RRidel VillaruelWe stayed at The Manila Hotel as a couple with one infant and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, the facilities felt grand and culturally rich rather than modern, and the location is central, great for nearby parks but challenging due to Manila traffic. The highlight was the breakfast, which was outstanding and easily the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had.

WWorld Traveler!Un lugar decente para permanecer. No hay nada de fantasía, pero si quieres una habitación limpia y limpia, espacio personal, diseño moderno, cama de confort, baño saneado. HHollieThe receptionist who assisted me during check in was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the upgrade to my room that I didn't expect. All of the staff are nice. The breakfast buffet is also good. There's a minibar inside the room and the price for the items are reasonable. Really enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this place.

UUsuario invitadoIts so beautiful if u are having a bayview but the room small the carpet into the room was dirty and it has a gum the furniture with dents the bath room was okay but the bathub is so small and its only have hot water cant even make it warm but the service was good all goods at all they are kind and helpful to the customers❤️ btw the food was expensive inside i would recommend u can go outside to it and its more closee to 7/11 across to the street and burger king , mcdonalds.

@@travels8kOne of the most unique hotels in the Philippines, the ocean rooms have a full aquarium wall that's connected through all the rooms of that side. Different fish pass by at different times from room to room. They have great breakfast as well with a view of Manila bay while bacon is available on request for a small fee. Sunset views are awesome and dinner menu is well structured. While most of the hotel is spotless the main corridor outside the rooms could be cleaned more regularly as everyone is passing for there to get to the rooms. There was something odd in the morning just around the end of breakfast time. We could hear the chairs from upstairs being dragged on the wooden floor loudly around 9:30 am to 10:00 am, we were woken up several times as we tried to sleep after an early breakfast. The rest of the time it was whisper quiet and serene.

Every time I stepped out and returned, the room was always in perfect order — bed neatly fixed, trash emptied, and surfaces dust-free. Aside from cleanliness, the room ambiance was cozy and peaceful. The air-conditioning worked well, the lighting was just right, and the TV provided a good variety of channels. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful sleep, and the overall environment was quiet, which made it easy to unwind. I also appreciated the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. They greeted me with smiles and made sure that check-in and check-out were fast and convenient. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is also a big plus — very accessible to transportation, convenience stores, and restaurants. It’s ideal for travelers who want a clean and affordable place to stay without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Overall, I would describe my stay at Hotel Sogo as clean, safe, and comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the location within Intramuros. Despite the hot and humid weather, I was able to walk to key sites withing Intramuros. The reception seemed to lack in its tour arranging ability, but I was able to charter a TukTuk at a nearby museum, to go all the way to Malacañan Palace area.

Rrose richelleLos niños estaban muy emocionados cuando llegamos al vestíbulo. Especialmente cuando ven la piscina. La habitación y la cama son realmente adecuadas para nosotros. El único problema que tuvimos es que la televisión no funciona. Pero aun así lo gestionaron bien y lo cambiaron por otro. La recepcionista del frente.
