Personal muy amable, todos muy atentos y serviciales. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda. La comida del restaurante era deliciosa y asequible. Excelente ubicación para visitar muchos lugares de interés cercanos.

The location is perfect with a few minute to Manikarnika Ghat, Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dashashwamedh Ghat. There are some restaurants and street food and markets nearby as well. However, as it is the central area and the traffic is busy all the time. It is possible that you might heat the horns in the room. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to request a relatively quieter room. The staff were pretty attentive because they knocked on the door and asked if I would need house keeping. Once there was a problem with the hot shower. After checking, they helped me move to another room efficiently to make sure my stay was OK. The room is spacious and clean. The mattress is just what I need, neither too hard nor too soft. And the hot shower is just the ticket for me after staying out the whole day to revive my energy. Just one suggestion. If a hair dryer can be provided in the future, I believe most Asian travelers would love that. All in all, if I visit Varanasi again, I’ll stay here for sure.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel which is a great hotel. We ran into trouble as soon as we arrived at Baranashi. It was still before check-in time, but when I went to Hotel Bagla Atithi Banaras, the front desk staff contacted the manager. The manager rushed to me immediately and supported me as much as I could. The manager was worried about us during our stay and spoke to us. If I hadn't met the manager and staff of this hotel, my memories in Varanasi would have been sad. But thanks to them, it was a wonderful stay. This hotel is within walking distance of the most famous Dashashwamedh Ghat, located in the center of Varanasi. The location is also great. The hotel room, bathroom, bed, everything is perfect. The shower has plenty of warm water. The shower has plenty of warm water. the bed was large and clean, and it healed my tired body by walking around the city of Varanasi. If you are hungry, please go to the restaurant on the 4th floor. you can eat clean, warm and delicious food. All the restaurant staff are also very kind. La seguridad no representó ningún problema. Me encantó poder desayunar con vistas al río Ganges. Se puede solicitar el servicio de tintorería. Lo encargué por la mañana y estuvo listo al día siguiente. La ubicación puede ser un poco difícil de encontrar, así que es recomendable usar Google Maps como guía (hay un hotel con un nombre similar cerca, y si caminas por las callejuelas, la gente intentará llevarte hasta allí).

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en el Hotel Alka. Lo que más nos impresionó fue el servicio excepcional. El personal se desvivió por ayudarnos desde el momento en que llegamos. Como no hay acceso directo al hotel en coche, el personal nos recibió personalmente, nos ayudó a llegar y, posteriormente, nos asistió de nuevo a nuestra salida, indicándonos dónde podíamos tomar un taxi con seguridad. Agradecimos enormemente este nivel de atención. También nos sorprendió gratamente recibir una mejora de habitación gratuita, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más cómoda. El ascensor fue otra ventaja, especialmente después de un largo día explorando Varanasi. ¡La ubicación es ideal para visitar los ghats y disfrutar del ambiente de la ciudad! El principal aspecto que podría mejorarse es la limpieza. La ropa de cama y las toallas no estaban tan frescas como esperábamos. Mejorar los estándares de limpieza mejoraría significativamente la experiencia general de los huéspedes. Location is amazing, around 50 m walk to 80 ghat , u can enjoy ganga aarti in evening, nice staff, beautiful ambience. Prices are not high, else it was a good experience staying there.
