The breakfast spread was quite good, offering plenty of variety. While frontline staff rightly receive the most recognition, I’d like to shine a light on the silent warriors behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, who work tirelessly to ensure every guest is comfortable. «Ubicación conveniente, junto a la estación central de Dadar en el lado este de Dadar. Buenas opciones de comida en las escaleras y en el hotel. Mucho mercado cerca, especialmente en el lado oeste de Dadar; sólo tienes que cruzar el puente y cruzar. Las habitaciones son limpias y están en buenas condiciones con todo lo que puedas esperar. I chose this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to my conference venue, which made my schedule much more manageable. The hotel arranged a driver for me—Senthil—who was incredibly kind and efficient. Over 50% of the breakfast spread consisted of Indian cuisine, but overall, it was still enjoyable. Ultimately, it was the excellent customer service that left a lasting impression on us.»

La ubicación no es grande si no necesitas la estación de tren cercana y estás allí para hacer las atracciones turísticas, pero es más tranquilo que la zona sur de Mumbai en las noches. El hotel dispone de su propio restaurante y la comida es excelente, muy recomendable sus platos de desayuno indio.»

«When i stay alone in this hotel is great - this time i had a couple of friends living in a suite and wasn’t so happy with the service. I asked for pillows with extra bed - they weren’t able to provide me - i ordered food from the restaurant downstairs via room service - it never came to my room. The service as well was very slow this time. Overall i did not have the worse stay but these things do make a customer happy.»
