Fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta, such a beautiful hotel with lovely service all round. Special shout out to Eldria and the rest of the charismatic Pacific Club lounge team who made our stay both very welcoming and comfortable for our special occasion. The suite room is spacious, beautifully furnished, quiet and simply stunning views from the 88th floor. The tea, cake and decorative offerings for our anniversary were both delicious and delightfully presented. Pool on 71st floor is a welcome respite for refreshment with comfortable lounges. Breakfast is an absolute delight of fresh western and Indonesian treats for a great start to the day. The Pacific Club lounge is super spacious, fantastic Jakarta views, delectable food and drink offerings, comfortable seating complemented by some of the best genuine and warm hospitality I have experienced in thousands of hotel stays. Keep up the great work Pan Pacific!

I had a very enjoyable stay at Ascott Jakarta. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, as a wider variety of options would enhance the overall experience. Nevertheless, the quality of the stay, the large room size, and the comfort provided more than made up for this. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Jakarta.

Staff is sooo kind and the location is amazing!! Right across the plaza and walking distance to grand indo which is by far the best mall ive visited in indonesia as a first timer. The room is obviously the best so clean and spacious. But the best was the hotel nasi goreng!!!!

Hotel renovado con nuevo nombre y nuevo concepto, más estético, limpio y fresco. La habitación era espaciosa, con interiores blancos por dentro y por fuera, lo que la hacía parecer más amplia y limpia. El menú del desayuno no es muy variado, pero el aspecto del nuevo restaurante es agradable. Las piscinas no son muy grandes, pero son suficientes. El aparcamiento también es grande.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with any questions. Check-in was fast and smooth, which made a great first impression. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had everything needed for a relaxing stay. I especially liked the modern design and the beautiful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything always smelled fresh and clean. The hotel location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and popular places to visit. It was easy to get around and explore the area. The breakfast had many delicious options, and the food quality was much better than expected. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel felt, even during busy hours. One of the best parts of my experience was the service. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and attentive. They always greeted guests with a smile and made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Rooms bed comfort were average, cigarette Butt's n ashes found in toilet n room cleanliness lacking . Noise from passing train, vehicles n prayers were disturbing. There were many smokers in the lobby n car park. No Wi-Fi in the rooms The water smells bad.
