MMSA PerlisI had a truly memorable stay at The Keraton at The Plaza, Jakarta. From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the warm hospitality and thoughtful welcome extended to me. The arrival experience felt personal and exclusive — the staff greeted me with sincere smiles and ensured a seamless check-in process.
What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Every team member was attentive, professional, and consistently attentive to detail. They made me feel valued throughout my stay, always ready to assist with grace and efficiency. It’s rare to experience service that feels both luxurious and heartfelt at the same time.
The overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and refined, perfectly reflecting its premium standard. My stay was comfortable, relaxing, and truly enjoyable.
I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined stay experience in Jakarta.

IIvanS777It is one of the latest hotels in Jakarta; therefore, the rooms were up to date. (do not mixed up with Sari Pan Pacific). I reserved the rooms which include Bfast, so that every morning we went up to the 90th floor (the highest breakfast place in Jakarta I guessed) and ordered our special breakfast (prefer the one that was made to order). The hotel was attached to the malls, which later on I found out that there were quite many good foods inside the malls that open during breakfast hour. I was there during lebaran holiday, so that obviously my family schedule on that time was only dine and shop. The location was so close to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia, which nothing to worry for dining and shopping. The swimming pool was very beautiful at night and The gym was truly gorgeous with a breathtaking view from above. Overall, I like Pan Pacific Hotels because of its strategic location and brand-new hotel with bonus of stunning views as currently being the highest hotel in Jakarta.

UUsuario anónimoIt’s quite a good location- if is just next the hotel is grand Indonesia. Have spacious room, kitchen, washing machine, hall and tv. The interior and furnishing however it’s quite old and need some maintenance (sink faucet need some fixing) and seem it has not been renovated for sometime. The lightings quite dim when is at night. Don’t have a lamp desk to use. The gym is quite complete but it’s also old- some area under renovation. Staff are friendly and attentive.

The moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process fast and smooth. Everyone was polite, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made me feel comfortable and welcome throughout the entire stay.
The hotel itself was very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. My room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything in the room was well maintained. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — fresh towels every day, complimentary water, good lighting, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to rest after a long day.
One of the best parts of the stay was the location. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and popular attractions, making it very easy to explore the area. Despite being in a convenient location, the hotel still felt peaceful and relaxing, which I really appreciated.
The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of options every morning. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and there were choices for different preferences. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, creating a pleasant dining experience every day.
Another thing I want to mention is how safe and comfortable I felt during my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming, and the staff always treated guests with kindness and respect. The housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping everything spotless and organized.
Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again in the future. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way — excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, great location, and a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so memorable!

MMilo S.The hotel has a fairly good location in central Jakarta, making it convenient for shopping and getting around the city. The room was decent overall, although it felt a little outdated.
The biggest issue during my stay was the noise from motorcycles on the main road outside. The sound was extremely loud and could be heard clearly inside the room, making it difficult to sleep at night. The lobby was also quite small, and the breakfast area felt crowded and chaotic, with not enough tables available during busy hours.
However, despite these issues, the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience much better.
