It was wonderful stay with this hotel… staff was so cooperative and best thing is that rooms were cleaned. They served us welcome breakfast too… with this price its ok

Overpriced for the service provided. Asked for airport service but they couldnt reply even if they were online on whatsapp. Cleanliness was average. Dusty.

Este hotel es en realidad una villa independiente en el centro de Lahore. No hubo desayuno en Internet a la hora prevista. No esperaba que el desayuno fuera bastante rico y lo llevaran en la habitación. Durante el período, una tetera se rompió y se reparó a tiempo. Es cómodo beber agua caliente.

Dear Hotel Management !!! Can't praise this hotel highly enough - they are really amazing The staff at reception in particular have the best customer service skills I have experienced in Pakistan - feels like being in a western hotel. I wished I remembered his name but the man who checked me in and checked me out was extremely professional with fantastic customer service skills. Reception management should find out who he is and give him a pay rise. God bless you man

Las instalaciones, la higiene, el ambiente y el servicio del hotel son buenas, está muy cerca de la sala de exposiciones, a unos 500 metros a pie, y el desayuno es delicioso. Se siente muy seguro, hay un gran centro comercial no muy lejos, es un buen lugar para quedarse en la exposición.

The hotel was great Only thing is you should have complimentary Spa not to charge 3200 rupees to use the sauna and steam room That’s is not good I have stayed in Serena hotel Defence raya, pc, and avari hotel None of them charge for this service I was put off because of this

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
