My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and seamless check-in, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience. The room was immaculate—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every modern comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the views from the window were simply stunning. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and service. The staff were consistently courteous, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay memorable. Whether it was housekeeping, concierge, or restaurant staff, everyone delivered exceptional service. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the presentation was top-notch. The breakfast spread, in particular, was impressive. The amenities well-maintained and added to the luxurious experience. It felt like a perfect blend of comfort and indulgence. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium, hassle-free, and truly memorable stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Where do I begin? Travelling with a toddler is no easy task, and the team at Taj Connemara made it worthwhile, smooth, and exciting. It all began with Ms Jasmine who religiously followed up with all our requests and requirements for childproofing the Heritage Room we stayed. From additional mineral water bottles, bumpers on furniture, soft toys for bath, and an excellent baby cot, Ms Jasmine coordinated with her ground team and got everything ready before we checked in. The icing on the cake was the remarkable welcome gift for our daughter consisting of excellent baby skincare products from an established brand.  The stay itself was fantastic with a cosy room, abundance of toiletries, and exceptional breakfast. Shoutout to Mr Baskaran for attending to all our breakfast requests for our daughter. The baby dosa was a hit!  Located in a prime spot in Chennai next to Spencer Plaza and the newer EA Mall, Taj Connemara is strategic. Travel to major shopping centres and traditional clothing stores was made easy.  Last but not least, the hospitality and polite service offered by the staff of Taj Connemara was nothing short of amazing. El hotel es bueno y el servicio era muy agradable. Había una amplia gama de opciones en el buffet. La habitación inicial que nos dio tenía un olor a humor, pero tan pronto como lo informé, el personal lo swap rápidamente por un mejor. En general, fue una buena experiencia.

A good choice overall, with excellent cleanliness standards. The only area that needs improvement is the breakfast buffet. Compared to last year, the food quality seems to have declined. Even the filter coffee and tea have lost some of their original taste and authenticity. I hope the management will consider restoring the quality that made the dining experience so enjoyable in the past.

Its such very peaceful place and great environment, the sus chef mr anand was very helpful and kind to us , the Manager ajith  also helped us alot , such a great team . Opinion-  1.please change the bunk bed otherwise everything was good . 2. The payment method please give us cash option cause we foreigner can’t use g-pay (*we forget our card )but the manager helped us to settle the issue  Thank you Marriot Team 🙌🏻💯

Me esperaba que el concierto o el personal de la oficina de frente notara la situación y ayudara a los huéspedes en la orden en que llegaron, pero, desgraciadamente, eso no sucedió. La habitación era muy buena, pero no me gustaba. En general no tengo expectativas particularmente altas en cuanto al ambiente de los hoteles, ya que a mi juicio, a menudo no varía significativamente en los hoteles, independientemente de su calificación estrella. Lo que me pareció especialmente injusto fue el precio del hotel. Reservé un Uber para el mismo viaje exactamente por 699. Cargar bien más de dos veces el precio de mercadoy luego añadir impuestos sobre éles francamente absurdo. El hotel puede ser convenientemente equipado con un premio, pero se siente menos como un servicio de premio y más como un intento de aprovechar a los huéspedes. El desayuno de la habitación, sin embargo, ofrece una amplia variedad de opciones y probablemente fue la parte más reemplazante de la estancia.

I would definitely return here. Overall, very good value for money.   The breakfast daily and the staff were truly exceptional.  The room was good, everything worked and in-room dining that is 24/7, was excellent.  We arrived at 2am and the food, at that time, for famished travellers was truly appreciated. Thank you Holiday Inn.  You have excellent staff and hope you are valuing them.  Staff farewelled us on our last day!!   I did not give five stars for cleanliness as the toilet seats could/ should be cleaned better.

Ibis es realmente un buen lugar para quedarse. La ubicación es en el centro de la ciudad, donde tiene fácil acceso a donde quiera ir. El sistema de transporte en la zona es muy amigable. Puede obtener una motocicleta toktok para llevarlo a cualquier lugar que desee hacer turismo.

buenos servicios y ubicación. atmosfera silenciosa Buena comida y variedad de desayunos. El único problema fue que en la reserva en línea se muestra fumar es permitido donde en ella es una propiedad no fumadora. Si cambia, se hace difícil para los fumadores.

Buen servicio, ubicacion. Conveniente. Agradable estancia en general.
