I had a flight that was postponed to the evening instead of the original morning time schedule. As such I needed a hotel that was near Chennai Airport for me to rest. Radisson Blu was very near the Airport, about 10 mins drive away. The hotel and room was excellent and very clean. The breakfast and lunch buffet had a wide range and very tasty. Most importantly, the staff, from the counter staff at check-in and check-out , to the concierge, the staff and managers at the restaurant and the driver of the car for the Hotel's Airport transfer were very helpful, polite and engaged me in genuine conversations to find out how my stay in the hotel was and if I needed anything. I truly enjoyed the short stay I had in the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is only near the Airport, and is quite a drive away from the city centre. But am excellent Hotel nevertheless.

To be honest, everything was awesome. I liked how brightly lit the room is and it just makes it even cleaner and comfy. The staff are attentive and responsive, always ready to assist and serve. The only misfortune was that insects gathered all over my closet wall on the 2nd day. However, the housekeeping team was swift to come over and clean the closet at 9pm when I reported it, changing my bedsheet as well and even offered me a change of room. Overall, I would still choose this hotel the next time that I’m back in Chennai. They have the comfort and service nailed down and handles problem professionally with satisfactory response.

Stayed 4 nights at The Residency Towers, Chennai early May 2026. Hotel looks grand and clean. Very convenient location if you are a shopper! 'Off' pick drive to International airport about 20 mins. Staff are very kind, polite and helpful. Staff at main door entrance always greet with a smile and are willing to collect your luggages. Breakfast spread with commendable! Many options from South Indian (fresh and on the spot) made dosa, roti, Mediterranean food staple like hummus, pita bread, healthy sandwiches, juices, filter coffee! pastries, cakes, porridge.. more than one can ask for! Special mention about Mr Deeraj. Deeraj made every effort to make my stay memorable after I had issues in the first room assigned to me. Dheeraj personal inspected the next room and assured to make my stay a good one, and he definitely did! Dheeraj visited me in the restaurant to speak to me personally about my dissatisfaction about the first room which is very commendable in ensuring guests are well taken care of. Dheeraj even gave me an upgrade! which was very kind of him. Another mention is Anand who collected my luggages. He was on full spring and energy in his work! He has very good working etiquette. Another shout out to Krish and Ashwin from the restaurant! They were very sweet and friendly to make our mealtimes enjoyable and their lightheartedness full of spirit really made my day! Myself and my husband had a truly wonderful time at The Residency Towers, Chennai! We will surely return. My only comment is, I expected all rooms to have been updated and renovated as advertised on their website, but unfortunately only couple of floors.

It's not that great. They need lots of improvement in service and the rooms need some renovation as the wardrobes n carpets look old. it will also be better if they use some room freshener or candles with fragrance as the room doesn't have a pleasant smell. Overrall, it's not that great for a premium hotel.

Un estancia inolvidable con una gran cocina y entretenimiento en el techo, Novotel en Chamiers Rd es un must see. • 8 min walk to Nandanam Metro 🚉 • Koox japonés Rooftop Bar 🍸 • Restaurante de bufete de intercambio de alimentos • 10min de conducción al distrito de compras de T-Nagar Estaba a 10 noches durante el fin de semana del Día de la Independencia en agosto, y fue muy impresionado por la hospitalidad y el servicio de cada miembro del personal desde el frente de la casa hasta el servicio de la habitación, que no dudaba en acomodar mi solicitud. El bar Koox Rooftop situado en la terraza es una experiencia de comedor de primeras comidas para cualquier cocina japonesa o tailandesa amigantes, las vibes de la noche nos habían vuelto por más. Una mención especial al restaurante de bufete de la bolsa de alimentos en el primer piso, Chef de Parte Amit y el director de restaurante Nisarg fue arriba y más allá para hacer cada solicitud en el desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Its such very peaceful place and great environment, the sus chef mr anand was very helpful and kind to us , the Manager ajith  also helped us alot , such a great team . Opinion-  1.please change the bunk bed otherwise everything was good . 2. The payment method please give us cash option cause we foreigner can’t use g-pay (*we forget our card )but the manager helped us to settle the issue  Thank you Marriot Team 🙌🏻💯

Returning to this location after eight years, I was hoping for the same 5star experience I once enjoyed. Unfortunately, it’s not quite what it used to be, and the property is beginning to show its age. On a positive note, the staff were warm and courteous throughout—from the reception to the restaurant team. Their professionalism and friendliness was a highlight of the stay. The restaurant manager Nazim was helpful. However, the room was disappointing. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told all the rooms have this smell and that it would dissipate in about 10 minutes—but unfortunately, it lingered. It seems guests may simply become accustomed to it over time. Not me.. lol. The Colony restaurant offered a decent breakfast, though dinner not that much. It felt overcrowded and cramped, and the buffet menu was not the greatest, with food quality was just average. The key strengths of this location remain its convenient setting, friendly staff, and ample parking. With some updates and improvements, it could once again live up to its former reputation.

I would definitely return here. Overall, very good value for money.   The breakfast daily and the staff were truly exceptional.  The room was good, everything worked and in-room dining that is 24/7, was excellent.  We arrived at 2am and the food, at that time, for famished travellers was truly appreciated. Thank you Holiday Inn.  You have excellent staff and hope you are valuing them.  Staff farewelled us on our last day!!   I did not give five stars for cleanliness as the toilet seats could/ should be cleaned better.

Mi esposa y yo permanecimos allí por 3-days a mediados de julio, la estancia fue buena y agradable y aprovechamos esta oportunidad para agradecer al Sr. Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) que no sólo era amable y profesional, Fue a un millón extra para ayudarnos en una situación compleja que surgió en nuestro primer día. Un PAT bien merecido para el Sr. Ramar en la exposición de su profesionalismo Pero no puedo decir lo mismo al director de viajes, el Sr. Balaji, que se negó con fuerza y ni siquiera buscaba otras vías o alternativas para ayudarnos, totalmente. No hay empatia que pueda mostrarse en absoluto porque somos turistas no podemos acceder a todas sus instalaciones Esto es un gran retroceso, ya que refleja el horrible servicio al cliente

Excellent Stay, Great Location and Value for Money I had one of the best stays at this hotel in Chennai. I stayed for 3 nights and it truly felt like a luxury experience at a reasonable price. The location is a major advantage centrally placed and easily accessible to many parts of the city. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen was clean, and the bathroom was well maintained with proper toiletries provided. They also supply water bottles and there’s a water dispenser (water can) available in the hallway, which is a nice touch. They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. However the breakfast closes a bit early at 10 AM so plan accordingly. Car parking is available, which is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful, A special mention to the security personnel and room service staff for their hospitality. Outside food is allowed as well, which is a plus. The only minor inconvenience was that the lift always stopped at the first floor (reception) by default, which was slightly annoying. Also FYI, I misplaced my room key card and had to pay ₹200 for a replacement. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Chennai.
