We had an excellent stay. The hotel and the staff were amazing throughout our stay of 10 days. The breakfast and the location was also superb. Cannot fault it for anything. The complimentary airport drop off and pick up was added benefit which other hotels do not provide. We will be coming back again.

Can't praise this hotel highly enough - they are really amazing The staff at reception in particular have the best customer service skills I have experienced in Pakistan - feels like being in a western hotel. I wished I remembered his name but the man who checked me in and checked me out was extremely professional with fantastic customer service skills. Reception management should find out who he is and give him a pay rise. God bless you man

Las instalaciones, la higiene, el ambiente y el servicio del hotel son buenas, está muy cerca de la sala de exposiciones, a unos 500 metros a pie, y el desayuno es delicioso. Se siente muy seguro, hay un gran centro comercial no muy lejos, es un buen lugar para quedarse en la exposición.

The hotel was great Only thing is you should have complimentary Spa not to charge 3200 rupees to use the sauna and steam room That’s is not good I have stayed in Serena hotel Defence raya, pc, and avari hotel None of them charge for this service I was put off because of this

El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. La habitación era muy confortable y todas las instalaciones estaban bien mantenidas. El desayuno fue otro destacado de mi estancia. Buena ubicación, habitaciones limpias, seguridad estricta y jardín. No hay muchas opciones de desayuno. El servicio y la comida del restaurante chino están bien. El chef es chino y sabe hacer fideos chinos👍👍👍

Recomendable, está alejado del casco histórico pero la estancia es muy agradable.

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
