UUsuario invitadoEl hotel y sus instalaciones son muy agradables. Aquí y allá se necesitan algunas mejoras, pero por lo demás es un hotel muy atractivo con características encantadoras. Una estancia muy agradable comienza con un salón exclusivo en la terminal de ferry que está disponible a la llegada y a la salida (se encarga de su visado y otros requisitos). El viaje al hotel propiamente dicho se realiza en unos 20 minutos en autobús lanzadera del hotel. Puede elegir entre suites de estilo colonial en el edificio principal o cerca o villas de estilo tailandés/bali en el gran terreno y a un corto paseo del edificio principal. Las villas tailandesas son muy bonitas, llenas de todas las comodidades necesarias y algunos productos de alta gama. Mucho espacio de almacenamiento, terraza al aire libre con asientos y un exterior bien cuidado lo hacen realmente agradable. En la sección principal, la piscina con sus 50 metros de longitud es un verdadero punto destacado, junto con la muy fácil y cercana proximidad a la prístina y enorme sección de playa. Aunque está orientada al norte, la playa está en realidad en una bahía y se puede explorar durante horas. También vale la pena mencionar el spa que ofrece tratamientos realmente sorprendentes administrados por terapeutas muy experimentados que realmente lo mimarán de principio a fin. Lamentablemente, también hay una serie de deficiencias. Aunque el hotel proporciona repelente de insectos para su uso diario, ni siquiera las mejores medidas de prevención y los mejores esfuerzos de limpieza y fumigación del personal evitarán que miles de millones de pulgas de arena lo ataquen en la playa, especialmente después de la lluvia o durante las horas de la noche, cuando se convierte en su cena. Sin embargo, el mayor inconveniente es la sección de comida y bebida. Para un hotel que opera en una categoría de precio tan alta, el restaurante es una verdadera decepción, tal vez incluso la única razón para no volver. Sí, el personal en todas partes es muy amable, atento y se esfuerza por conocerlo por su nombre de pila desde el principio, pero toda la sección de comida y bebida necesita muchas mejoras para acercarse siquiera a un servicio con estrellas. Sí, las bebidas están bien preparadas (supongo que se puede esperar a precios de más de 20 dólares estadounidenses), pero el servicio del restaurante realmente carece de lo necesario. La comida, por cara que sea, carece de cualquier tipo de imaginación, carece de toques especiales y, sin duda, no representa la cocina indonesia en ninguna forma. Como ya hemos dicho, el personal es muy amable y hace todo lo posible, pero si no se les enseña lo básico o están dirigidos por gerentes indiferentes, entonces las cosas tienen que cambiar. La gestión viene de arriba. En resumen, si buscas un lugar agradable para relajarte en un edificio de estilo colonial, no demasiado concurrido y con una hermosa piscina, prueba el Sanchaya. Sin embargo, si buscas una cocina que no sea mala, ni siquiera ordinaria, entonces es mejor que busques en otro lado.

BbenjaminhoongWe recently stayed here and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff mentioned we had just missed the end-of-May crowd, so the resort was incredibly calm and peaceful. It felt so serene, and we were even among the only ones in the pool all day. The pool was a great size and very relaxing, with plenty of sun chairs available.
What We Loved:
- Our room was extremely clean with no faults at all. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room, and the views were just beautiful.
- The breakfast buffet had a great and delicious selection. Having 5 different dining options on site was excellent because the food never felt repetitive. We highly recommend trying the Lamb Shank at the Recreational Village!
- We took some classes which were fun to attend. There was no booking required, which was great because it kept our schedule completely flexible.
- The free shuttle service from the BBT Ferry Terminal was very convenient.
- The service staff were all so friendly and attentive to our needs. A huge thank you to Kinasih in particular, who served us both poolside and at the Recreational Village. He is such a friendly guy and provided top-notch service.
Some Minor Improvements:
- Upon arrival, our luggage was accidentally left behind at the ferry terminal, though it was sorted out.
- It was a bit hard to find information about the resort at first, such as the in-room dining menu, directions to the Recreation Village, and details for Chocolate Hour. Most of this was on the TV portal, but our TV was not set up to show it when we first turned it on, so we didn’t know about it until the next day.
- An introduction to the facilities placed in the rooms or explained by the check-in staff would have been very useful.
- We much prefer having physical menus rather than QR codes everywhere, and having physical signs for Chocolate Hour would be a good touch.
Overall though, this is a wonderful resort with great food and excellent staff. We had a very relaxing holiday and would love to come back!

UUsuario anónimoGreat service overall. From ferry arrival to check-out. Front desk and restaurant staff were excellent. The room was clean with a beautiful view, and the pool was large with plenty of daybeds. There are many activities to choose but laying all day in pool daybed was our favorite activities.
However, pool management really needs improvement. Used daybeds were not cleared, with dirty towels left everywhere also dirty plates/floors, making it hard to tell which was available. There was also no staff readily providing towels, requests took too long. If no staff is assigned, towels should simply be prepared on the daybeds.

UUsuario anónimoStayed at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan with my toddler and had a mix of positive and negative experiences.
We booked a pool access room, which was extremely convenient with a young child. Service throughout our stay was excellent, and the team was always helpful. They also assisted with printing our ferry boarding passes and arranged the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal.
The food at Warung Pak Lagoi was decent, and the service there was especially attentive. The restaurant also offers free koi fish feeding, which my toddler enjoyed. On our last day, the fish food had run out, but a lovely staff member went the extra mile to get us a small packet so my child could still participate.
The shuttle to Plaza Lagoi runs hourly, but if you miss it, you'll have to wait for the next one, so plan accordingly.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The Kids Club was quite disappointing compared to the photos online, with very limited activities, missing items and play options available. There was also power trip on our first night. As our toddler was already asleep, changing rooms wasn't a practical option for us.
More concerning was that the entire resort experienced two power outages on our second night. We happened to be outdoors during one of them, and the blackout was completely pitch dark. It was quite frightening as we weren't holding our toddler's hand at that exact moment and couldn't see anything around us.
Overall, the staff and service were the highlights of our stay, but the repeated power outages and underwhelming Kids Club made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Os únicos pormenores que não tiveram grande impacto na estadia mas que podem ser melhorados são: organização do pequeno almoço quando está muita gente e alguns pormenores na limpeza dos quartos. Mas de um modo geral foi uma estadia excelente.

HHope SanctuaryWe recently stayed at The ANMON Resort Bintan for a short getaway, and honestly it became one of the most memorable and romantic trips my wife and I have had. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. The beautiful white tents, warm lighting, and desert-style ambiance created such a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made us slow down and enjoy the moment together.
One thing we actually loved was that there was no TV inside the room. Instead of spending time watching screens, we spent more quality time talking, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It made the whole experience feel more personal, peaceful, and romantic — something that is hard to find nowadays.
Our glamping tent was spacious, clean, and surprisingly luxurious. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves.
One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget.
We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special.
The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed.
If you are looking for a unique couple getaway, romantic glamping experience, or peaceful escape from the city, I would definitely recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan. We left with so many beautiful memories and cannot wait to visit again.

We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together.
From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests.
What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨
Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍
