UUsuario invitado2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

DDonMoreAntes de todo tengo que recordar que este hotel es de 3 estrellas, y por lo tanto tienen que saber a que atenerse, aunque a veces sacan buenos precios.. en mi caso cogí una oferta en una suite, así lo tomen como referencia. Voy a enumerar lo que no me ha gustado pero solo una salvedad, no nos pidieron el depósito o fianza antes de entrar y el portero muy servicial, y más importante que vi es que está muy céntrico. En primer lugar: Este hotel no tienen las habitaciones ventanas.. Segundo lugar: Este hotel no tiene servicio de limpieza diaria. En Tercer lugar: El desayuno si lo tienes incluido, como ha sido mi caso, pues tengo que decir, no es como lo indica el hotel, es decir no es continental, es menú filipino, no tienen ensalada.. muy limitado de variedad, pero es tipo buffet. Cuarto: en nuestra habitación, la suite, el tamaño no es lo que dice el hotel, es más bien pequeña. Quinto: en la habitación no funcionaba el secador del pelo. Además no había señal de WiFi, apesar de ser gratuito.. y la señal de datos lo mismo, no habia cobertura.. Así que después de todo estos detalles, si a ti, no es importante, es una gran opción... Un saludo.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The amenities are fine and the room met expectations. Unfortunately, the guest service needs improvement. We arrived at 7:30 PM and our room was still not ready. We were asked to wait, but there were no updates unless we repeatedly asked, which was inconvenient after a long trip. There was also an issue with Netflix being logged in under another guest’s account. When we asked if it could be logged out, we were bluntly told it couldn’t be done, without any effort to assist or offer alternatives. A more service-oriented response would have made a big difference. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but better staff training and guest handling are needed to improve the stay.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant. The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well. Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown. As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming. We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat. Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

SSolamia AñascoEsta fue nuestra segunda estancia en Travelite Legarda. Normalmente nos vamos a Baguio cada enero. Durante nuestra visita anterior, nos quedamos en Travelite Express Hotel cerca del Parque Burnham, y el año siguiente decidimos probar Travelite Legarda. Esta es nuestra segunda vez que nos quedamos aquí. Nos encontrábamos en la habitación 321 y notamos que no había agua caliente en la habitación. FO Erica y HK Arnold nos ayudaron a transferirnos a otra habitación con agua caliente, Sala 309. A las 9:32 pm, ya habíamos transferido a la nueva habitación. Desde que el agua caliente estaba funcionando, empezé a tomar una ducha. Después de unos minutos, dos huéspedes masculinos de repente abrió nuestra habitación, lo que nos chocó porque podían acceder a la habitación. Los dos huéspedes dijeron que la oficina delantera les había asignado también la habitación 309. Después de terminar mi ducha, esperaba que cualquier personal o personal de la oficina del frente viniera, golpear o al menos disculpar por lo que pasó, pero nadie vino. También trabajo en la industria hotelera, así que entiendo que pueden ocurrir errores, pero esta situación fue claramente una negligencia grave. No sé si el personal estaba ocupado o no, pero esta experiencia no fue buena para ningún huésped. Espero que este incidente no vuelva a ocurrir a otros huéspedes en el futuro.

Y la sana incluye n lng din yung egg wag na on the spot n lulutuin ksi humahaba ang pila ⭐️⭐️ Mejor ubicación ito if may sarili kang car 😊 Yun nga lng malayo sa sinong town. Wala msyadong Taxi kaya no choice magpapabook k tlga ng GRAB (200+ ang taxi fare pag grab pero pag regular nsa 100 o menos) One thing nakakahilo yung pakyat s main lobby ng hotel, spiral ramp ksi tpos ang tarik pag di sanay un mgdrive mhirapn tlga ska Sana may nag Assistant Dun sa Pag akyat at pagbaba ng sasakyan pra di nagkakasalubungan at Maiwasan Yung Disgrasya.

UUsuario invitadoLa zona era muy ideal con buena vista. La tripulación también era cortés y acertada. Pero las instalaciones eran pobres, especialmente el baño. También se mencionó que el desayuno era estilo buffet, pero no fue. Fue ”ayudado a buffet” donde la tripulación va a comer para usted. Sólo puedes tener lo que ellos comen. No es un problema para mí, pero espero que hayan hecho una información clara sobre eso. Espero que puedan trabajar en estos temas.
