UUsuario invitadoWe stayed at Trident for 2 nights. They added an extra bed for our child, so the room was very comfortable. Rooms are solid, there are some flaws, and they are not new, but the hotel is excellent, and the service is extraordinary. Breakfast is a must, don't skip it as it is wonderful.

UUsuario invitadoIt was a nice experience and quality service provided by hotel staff. We stayed for 2 nights. The food in Hyatt regency was nice. That was the best Indian food we ever tried. Special thanks go to front desk officer Ms Saraswathi, and concierge Mr Daniel, Mr Vijay , Mr Rajini. Also food the spic restaurant are amazing, special thanks to restaurant staff Mr Arindam, Mr Rajesh & Mr Kartik. Overall Hyatt Regency staff make extra miles to make our stay an amazing and memorable holiday. Planning to travel again with kids.

They need lots of improvement in service and the rooms need some renovation as the wardrobes n carpets look old. it will also be better if they use some room freshener or candles with fragrance as the room doesn't have a pleasant smell. Overrall, it's not that great for a premium hotel.

UUsuario invitadoReturning to this location after eight years, I was hoping for the same 5star experience I once enjoyed. Unfortunately, it’s not quite what it used to be, and the property is beginning to show its age.
On a positive note, the staff were warm and courteous throughout—from the reception to the restaurant team. Their professionalism and friendliness was a highlight of the stay.
The restaurant manager Nazim was helpful.
However, the room was disappointing. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told all the rooms have this smell and that it would dissipate in about 10 minutes—but unfortunately, it lingered. It seems guests may simply become accustomed to it over time. Not me.. lol.
The Colony restaurant offered a decent breakfast, though dinner not that much. It felt overcrowded and cramped, and the buffet menu was not the greatest, with food quality was just average.
The key strengths of this location remain its convenient setting, friendly staff, and ample parking. With some updates and improvements, it could once again live up to its former reputation.

The breakfast daily and the staff were truly exceptional. The room was good, everything worked and in-room dining that is 24/7, was excellent. We arrived at 2am and the food, at that time, for famished travellers was truly appreciated.
Thank you Holiday Inn. You have excellent staff and hope you are valuing them. Staff farewelled us on our last day!!
I did not give five stars for cleanliness as the toilet seats could/ should be cleaned better.

Bbash johnHotel looks old and too far to some locations. Didn't like the room given on the first day. Front office staff Mr Akash was very helpful to change our rooms the next day. And the conceige ( I forgot his name) was very helpful too.
We had a nice stay there.

YYsan31Ibis es realmente un buen lugar para quedarse. La ubicación es en el centro de la ciudad, donde tiene fácil acceso a donde quiera ir. El sistema de transporte en la zona es muy amigable. Puede obtener una motocicleta toktok para llevarlo a cualquier lugar que desee hacer turismo.

UUsuario invitadobuenos servicios y ubicación. atmosfera silenciosa Buena comida y variedad de desayunos. El único problema fue que en la reserva en línea se muestra fumar es permitido donde en ella es una propiedad no fumadora. Si cambia, se hace difícil para los fumadores.
