We stayed for a week (7d 6n) It was a charming hotel that overlooks the mountainous Baguio City. Staff were accommodating, professional and friendly. My only downside is that there’s no shuttle to pick us up or drop us off to our preferred destination especially one night that we finished shopping at SM Baguio not so late at around 8 or 9pm and there were no taxicabs around. We were neglected by the SM’s dispatcher so freezing and inconvenient as it is, I called the hotel to pick us up since we were having a hard time booking a grab taxi. It is always drivers are busy all the time. The first lady at front desk wasn’t that helpful. She just gave a “wala na kaming magagawa” answer but the second front desk lady was accommodating and went the extra mile so kudos to her. Shout out to our housekeeper lady Grace who also is friendly and courteous and gave us all the amenities we needed. Replenished our sheets reqularly. Above all it was an above average stay but not as perfect since there were minor areas like, the bathroom sewer stinks, which I think they are aware of, no shuttle, the balcony is fine coz we were at the corner facing both the vines with some noisy construction workers chatting but tolerable and pine trees on your right. You have to lean over to get a good view but be extra careful for you might fall to your death. It was a charming and promising hotel. We might consider to comeback and tell this to friends, relatives and close loved ones.

Before the stay, the online booking process was very easy and intuitive. Upon arrival we were quickly checked in and our room was in immaculate condition, with a stunning view from the balcony. We were very impressed with the personalised welcome gift that was offered by the management, it made us feel very special. There were plenty amenities offered complimentary and there’s also the option to get a reasonably priced mini bar selection. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the view is outstanding. Although there’s no a/c, the ceiling fans do the job properly ( it’s even healthier) Everything has a feel of comfort and luxury, which is amazing value for the price. If there’s anything that would make this place even better would be to have more vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. The gardens are very neat and well taken care of, it’s such a pleasant walk around. I can’t finish without mentioning the outstanding and remarkable service that was provided to us by Alyssa, welcoming us on arrival with a genuine smile and going way beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable, she is indeed a star and a valuable asset to the Manor. We already can’t wait to return again :)

Cuando vamos a Baguio, siempre nos quedamos en Forest Lodge. ¿Por qué nos quedamos de vuelta? Porque siempre te harán sentir en casa. A veces surgen situaciones inesperadas y es el momento en que realmente ves lo que reduce este hotel sobre el resto. Recientemente me diagnosticaron asma y, dado que no sabía de todos mis desencadenadores, no sabía que las fumas y el delicioso olor de la cocina empeorarían mi condición. La habitación estaba cerca de la cocina y me quedé tostada tan dura que mi marido llamó a la enfermera. El gerente (Neil Dominic), la enfermera y el campanario vinieron a mi rescate. La enfermera comprobó mi oxígeno y me compró mis medicamentos prescritos de la farmacia para que me sentía mejor. Después de eso, estaba bien ya y aún, el gerente y la enfermera siguieron vigilando a nosotros. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad de Gales, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad de Gales, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad de Gales. Por eso, siempre llamaré Forest Lodge mi casa en Baguio. Muchas gracias por cuidarnos durante nuestra estancia allí este enero 2024. Esperamos verte pronto.

La habitación es limpia y el personal del hotel es muy cortés y atentos como Joseph y Vanessa durante nuestro desayuno nos ayudan a nuestras necesidades, por supuesto, mi familia se siente segura debido a la visibilidad de la seguridad (SG Cabales, SG Asia) kudos 👍 Sólo hay algunas observaciones dentro del equipo de la habitación HK debe inspeccionar cuidadosamente la ropa y la pija como la tintura es visible y el rasguño en el vidrio temperado en la pared sobre la cama, pero la estancia global es 👍 buena.

El hotel era relativamente nuevo. La ubicación estaba muy lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero la vista era increíble y atractiva. El hotel era bueno y ideal si usted busca la privacidad y la tranquilidad. La vista al sol también era grande. Las camas son cómodas. No había muchas comodidades en la habitación, pero considerando el precio, creo que es razonable. Sólo espero que pongan más ropa colgadas en la habitación. El baño de bañera era literalmente caliente y bastante difícil para equilibrar la temperatura. Lol. La conexión WiFi era mala. El desayuno no vale la pena, mejor comer en la ciudad. No lo recomiendo para los ancianos ya que hay muchas escaleras en el hotel. Muchas cosas que mejorar, pero gracias por un estancia de 2 noches.

Muy buena habitación con una ubicación conveniente a lo largo de la autopista Marcos, donde es fácil capturar jeepney o taxi para llegar al centro o donde quiera ir .... pero trata de evitar horas de ruido ocupadas cuando los taxis/jeepneys son en su mayoría llenos y muchas carreteras están congestionadas. El hotel está en el centro de Baguio, donde se encuentra el P10 para jeepney y P 150 +/- para taxi (todos nuestros taxis Baguio se utilizan en metros sin duda). Baguio parece ser una ciudad de centro de la ciudad, como tuvimos que ir a o cerca del centro antes de ir a otros destinos turísticos. El hotel es inusual, ya que la entrada está en el primer aparcamiento subterráneo del edificio (no hay un verdadero lobby, sólo una pequeña zona de asiento en el servicio con TV y un distribuidor de agua caliente/fria). Todas las habitaciones están en los próximos tres niveles inferiores conectados por ascensor; no podíamos oír el tráfico de Marcos Highway a menos que abrimos nuestras ventanas, y teníamos una habitación en la esquina. El personal nos permitió mantener nuestros bolsillos allí durante nuestro último día antes de nuestra vuelta de autobús de noche a Manila. La habitación era muy limpia y muy grande para el precio del presupuesto. Todas las habitaciones ”subterráneas” tenían buena vista del valle abajo, ya que el hotel está a lo largo de la colina de la autopista Marcos. Las habitaciones se encuentran frente a SE, así que la habitación fue brillante cada mañana soleado. El Casa Bel Inn se ha servido para ofrecer desayuno gratuito en este restaurante de 2 pisos, pero ya no está disponible. Nos quedaremos aquí de nuevo, ya que fue un gran valor, muy limpio, amable personal, y en una buena ubicación para capturar viajes a todos los destinos.

El hotel es un hotel muy bueno para una reunión de vuelta o para un trabajo de días largo. Las habitaciones son limpias y los protocolos sanitarios necesarios son intactos especialmente siendo un gestor de divisiones de habitaciones y trabajando en la industria por casi 12 años puedo certificar personalmente que mantienen la limpieza en sus habitaciones ... Wifi es bueno aunque usted necesidad de volver a registrarse cada 5 minutos de tiempo,,, aunque de nuevo su buen cuando se utiliza ... en general este hotel es realmente calificado para una revisión estelar 3-4 ... Desafortunadamente contrataron a alguien que los tira abajo ... una manzana rotta mezclada con buenos ... su frente El agente de oficina llamado “LYN” hizo nuestra estadía aquí terrible especialmente cuando ella está en servicio.. (Tenemos una estadía agradable aunque cuando ella está en el día de despido o en el día de despido) Tenga en cuenta que estamos permaneciendo en esta propiedad por 5 o más veces al mes. En la primera reunión, ella incluso mencionó que no aceptaban la transacción de tarjetas, como le dije que soy un gestor de div de habitaciones y puedo ver un terminal de tarjetas de crédito, incluso ofrecido para enseñarle cómo usarlo. No puedo ver por qué Lyn siempre pide mi identificación cuando se inspecciona bien de hecho todos sus colegas no lo hacen ya como im en sus registros,,, tal vez ella también no sabe usar el sistema ... Finalmente ordenamos comida fuera como su resta está cerca ... ya que está siendo entregado directamente por su personal después de que la comida se entrega al fo ... No sé si su estúpida golpeó otra vez y decidió pedirme que bajara y recogerlo incluso mentiendo que sólo tiene la guardia Con él, después de mencionarle que siempre se entrega aquí en nuestra habitación, inmediatamente uno de los chicos hk lo dio con todo respeto.. A la directora general de esta propiedad Eurotel, mamá / señor, este agente le arrastrará su propiedad. Espero que se adopten las medidas necesarias, y también entiendo que quizás se la contrató recientemente y que la falta de formación no se le da debido a la pandemia. Pero como hotelero experimentado, este tipo de actitudes son ya ineducables, especialmente para alguien que trabaja en la frente.. Creo que ya sabemos lo que yo sugiero. El supervisor de la oficina del frente es alguien que debe comentar aunque añadir el nuevo asistente masculino hk,,,de hecho todo el personal excepto Lyn ... otra vez una manzana rotta en un conjunto de buenos.. 😔

Agradecemos que el personal del hotel permitiera el check in temprano cuando llegamos. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa, con vistas a Burnham Park y al paisaje urbano. El servicio también fue encomiable, ya que todos fueron muy serviciales y profesionales. El servicio de restaurante en Sunflower Cafe fue muy satisfactorio, pero podrían mejorar las opciones de desayuno. Me encantaría que incluyeran frutas de temporada en su menú. En general, nuestra experiencia con Baguio Burnham Suites fue agradable. Definitivamente lo recomendaría a mis amigos y familiares.

La habitación era muy tranquila, pero la habitación era relativamente tranquila. ¡Necesitaba tiempo para recargar y atrapar un poco de sueño y eso lo hice! Wifi era intermitente y lenta coz mi habitación estaba en el extremo, pero al menos no tuve que sufrir con personas y niños caminando por mi habitación ( oí a los niños roaming alrededor un poco), y lo suficientemente probado. El baño estaba limpio, todo el vidrio (la puerta se dobló como la puerta de la ducha para la privacidad) se habían proporcionado toallas básicas, así como toallas que huelen mal de cloruro. El aire acondicionado era bastante frío y mutilaba todo el ruido ambiente fuera (un plus para mí), la enorme televisión de pantalla plana era lo suficientemente buena, pero tenía todos esos canales de cable en una lengua extranjera. La cama era una coz sorpresa que esperaba una madrastra de primavera o ruidosa, pero no era ni suave ni dura, sólo lo suficientemente firme para mi espalda (había un buen sueño), y también buenas piñas ( sólo traer sus propias piñas). El desayuno estaba incluido en la habitación y estaba solo, así que tenía 2 servidores, el pescado seco, y los salsas con huevos, más café y jugo ilimitado. El hotel tiene un restaurante en casa que sirve principalmente comida asiática, no pregunté si todavía tienen un buffet coz que tenían antes de la pandemia. El hotel tiene un restaurante muy conocido en el piso del hotel y creo que puedes comer allí también si quieres comer. (sólo quedó lejos de la multitud) Sala limpia, baño limpio y desayuno. Aquí hay unas tarifas razonables.

It was my 4th time in Baguio City and I was with my partner for an advanced holiday leisure trip. We stayed at A Hotel Baguio City and I can say that their best asset is their employees. Red, the Front Desk officer when we arrived, warmly assisted us to all our needs during our check-in. She well represented the hotel’s hospitality service and she’s very helpful. The hotel is strategically located at the commercial district of Baguio were most of the tourist attraction are few walks away from the hotel. However, it could’ve been a nicer place to stay if rooms are a bit sound proof. It was annoying when sounds of the jeepney machines and the busy street of Shuntug bothers us duri ng rush hours. The room we stayed is quite dull and nothing amazed us in the hotel. The hotel rate, for me, does not reflects in the hotel rooms. There is no Safety vault, no flat iron (available upon request with fee), internet service is unstable, the room is just raw; bed, tv and tables only. No place for your luggage. But overall, this place is really nice if you want an accommodation in Baguio City. Good job to the staff of this hotel!

Nos alojamos en la habitación 511. Pedimos zapatillas y nos lo dieron de inmediato. Las almohadas tienen algunos pelos como si no hubieran cambiado. Nos costó mucho encender la televisión. Necesitamos presionar durante mucho tiempo el botón de encendido / apagado para que funcione, a veces no funcionará en absoluto. El lugar es bastante decente. Alquilamos la habitación por 12 días, pero nos quedamos 8 días antes. tenemos que ir a nuestra provincia como no planeado. Se dieron dos botellas de plástico de agua, 1 sobre de champú y 1 jabón de baño pequeño y 1 pañuelo de papel. Pedí otras 2 botellas de plástico de agua y pañuelos el otro día y me lo dieron. Si no lo solicito, no emitirán nada, lo que significa que por la duración de 12 días, solo lo mencionado anteriormente se entregará una sola vez. No hay hervidor eléctrico, pero tienen dispensador de agua en la recepción del hotel del tercer piso. La ubicación es buena bec. está en el distrito central de baguio.

Ni Aguda ni el hotel nos informaron de los requisitos para viajar a Baguio. Location was excellent since the Panagbenga parade was passing through the hotel. Water flowing on the back of the toilet bowl is bad. No exhaust Fan on our toilet. Slamming door, loud footsteps and chatting on the hallway was terrible. Disturb our rest. For safety concern, refrain the housekeeping cart unattended on the hallways, as it blocks the hallway just in case of emergency. Exit map guide behind the door, inside our room, was not updated. Were located at room 201, but the photo shown room 202. Kindly update that for fire and earthquake evacuation concern. Water glass is not clean properly. As observed some fingerprints and stains on the middle of the glass up to the drinking lid / drinking spots. Observed dust on the coffee machine, and stagnant water behind the coffee machine (I dont know when it was used or refilled) Phone has disconnected line. Although we are transferred from room 205 to room 201. Make sure that all the phone line connection was working in good condition to all rooms. Noticed the shampoo, lotion, conditioner and bath gel has containers and refilled, which was an environmental friendly act. Staff name Jhong and his family after the Grand Float Parade has no consideration as we took pictures on the veranda, and his daughter and himself always on the background of our photos. Never leave the Front desk unattended, as I have noticed that no one is in front desk for guests inquiry. Overall, room, other amenities and customer service are superb. Staff name Rose ann, the other girl and Jhong, an OJT name Jzerny and Marijo are very helpful and attentive on our needs which provides excellent service. Houskeeping team name Nicollo and the other guys and girls have good work in making and maintaining our room clean and provide excellent service. Keep smiling and greeting me whenever I came across with the staff. I will definitely go back and stay in Casa Vallejo.

To the many things wrong with this hotel and why you should definitely find somewhere else to stay when you’re in Baguio… The first problem we encountered was the room having a strong chemical/fragrant smell with a sticky residue on all of the surfaces, I’m not sure if they had sprayed some sort of air freshener or something before we arrived but it was quite strong and bad. Secondly the general cleanliness of the room is off putting. There was a thick coating of dust around the tv and on the table next to the bed, gross. The door had hand prints and smudges from the top to bottom as well. The worst of all these issues is the bathroom. Don’t expect to get too clean here because our shower was a trickle of water and not much beyond that, don’t forget to pack your tabo. The staff offered no resolution for a room swap or anything for any of these issues. To finalize, this hotel has lots of cheerful reviews, maybe it was just our specific room in disrepair. However it is advertised as a nice hotel you’d expect some amenities at. There was not even a washcloth or hairdryer in the bathroom. I do regret my stay here this time and would caution if you plan on staying here.

Nos alojamos en la habitación 511. Pedimos zapatillas y nos lo dieron de inmediato. Las almohadas tienen algunos pelos como si no hubieran cambiado. Nos costó mucho encender la televisión. Necesitamos presionar durante mucho tiempo el botón de encendido / apagado para que funcione, a veces no funcionará en absoluto. El lugar es bastante decente. Alquilamos la habitación por 12 días, pero nos quedamos 8 días antes. tenemos que ir a nuestra provincia como no planeado. Se dieron dos botellas de plástico de agua, 1 sobre de champú y 1 jabón de baño pequeño y 1 pañuelo de papel. Pedí otras 2 botellas de plástico de agua y pañuelos el otro día y me lo dieron. Si no lo solicito, no emitirán nada, lo que significa que por la duración de 12 días, solo lo mencionado anteriormente se entregará una sola vez. No hay hervidor eléctrico, pero tienen dispensador de agua en la recepción del hotel del tercer piso. La ubicación es buena bec. está en el distrito central de baguio.

La habitación era muy tranquila, pero la habitación era relativamente tranquila. ¡Necesitaba tiempo para recargar y atrapar un poco de sueño y eso lo hice! Wifi era intermitente y lenta coz mi habitación estaba en el extremo, pero al menos no tuve que sufrir con personas y niños caminando por mi habitación ( oí a los niños roaming alrededor un poco), y lo suficientemente probado. El baño estaba limpio, todo el vidrio (la puerta se dobló como la puerta de la ducha para la privacidad) se habían proporcionado toallas básicas, así como toallas que huelen mal de cloruro. El aire acondicionado era bastante frío y mutilaba todo el ruido ambiente fuera (un plus para mí), la enorme televisión de pantalla plana era lo suficientemente buena, pero tenía todos esos canales de cable en una lengua extranjera. La cama era una coz sorpresa que esperaba una madrastra de primavera o ruidosa, pero no era ni suave ni dura, sólo lo suficientemente firme para mi espalda (había un buen sueño), y también buenas piñas ( sólo traer sus propias piñas). El desayuno estaba incluido en la habitación y estaba solo, así que tenía 2 servidores, el pescado seco, y los salsas con huevos, más café y jugo ilimitado. El hotel tiene un restaurante en casa que sirve principalmente comida asiática, no pregunté si todavía tienen un buffet coz que tenían antes de la pandemia. El hotel tiene un restaurante muy conocido en el piso del hotel y creo que puedes comer allí también si quieres comer. (sólo quedó lejos de la multitud) Sala limpia, baño limpio y desayuno. Aquí hay unas tarifas razonables.

Wifi es bueno aunque usted necesidad de volver a registrarse cada 5 minutos de tiempo,,, aunque de nuevo su buen cuando se utiliza ... en general este hotel es realmente calificado para una revisión estelar 3-4 ... Desafortunadamente contrataron a alguien que los tira abajo ... una manzana rotta mezclada con buenos ... su frente El agente de oficina llamado “LYN” hizo nuestra estadía aquí terrible especialmente cuando ella está en servicio.. (Tenemos una estadía agradable aunque cuando ella está en el día de despido o en el día de despido) Tenga en cuenta que estamos permaneciendo en esta propiedad por 5 o más veces al mes. En la primera reunión, ella incluso mencionó que no aceptaban la transacción de tarjetas, como le dije que soy un gestor de div de habitaciones y puedo ver un terminal de tarjetas de crédito, incluso ofrecido para enseñarle cómo usarlo. Y sí!!! Ello confirmó que realmente no sabe cómo usarlo. No puedo ver por qué Lyn siempre pide mi identificación cuando se inspecciona bien de hecho todos sus colegas no lo hacen ya como im en sus registros,,, tal vez ella también no sabe usar el sistema ... No sé si su estúpida golpeó otra vez y decidió pedirme que bajara y recogerlo incluso mentiendo que sólo tiene la guardia Con él, después de mencionarle que siempre se entrega aquí en nuestra habitación, inmediatamente uno de los chicos hk lo dio con todo respeto.. A la directora general de esta propiedad Eurotel, mamá / señor, este agente le arrastrará su propiedad. Espero que se adopten las medidas necesarias, y también entiendo que quizás se la contrató recientemente y que la falta de formación no se le da debido a la pandemia. Pero como hotelero experimentado, este tipo de actitudes son ya ineducables, especialmente para alguien que trabaja en la frente.. Creo que ya sabemos lo que yo sugiero. El supervisor de la oficina del frente es alguien que debe comentar aunque añadir el nuevo asistente masculino hk,,,de hecho todo el personal excepto Lyn ... otra vez una manzana rotta en un conjunto de buenos.. 😔

It was my 4th time in Baguio City and I was with my partner for an advanced holiday leisure trip. We stayed at A Hotel Baguio City and I can say that their best asset is their employees. Red, the Front Desk officer when we arrived, warmly assisted us to all our needs during our check-in. She well represented the hotel’s hospitality service and she’s very helpful. The hotel is strategically located at the commercial district of Baguio were most of the tourist attraction are few walks away from the hotel. However, it could’ve been a nicer place to stay if rooms are a bit sound proof. It was annoying when sounds of the jeepney machines and the busy street of Shuntug bothers us duri ng rush hours. The room we stayed is quite dull and nothing amazed us in the hotel. The hotel rate, for me, does not reflects in the hotel rooms. There is no Safety vault, no flat iron (available upon request with fee), internet service is unstable, the room is just raw; bed, tv and tables only. No place for your luggage. But overall, this place is really nice if you want an accommodation in Baguio City. Good job to the staff of this hotel!

Forget all the negative feedbacks!!! 😍 We were very hesitant to book in this hotel because of the negative feedbacks we've read. And so I called their reservation to confirm all of it and we were informed that all concerns have been addressed and was given an action already. So we took the risk, and thankfully that we did. The location is close to a lot of famous attractions including the session road, night market, camp john hay, and many more. What makes this hotel more luxurious is its hospitable and warm staffs. Thank you so much to Ms. Phine and Ms. Honey for the assistance and for making our stay more memorable. The recommendations of different must-try restaurants and attractions made our vacation less hassle. It's pretty obvious why they're in the front desk. They're very helpful in giving guides and recommendations to guests. The experience is worth the price! 😍

Before the stay, the online booking process was very easy and intuitive. Upon arrival we were quickly checked in and our room was in immaculate condition, with a stunning view from the balcony. We were very impressed with the personalised welcome gift that was offered by the management, it made us feel very special. There were plenty amenities offered complimentary and there’s also the option to get a reasonably priced mini bar selection. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the view is outstanding. Although there’s no a/c, the ceiling fans do the job properly ( it’s even healthier) Everything has a feel of comfort and luxury, which is amazing value for the price. If there’s anything that would make this place even better would be to have more vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. The gardens are very neat and well taken care of, it’s such a pleasant walk around. I can’t finish without mentioning the outstanding and remarkable service that was provided to us by Alyssa, welcoming us on arrival with a genuine smile and going way beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable, she is indeed a star and a valuable asset to the Manor. We already can’t wait to return again :)

I’ll start off with saying that my wife and I stayed here in 2019 and had an excellent stay. The hotel was fairly new at the time and everything functioned. Well things have certainly changed over the past couple of years. The only reason I am not giving a one star is because the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming upon checkin and the location is great. To the many things wrong with this hotel and why you should definitely find somewhere else to stay when you’re in Baguio… The first problem we encountered was the room having a strong chemical/fragrant smell with a sticky residue on all of the surfaces, I’m not sure if they had sprayed some sort of air freshener or something before we arrived but it was quite strong and bad. Secondly the general cleanliness of the room is off putting. There was a thick coating of dust around the tv and on the table next to the bed, gross. The door had hand prints and smudges from the top to bottom as well. The worst of all these issues is the bathroom. Don’t expect to get too clean here because our shower was a trickle of water and not much beyond that, don’t forget to pack your tabo. The staff offered no resolution for a room swap or anything for any of these issues. To finalize, this hotel has lots of cheerful reviews, maybe it was just our specific room in disrepair. However it is advertised as a nice hotel you’d expect some amenities at. There was not even a washcloth or hairdryer in the bathroom. I do regret my stay here this time and would caution if you plan on staying here.
