De parte de la familia Panchal, muchas gracias a Perenia, Rashi y Mayank en recepción, a la amable camarera del bar del puerto y al camarero de Nagaland, muy atento y con muchos conocimientos, del restaurante indio. Hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta e inolvidable, y demostraron que de verdad les importamos. Mi madre había estado allí hace 50 años; no tenía ni idea. Nadie nos puso pegas, hicieron todo lo posible por complacernos. Incluso salieron a despedirnos. A mis padres les encantó estar allí y todavía hablan de ello.

Una de mis mejores estancias en la India. Habitaciones estupendas con una selección de servicios bien ubicados. Sirvieron un abundante desayuno buffet que no se pueden perder. El personal siempre estuvo atento y amable.

Habitación enorme y espaciosa. Los armarios y la zona del minibar estaban un poco húmedos... con olor a madera mojada. El desayuno estaba bien. Ideal para una noche si vas al aeropuerto al día siguiente. A menos de 5 minutos a pie de la Terminal 1. Hay carritos disponibles y el personal puede ayudarte con el equipaje hasta la terminal. También hay varios restaurantes en el aeropuerto si no te apetece comer sentado en el hotel.

Great experience, hotel location was perfect, morning breakfast was awesome with great spread of choices. Hotel gym is perfect with good spa options.

Breakfast was very good. Chef was very attentive and prepared very good curry chicken with paratha by request. Have stayed at this hotel a few times already cos location is ideal for meeting clients.

Amazing hotel. We forget our passport and money in another hotel safe box, they assist all the way to pick up to send back to us safely. Will definitely come back again

Most stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already.

Останавливались на одну ночь перед круизом. Отель уставший, но уютный. Окна выходили на соседнее здание, поэтому было тихо. Смогли выспаться после бессонной ночи накануне из-за перелёта. В ванной есть зубной набор, в комнате - чайный набор и вода. Завтрак непривычный, но можно выбрать что-то подходящее. Всё, что было дешевле на момент бронирования по фото выглядело значительно печальнее. Очень удобное расположение. Обошли всё достопримечательности пешком, рядом станция Черчгейт, откуда можно доехать до прачечной Дхоби-Гат и трущоб Дхарави. Не понравилось только, что при входе у нас чуть ли не вырвали чемоданы и рук, чтобы отнести до номера, хотя мы сопротивлялись, а когда нас проводили в комнату, мы дали 100 рупий, носильщик посмотрел так, как-будто мы ему 1 рупию дали. Мы не нуждались в его услуге и не снимали деньги в принципе.

Clean and simple place to stay. I didn’t have a window so it felt a little claustrophobic. Nobody cleaned my room until I asked them to on day 3. The housekeeper only entered my room after noticing I had come back after a long day, around 1630. The hot water was also not very hot, and didn’t last for a long time (perhaps I wasn’t using it correctly..). Anyway, if you’re used to western hotels, I would HIGHLY recommend just splurging on one of the nicer ones. You won’t regret it.
