La habitación estaba muy limpia, tenia dos camas muy cómodas, se llega fácilmente a pie desde la estación.

La recepción a las 4:00 era lenta y era necesario que varios invitados esperaran a las dos personas de recepción, aunque tenían otros tres invitados. La estación Shinkansen cercana ofrece fácil acceso al hotel, que es un fácil 5-10 minutos a pie. El hotel dispone de una amplia gama de habitaciones, de unas habitaciones con unas vistas más altas que las medias. I stayed there on the 11th floor for two days, from Thursday to Saturday. Noise wasn't a problem at all. Overall, the hotel was okay, except for a dirty coverlet with a blood stain and some dirt. I asked the front desk to help with it, and they fixed the issue. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were included for free, but I didn't eat there, so I can't comment on the food. The dining area was clean and tidy. In the room, the bed was a good size—not small—and there was a standard desk and chair, which worked well for me. Considering the price and the location—just a 5-10 minute walk to the train station—the hotel was pretty decent.

We were visiting to watch the rugby at the Mikuni World Stadium and wanted somewhere to stay near by. This place was an absolute gem, incredible room, huge jet bath with TV, breakfast served in bed and the best part was the view from the balcony included the Mikuni World Stadium. Staff were amazing, they didn’t speak English but were very quick to assist and help. They received post for me before my arrival which they gave to me as soon as I arrived, there was a private lounge area to rest and refresh when we arrived too early to check in. I would certainly revisit, especially if you’re headed to the stadium. I wish I’d taken more photos of the amazing room!

This hotel locates near by the Kokura train station makes it one of the most convenient hotel I have ever lived. Unfortunately I could only reserve a smoking room, but the smell was not too strong to clear out by some splash. I would suggest the manager to inform smoking customers not to smoke in the bathroom, in order to avoid the smoke on the shower curtain. And the services are pretty good provided by kind stuff with multiple language skills. There is even a snack and drink corner 24 hours on first floor. The only deficit of this hotel might be the sound proof of the top floor, 6th floor I lived. The sound could not penetrate through rooms, but there were multiple huge machines on the top of the room running through day and night and generated big noises. During the last night I lived, one of the noises was similar with the sound of unlocking the door, so I couldn' t sleep well because I felt like somebody was unlocking the door.

Buen hotel, habitación amplia, buenas instalaciones, cerca de la estación de tren, con muchos restaurantes alrededor. Algo que agradezco mucho es que guardé mi equipaje en la taquilla y no sabía que tenía código PIN, así que no pude recogerlo. Por suerte, el servicio de atención al cliente del hotel me ayudó llamándolos al teclado del quiosco de autofacturación.

신칸센 역에서 가까우면 주변에 식당이 많음 접근성이 매우 좋음 하나 아쉬운게 있다면 외출시 계속 방키를 프론트에 보관 해안 하는게 불편함 디지털 키가 아니라서 혹시모를 사고 때문에 그런거 같음

El hotel dispone de una amplia habitación y el personal es amable y agradable. Es fácil de usar para los alquileres. El desayuno era bueno y el baño era satisfactorio. Hay sólo tres duchas, por lo que es bueno elegir la zona horaria. También hay grandes supermercados y restaurantes cerca, por lo que es bueno conducir. Es un poco lejos para caminar. El gran super ramu sólo estaba disponible para el pago en efectivo.

房價非常寬敞，距離好吃的燒咖哩走路可到，不過入住時未收到email無法進飯店，建議有計畫入住旅客，一定要再三先確認密碼，trip.com的提醒入住信密碼不正確

訂了酒店最大間的房，帶著bb入住，因為bb只有幾個月大，所以在預定時沒有注意要填寫bb的人數。但入住當天bb資料和passport有一同遞給工作人員，填寫同行人員時也有填寫bb資料。但當時工作人員並沒有告知，嬰兒也要收取住宿費用。 在我退房的前一日，前台突然聯繫我，說要收取嬰兒的住宿費用一共jp4950，當時並沒有過多詢問，行為前台不是太懂英文。所以在trip.com上面聯繫了工作人員幫忙溝通，為什麼入住時沒有跟我說，突然才說要收取嬰兒住宿費用？我入住時亦有如實填寫我同行嬰兒的資料，沒有故意隱瞞。經過trip.com再次回覆時，酒店聲稱辦理入住的是新員工，後來負責人回來對數才發現。 我表示很不滿，因為既然你們酒店突然要收取我的嬰兒費用，是否應該所有服務都給我們？我bb並沒有佔用你們的床位，不用餐，也沒有去大浴場。 最後，經過我多次勾通後，最終才說這次給我免了我嬰兒的住宿費！訂房的需要注意一下！因為這樣給客人感覺到真的不好！
