"Oban situated in Gulberg 3 Lahore, a well sort out area, with many shops near-by. The staff were polite and helpful. Saima at the front desk was great, we booked 3 different rooms and she even upgraded them. In total we stayed for 2 nights, room facilities included kettle, tea and also toothbrushes, shaving kit and soaps for hands and shower, clean towels, A/C rooms, fans, Tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime TV etc and also wifi. It also has a rooftop restaurant which is great. 10/10"

Heritage Luxury Suites All Suite Hotel

"This is the best thing happened to me since I moved to Lahore (2022). I always have culinary issues with restaurants/cafes/hotels in (lhr). It triggers my OCD and sensory issues especially when they put small dessert spoons for food and table spoons for desserts (in most places in lhr) and I hate it. This is definitely going to be the place I’m visiting alone on the days I’m feeling like sh*t and alone in this city who gave me traumas, laughters, learnings and zero amount of people I could call my friends."

GOLDEN ONE HOTEL

"The hotel's location was great, with easy access to various restaurants! Maybe it's because I didn't hand over the key, but there was no housekeeping, no comforters on the beds, and the shower didn't have a partition, so the toilet got soaked. There was a little bit of trash on the floor, so I guess it was a little dirty for the price. This is just my opinion as a Japanese person, so maybe that's just how it is."

"Dear Management, I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. When I entered the hotel, there was no one available at the reception desk, and I had to wait around 20 to 25 minutes for check-in. After completing the check-in process, I went to my room and found it very dirty and not properly cleaned. Later, I ordered dinner. I was informed on the phone that it would take 40 minutes. However, after 40 minutes, when I followed up, the food was still not ready. Eventually, the food was served to my room after almost 2 hours. I am very unhappy with this experience. The service was extremely poor and disappointing. On top of that, the food had no taste and was not satisfactory at all. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I hope you take this complaint seriously and improve your service standards."

Currency exchange is available on-site, which is incredibly convenient and hassle-free for tourists. Breakfast is included upon check-in, a thoughtful touch. Overall, the service is attentive and considerate, the environment is comfortable and quiet, and the location is convenient for getting around. It's suitable for both tourism and leisure travel, and I highly recommend staying here!"

"I recently stayed at Smart Hotel with my family while on a business trip, and it was a disaster. Despite a confirmed reservation and guaranteed payment, the staff repeatedly called demanding payment, knowing my family and luggage were still in the room. This unprofessional harassment caused significant stress and anxiety. I wouldn't recommend Smart Hotel to anyone, especially business travelers seeking a hassle-free experience. The hotel needs to revise its policies to treat guests with dignity and respect. Until then, I advise others to look elsewhere."
