De parte de la familia Panchal, muchas gracias a Perenia, Rashi y Mayank en recepción, a la amable camarera del bar del puerto y al camarero de Nagaland, muy atento y con muchos conocimientos, del restaurante indio. Hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta e inolvidable, y demostraron que de verdad les importamos. Mi madre había estado allí hace 50 años; no tenía ni idea. Nadie nos puso pegas, hicieron todo lo posible por complacernos. Incluso salieron a despedirnos. A mis padres les encantó estar allí y todavía hablan de ello.

Una de mis mejores estancias en la India. Habitaciones estupendas con una selección de servicios bien ubicados. Sirvieron un abundante desayuno buffet que no se pueden perder. El personal siempre estuvo atento y amable.

Great experience, hotel location was perfect, morning breakfast was awesome with great spread of choices. Hotel gym is perfect with good spa options.

Breakfast was very good. Chef was very attentive and prepared very good curry chicken with paratha by request. Have stayed at this hotel a few times already cos location is ideal for meeting clients.

Amazing hotel. We forget our passport and money in another hotel safe box, they assist all the way to pick up to send back to us safely. Will definitely come back again

Most stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already.

I requested a very quiet room, and upon check-in, I was assured room 101 was a very quiet room. I really needed to sleep between my 2 flights. As soon as I entered my room, I went to bed and fell asleep, only to be woken up quite soon afterwards by the sound of banging - not sure what it was - drawers, cupboards, doors. Then I heard someone walking around wearing very heavy footwear, so I called reception and fortunately they put a stop to it. But then it seemed like they were doing construction work in the room above me - they started hammering!!! Yes, HAMMERING!!!!! Followed by DRILLING!!!! No chance whatsoever of any sleep! I called reception again, and they stopped the hammering and the drilling. A few minutes of peace, and then the people in room 137 put their TV on at FULL VOLUME !!! It was so loud that the television might just as well have been in my room. I put my dress on over my nighty, and went round to room 137, and asked the young girl to turn down the TV, which she did, for a little while. Zero chance of any rest, zero chance of any sleep. Even though this is an airport hotel, there is NO SOUNDPROOFING, so basically you can hear absolutely everything going on in all the rooms around you. Staff were very nice, and were always trying to do their best to ensure a pleasant stay, but all this noise is clearly the fault of the senior management. Hammering and drilling are not what one associates with a Hilton airport hotel room!!!!

Останавливались на одну ночь перед круизом. Отель уставший, но уютный. Окна выходили на соседнее здание, поэтому было тихо. Смогли выспаться после бессонной ночи накануне из-за перелёта. В ванной есть зубной набор, в комнате - чайный набор и вода. Завтрак непривычный, но можно выбрать что-то подходящее. Всё, что было дешевле на момент бронирования по фото выглядело значительно печальнее. Очень удобное расположение. Обошли всё достопримечательности пешком, рядом станция Черчгейт, откуда можно доехать до прачечной Дхоби-Гат и трущоб Дхарави. Не понравилось только, что при входе у нас чуть ли не вырвали чемоданы и рук, чтобы отнести до номера, хотя мы сопротивлялись, а когда нас проводили в комнату, мы дали 100 рупий, носильщик посмотрел так, как-будто мы ему 1 рупию дали. Мы не нуждались в его услуге и не снимали деньги в принципе.

Clean and simple place to stay. I didn’t have a window so it felt a little claustrophobic. Nobody cleaned my room until I asked them to on day 3. The housekeeper only entered my room after noticing I had come back after a long day, around 1630. The hot water was also not very hot, and didn’t last for a long time (perhaps I wasn’t using it correctly..). Anyway, if you’re used to western hotels, I would HIGHLY recommend just splurging on one of the nicer ones. You won’t regret it.
