Was surprised to see how small it was and was a big let down that it was so freezing we couldn’t enjoy it at all. So it was a let down that one of the main reasons I booked here we didn’t get to use the pool. This place does have newer furniture in its rooms but the floor throughout and the furniture it the lobby is just stained up and dingy. The signs on 1st floor for ice machine/vending are wrong. Asked a rude house keeper that was upset bc I guess I interrupted her cleaning. She had told me it was around the corner…. The out of order machine was on the other side of the building. I finally found me an ice machine on next floor. The people at the front desk are very nice and courteous. Really nice. But wish they had explained more on their parking so that I didn’t end up with a ticket each day I was there. So they have no free parking lots at the moment. You either have to park in their drop off zone are a section of street parking on the side. The other lots available you have to pay per day. Due to this I found a spot on the side (side street parking as they suggested) and I didn’t move my car. I kept it there the entire time and walked everywhere I needed to go. Well when I went to leave I had parking tickets racked up for several days. I went in and asked them if that was there parking as told previously and they said yes. I told them about the tickets and they said it was managed by the city and u have to back in or get a ticket. That would be nice to know when you offer that as a parking suggestion. I go out to lot to see if there was a sign. There was a sign many spots down that in the direction I was coming from wouldn’t have seen. I also looked all almost every vehicle was parked wrong way so obviously they weren’t told or didn’t see sign either. I started warning those I could. $30 a day ticket city it making a lot of money of that small parking section from out of towners etc that don’t know ST Louis parking laws …. The hotel won’t warn u of this and they know. Besides these couple things everything else was good.
